Part A: Mechanical Design Process
In identifying customers requirements and prioritizing their needs before a certain
product is designed, Kano diagram and analysis could be used. Using the Kano
diagram and analysis, select any one (1) product from three (3) different brands and
compare them in a single table based on the three (3) quality categories in the Kano
diagram that every brand portrays. Discuss how the three (3) quality categories in the
Kano diagram may help you to prioritize your customers need in designing a certain
product.
