The Method to Achieve Taqwa

According to the book How to became a Taqwa Muslim means that the upkeep and
maintenance self from the punishment and wrath of Allah by way of carrying out his
commands. Obey him and away from the forbidden and avoiding sinful deeds.Imam Al
Ghazali explained that the taqwa comes from the word "wiqayah" which means protector or
preserver, which protected from evil because of the strong desire to leave the crime. The
three methods to achieve taqwa for faiths is always remembering Allah, doing voluntary, and
to be conscious.

The first method to achieve taqwa is remembering Allah. Prayer accurate recommendations
to reach out and prayer to character building, that can develop into honestly parts in a Muslim
prayer. We should speak the truth in presenting something related to religion especially about
Islam.
Al-Quran said:

)(
Means: Fear Allah and know that Allah sees what you do.
( AlBaqarah: 233)

For example we as child must talk truth with parents and cant lie because Allah knows
everything.
Then this character can to be responsible to doing prayer, implant discipline in doing
religious worship especially in prayers.
Al-Quran said:

)(
Means: Surely prayer for those who believe an obligation stipulated time.
(An-nisa:103)

For example when we hear adzan and know time to prayer we should doing it first.

Next going to long term vision. Al-Quran said:

)(
Means: O who believes, fear Allah and let every person watching what they worked for
tomorrow (dead), and fear Allah: Allah knows what you do. (Al-Hasyr: 18)

Muslim will be practice to do more good thing to collect reward for bring to next life such as
we donate money to orphan and respect parents, its all have great value and human can get
success in life because all thing purpose to Allah.
Thats also to be cooperation the other human, Al- Quran said:

Means:o you who believe! Avoid much suspicion among Muslims because of some
suspicion is sin and do not find fault with people and other do not gossip. (Al-hujurat:12)

For example, A persons do not respect her roommate and she talks bad secret about them to
other friends, we cant do this because human life in solidarity.Prayer will train us to be fair,
the meaning is a Muslim to be beloved, helping, and respect each other between nation and
religion, rich or poor, old and young. In Islam this shows that Allah does not evaluate degrees
of rank and people of the world when we in the row and prayers. The fasting to guard passion
also method to remember Allah.

Prophet Muhammad saw said:it was not because of the brave in battle to defeat his enemies
but this who brave is protect our self from furious attitude (passion).

For example, control nature of bad tempered better than fight enemy. However reading Al-
Quran and translation also helps to remember Allah. The Quran is a treasure house of wisdom
and offers practical solutions to mankinds problems. It is a guide to those who have true
faith in Allah and what he has revealed to Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

Allah said in Quran: A guidance to those who are Al- muttaqun.Thats means who read
Quran and understood the meaning, they are human kind.

In addition, remember Allah every time and everywhere such as when we want to eat and
after eat, we must pray to Allah, before we want to sleep also read the doa and all action we
are doing is to remember Allah, our heart and soul will get better.
Al- Quran said:

)(

Means:"Those who believe themselves to be peaceful with remembrance of Allah. Know that
only remembrance Allah hearts feel so calm. (Ar-Raad:28)

Furthermore, remember Allah is obligatory and helps us to the other human.

Al-Quran said:
)(

Means: They are the prayer and spend part of the provisions what we have given them.
(An-anfal:3)

The meaning is helping parents, provide help to people who needed, and to contribute if able.
We also out potential nature sincere in all of action religious worship and far from elated
characteristic. For instance sincere to do prayer or work we hope blessing from Allah in all
we do.
Al- Quran said:

)(

Means: Then enjoy the spoils of war of you take it as food lawful and good, and trust in god,
Allah is forgiving most Merciful. (Al- Anfal:69)

When they will give another thing to slave, they attract the money with the right way and
hopeful from Allah. After that, this is a complete the action one from commandment of
Islamic.Produce the nature to be a middle and enough with given everything from Allah.
The second method to achieve taqwa is to do voluntary. As Muslim, doing tahajud prayer is
one of main stronger for us. Tahajud prayers can trains the system believes of Muslim.
Al-Quran said:

)(

Means: And on the part of the evening prayer tahajud you as an additional worship thee,
thy may easily raise thees means t to a praised estate. (79)

Thats means tahajud prayer have a powerful for faith. Tahajud prayer also keeps up human
spiritual, emotional and intellectual. We as Muslim must to be a truthful person, care
relationship between friends, parents, animals, and all of the creatures. From tahajud prayer
we can practice to be patience and sincere. When the trouble touched they were very anxious
to find success and it is very stingy, except those who perform the prayers of those who
remain in prayer. This voluntary can make a clean heart and soul.
Al- Quran said:

)(

Means:Surely Allah loves of those who purity themselves.( Al-Baqarah: 222)

Who often doing tahajud prayer Allah always keep they hearts. Furthermore, we can always
practice dhuha prayer, it`s can be to us total freedom and surrender when have a problem and
so on.
Al-Quran said:

)(

Means: whoever I fear Allah, he will open the way out he will provide him off toward the
opener. Allah will help human kind when have a difficult thing, and hope full to Allah. ( At-
Talaq:2)

Example we want pay fees faculties but don`t enough money, we release all problem and help
full to Allah, that way Allah can help us after we practice this voluntary, it`s also help to
attract a lot of money.
Al-Quran said:
Means: By the morning hours and in the night when there was silence. Lord does not leave
you and he does not hate you. And the hereafter is better than this world. And they lord will
give grace to you to be like. ( At-Taubah:1-5)

The meaning is in the morning, Allah give a lot of income to all of slave, in addition we
doing dhuha prayer, it`s more help to attract the income. when us often practice this prayer
it`s can avoid from difficult problem. From this way, Allah is a greatest and merciful will
forgiveness of sin.

For example in hadith: it`s the charity for every joint in your body (hadiths quoted bellow)
it`s means of forgiveness of sin. Whoever adheres to the dhuha a prayer has shall have his
sin forgiven, even if they are like the foam of the sea.
The third method to achieve taqwa is to be conscious. It`s grateful pleasure from Allah.
Enjoyable life with blessed grateful eyes, ears, hands, feets, tongue, stomach and so on.
Forinstance, gratitude of the tongue.
Al-Quran said:

)(
Means: Do not (Muhammad) moving the tongue you with the Holy Quran so rush (quick) to
read.
( Al-Qiyamah:16)

This means that the servant constantly praises to Allah with his tongue, thanks him and
recount`s his blessings, favours and his own failure to express sufficient gratitude for them.
We can also express grateful with feel unlimited success, we as to be slave of Allah.
Al-Quran said:

)(
Means: Say: Surely my prayer, devotions, my life and my death for Allah, Lord of the
Worlds.
(Al-Anam: 162)

We also as to be architect for our life, what we do now it`s all because Allah. We want a lot
of money so that we want help and give a part of money to other human. That can train our
final, to focus on the right things in life such as when we let our minds to look for problems
and focus on possibilities and go for solution. Exactly thinking through our action also
helping to grateful all assetthat Allah gave. Example prays the extra nawafil as one way to
thank Allah for blessing, such as prayer five rakaat after and before maghrib and Isyak
prayer. A Muslim always thanks to Allah in many way, repent one way to free from dirt heart
and soul.
Al-Quran said:

)(
Means: And those who commit despicable or wronged themselves, they remember Allah and
ask forgiveness for their sins. And no one who can forgive sins except Allah, and they do not
knowingly persist in even when they know. (Ali Imran: 135)

It`s tend to behave in good and faithful to Allah. For instance a thief may get his punishment
and he also needs to repent from Allah.

In conclusion, three of the more method to achieve taqwa is to remember Allah, to do

voluntary, and to be conscious in the way of life to build a good character kind Muslim, and
to achieve blissful Allah in the world, and the next world. Taqwa is root commitment to
decide improvement level and status people by Allah. It`s because Allah does not see who are
you, but Allah see what you have done in your life.
