Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you with respect to my student identity card which I lost a week ago in a

public vehicle while traveling to home from college.

The other major problem I face is to get access to library. As you know that without student

Identification Card, student cant get access to library. Therefore, it is creating a lot of

problems as I need to submit my various project various reference books because of my lost

Identity card.

I would like to request you to kindly consider my case on priority basis and issue me new

Identity card at earliest .I would like to thank you in advance and God bless you!
