Introduction
Getting Distracted was a bad habit
Distractions have been affecting my
life
My school work
Playing volleyball

Will eventually affect my future

A lot of my information is from

It stated that most of the time
people getting distracted is
more than just zoning out
Most distraction is internal
conflicts that are preventing you
to concentrate

Recorded the number of times I
got distracted a day
Behaviors I changed
No pen or paper on my
desk during a lecture
Put my phone away while I
did my homework
Focus on the ball, and only
my coach during practice

Conclusion
I noticed I didnt get distracted
as much throughout the weeks
of me using my behaviors
I will probably use at least one
of my three behaviors more
often at school
