Strengths of the lesson:

Creative and fun start to the lesson


Very nice interaction, monitoring and scaffolding during activities
Very good activities which engaged the children well
Excellent use of iPad and the app for self/peer assessment
Very good to give the children the choice of which animal to make
Overall a good lesson, pleasant environment and engaged and interested children
Very good lesson plan

Areas for development:

Think about why we need children to be well managed, raising their hands and responding to
questions when chosen
