Dear Cole:

We have received your letter of complaint dated September 13, 2017 regarding the issues of reliability
and network speed.

We have been experiencing problems at our Virginia datacenter over the past month and have been
working very closely with our datacenter engineers to resolve this issue. Our server problems are
estimated to effect around 30% of all web servers hosted at the Virginia datacenter. We expect these
issues to be completely resolved within the next two weeks. This should solve your problems with
server up time.

To address your issues with network speed. In the contract of your host package it states that your
speed may vary from 500 kbps to 1500 kbps. During peak hours on our server, your websites
connection speed may be affected. If these speeds do not meet your requirements, we offer an
upgrade package to a 3mbps priority connection. A priority connection is guaranteed to maintain
constant connection speeds, even at peak hours.
