technology usage.

Students data
We aim to improve all of the students standardized state test scores to 5% each year.
Using the chrome books and the interactive educational software, we plan to evaluate
the students accomplishment using the data gathered monthly. The data will be
evaluated at the data meeting with the selected state holders. Parents, network
manager, computer manager input will be noted and the necessary adjustments will
be made.

Summarize the relevant research and describe how it supports the plan's
curricular and professional development goals.

The plans major curricular is to get all the students engaged in the learning and
personalize the learning as much as possible.
The independent case studies from the university of northern Iowa shows that,
there are at least 10% decrease in drop, fail, or withdrawal rate in the advance
math course after the proper online supplement.
We are confident that the affect will be similar in the secondary education. We
believe that the interest in especially mathematics classes will increase.
According to the study, the recommended online supplement for math classes
is at least three ours. Similar supplement will be adapted for the english and
science classes.
