BUSINESS PLAN
The company officially named as RMIIZ. RMIIZ manufactured Tooth Paste Brush with
new innovation where the toothbrush and toothpaste is combine as one. Made life easier is the
main objective of our products. The idea behind the name of this company were came up by
five founders whose names are bearing the company name. Since the market is huge and have
high commercial opportunities as well as being better for the planet, we took this opportunities
to invent a new brand of Tooth Paste Brush. As it is the number one most selling products, it
is effectively comfort-usage and in future, we would like to plan as to improve this innovation
to a better one. Next, as for the simplicity and effectiveness, people choosing a product where
it is easy to carry and simple to use. So, with the combination of technology and innovation,
RMIIZ has decided to implement and come out with a product that is simple and comfortable
to use with highly effective. Tooth Paste Brush is a product that can depict the meaning of
Simplicity, effectiveness and quality practically for making life easier.

1.1 Name and Type of Business
RMIIZ is a stand-alone company that manufactures new and unique innovation-based products.
The name of the company stands for the first name of the company founders and our logo
depicts a wave-brainstorm onto converging ideas along with implementation. RMIIZ has got a
wide range database of so many innovative products which mainly to make the life routine of
every individual easier and better. The first product that was produced by RMIIZ commercially
named as Tooth Paste Brush .It is typically a toothbrush with toothpaste (2 in 1) in which it is
easy to carry along anywhere to go and simple to use.

RMIIZ is an online-dependent marketing and selling company. Via any social media
applications such as WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram or through the website of the
company, our products can be purchased. The products storage and distribution point is
addressed as UniKL MICET, Bandar Vendor, Taboh Naning,, 78000 Alor Gajah, Malacca.

1.4 Date of Commencement
RMIIZ has officially been established on 10th October 2017 by five founders whose names are
bearing the company name.
There are so many factors inducing the choice of the business and the major one is the attractive
platform market of making toothbrushes. As said earlier, around 3.5 billion toothbrushes are
sold worldwide each year and it is still on-going growing. Subsequently, the market is
enormously huge and striking, thus our company came up with the pioneering Tooth Paste
Brush that can be globally the number one most selling product of its kind. Other factors are
simplicity and effectiveness. People, in our time, tend to be choosing a product where it is
comfy to carry and simple to use. As for our part, a combination of the current technology and
innovation has been implemented together to come up with a product that is not only simple
and comfortable to use but also highly effective. Tooth Paste Brush is a product that can depict
the meaning of Simplicity, effectiveness and Quality practically for making life easier.
Good dental or oral care is important to maintaining healthy teeth, gums and tongue in order to
prevent problems such as bad breath and tooth decay. In this day and age, people become aware
of oral care and it is extremely essential to them. When buying a product, people always
concern about three major elements in order for them to purchase the product. Quality, Price
and Simplicity. Some products lack all these elements while others are shortage of one at least
making people with no choice behind. Tooth Paste Brush is a product where it came to combine
all these three elements that people greatly pay attention to. Apart from the simplicity and the
good price, Tooth Paste Brush is of a high quality that made up of sustainable material and
organic product making it not only excellent to the ones health yet it is also a good choice of

SECTION 6: MARKETING PLAN
The targets customers are for all kind of people and all range of age. Toothbrush
and toothpaste are the essentials thing for everyone. Normally, it would be use 2 to 3
time a day. Our highlight is those people whom always need to travel. However, every
single one would experience travelling. Thus, this toothkit is a must for them to have
one. The population of Malaysia is estimated to be 31.62 million in 2017. The growth
rate of the population is 1.6% annually. So the target for this product is generally for
all kind people around Malaysia and as well as international if this product penetrate
the international market.

Some of these company has already be in the market for more than 60 years but some
are new in the market. The marketing stratergy for all of the companies are strong
enough even until now. Almost in every house is equiped by their product. Their
product are available from a grocery shop to supermarket and hypermarket.
6.4 Distribution
The scope for this product sale is generally on all part of Malaysia. Toothrush
Kit would be estimated to enter every market in Malaysia, include small grocery shop
until hypermarket such as Tesco, Giant, Mydin and Jusco. These places are the common
visited place when one is about to buy their monthly household.
Since the product is combining the brush and toothpaste where there is no such
product yet available in the market. The price for each unit would be MYR 29.90. The
price stated is based on the machinery use, marketing expenses and the profit make.
Advertising the product is really important in order to expose about the existence of the
product. Making an advertisment is not easy because of the cost. For the initial stage,
platform for the commercial purpose would be through radio, blog and internet. After
that, commercial through television and billboards advertisement can be done.
For the publicity purpose, product launches event could be held. As well as
pointing an ambassador, commonly the famous actor to promote the product. The
special event should include community involvement. Testimonial is also important in
marketing. This is to attract and persuade people to buy our product.

6.6 Marketing Budget
Budget for marketing is the invesment to be made. Radio and billboard will be
a good platform to start marketing at the very beginning stage. This is to expose to the
Malaysians about the existence of this new product in the market.

Once the targeted sales achive, more investment in marketing will be made. The
platform of commercialling will be added more. Television will be the second strategy
to enhance sales.

SECTION 7: OPERATIONAL PLAN

In designing the structure, an expert are asked to design because every inch of the
product need to be in suitable angle so that it suits to everyone who used it. In designing
the prodcut a concept of syringe is used. The tube is connected to the brush and internal
pathway is made for the toothpaste path purpose.
Once the design is ready, a prototype is made first. The prototype is not yet the final
product since there might be defect in the design that need to be improve. Thus, a testing
of the suitability need to be done. If the are any defect or unsuitability, the design need to
be modified and the process will keep on repeating until a suitable one is obtained.
The final design would be as the model for the rest of manufacturing process. The
manufacturing will involve several machine, include the cutting machine, polish machine,
design machine and painting machine. The process will not 100% depend on the machine
because we still need manworker for the inspection purpose for each of the products part
is made.
Based on our expectations for the first year, our product can only be distributed to the
customers in the 5th month of operation.

7.5 Packaging
Packaging is one of the important element in selling product. It will become the first
impression of the buyer. Nice and sleek pakaging would attract peoples attention and
eventually raising the desire of buying the product. The packaging would be different in color.
The box color would be corresponding to the color of the product inside. Different color are

made because, it is one of the marketing strategy to enhance the product features. There are 3
colors available which are pink, yellow and green. The packaging is a match-like box with a
see through transparent part.
During the first year, the current administrative employees will also be involved in the
production/packaging/distribution in order to cut costs. Hiring trained employees are in plans
for future revision.

RMIIZ Company is introducing a new invented two in one toothbrush kit named Tooth
Paste Brush. It is a revolutionary product of its kind which made up of sustainable material and
organic components in order to be a good choice not for the individual but also for the
environment. Tooth Paste Brush is a product of good quality and price, effective and simple
and comfortable to carry and use. Innovative technology has been utilized in order to make our
Tooth Paste Brush is the only one of pioneering and unique product that has got no peer in the
market nowadays which gives rise to be the brand-new stand-alone toothbrush. Our product is
liable, as toothpaste contained as concerned, does not contain any chemical ingredient that can
cause any harm or irritation to gum, tongue and mouth around skin region and this product has
been tested before the product is put on market. RMIIZ is confidently able to achieve aggressive
sales forecast, generating profit because the companys management has carefully considered
its market and potential customer base.
Besides, RMIIZ also would like to improve Tooth Paste Brush by transforming our
main product to a digital controlled one as well as it is the bridging towards a SMART TOOTH
PASTE BRUSH via the use and implementation of the new era technology. RMIIZ believes
that with the technology, tenacity, skills and experience we have, we are able to achieve and
surpass sales levels.
