FROM PULSED PLASMA POWER TO THE AETHER MOTOR

Hello,

I am Eugene Mallove, an engineer by training and experience, a scientist by disposition and

profession, and Im also the editor in chief of Infinite Energy Magazine which is an international
magazine dedicated to exploring new forms of energy that are not yet accepted by the scientific
establishment the so-called scientific establishment - simply because these seem to contradict the
supposedly sacrosanct models from the 19th and 20th century that science built to explain nature. But
it is now the 21st century, and its time to move on. Lets move on to a more enlightened era, as quick-
ly as possible.
It is my privilege to introduce you to this video, to some very extraordinary science and
technology that is being carried out by two exceptional scientists Dr. Paulo Correa and Alexandra
Correa. Since the mid 1970s, they have been working on this project in their entirely self-financed
laboratory in the Toronto, Canada area. You may learn more about their work from their website
(http://www.aetherometry.com).
I have known the Correas since 1996 when I met Dr. Paulo Correa at the Third International
Symposium on New Energy in Denver Colorado, at which he gave an astonishing lecture on a new
type of energy generation device. This was shortly after the Correas had received several provocative
US patents on special electrical discharge tubes which they called pulsed abnormal glow discharge
devices or PAGD units. And here are the patents, you can see them yourself [shows copies of US
patents] but they can be accessed from information on the Correa website
(http://aetherenergy.com/correa_patents.php). In fact, Infinite Energy immediately profiled the
Correas and their PAGD work on the cover of Issue #7 [1], the March/April 1996 issue of Infinite
Energy. Additional reports of the Correa work have followed in Infinite Energy Magazine through
2002. And heres an example of one of the cover articles that we have written about their work
[Dr. Mallove shows issue #41 of Infinite Energy]. And there will certainly be more coverage of their
work along with the work of many other scientists and inventors on the very unappreciated or under
appreciated new energy frontier. This area, in general, encompasses such other new energy areas as
Low Energy Nuclear Reactions, so-called cold fusion, vacuum energy and reconsideration of the

Second Law of Thermodynamics.

I must say that the Correas theoretical and experimental work has advanced considerably
since their disclosures in 1996 as you will see in the second part of Dr. Correas video lecture
concerning aether motors. It is my opinion that the Correas science and technology ranks in
quality among the very highest in the new energy field. It is of exemplary completeness, and high
level of disclosure and clarity for those willing to take the time to study this extremely rich and
provocative body of material.
What you will see, in the first part of this video, for the first time in wide public exposure, is
the actual operation of these PAGD tubes as they drive various types of motors through special
circuitry which captures robust levels of electrical energy from the very fabric of the so-called
vacuum state. Indeed, as engineer-physicist, Dr. Harold Aspden says in his historical introduction
to the Correas work (which follows my comments), this capture of energy from the vacuum is regard-
ed as absolutely impossible by the present widely accepted sciences of electricity, magnetism and
electromagnetic energy or electrodynamics. Yet, as Dr. Aspden so correctly explains, there have been
very fundamental flaws in the accepted theory of electrodynamics that were introduced almost from
the beginning of the theory in the early 19th century. There have been many more important anom-
alies and puzzles that have been swept under the rug in the untidy house of physics. And, as I have
learned by my own study of the published work of thoughtful critics of electromagnetism and
relativity, such as the Correas, Dr. Tom Phipps and others, there is every reason to believe that
present textbook physics in these areas and in others is not only fundamentally incomplete but, in
many ways, is highly flawed and even flat out wrong.
I should note in passing, before Dr. Aspden begins his 20 minute taped discussion from
England, that Dr. Aspden was the director in charge of all of IBMs European operations from 1963
to 1983 (Dr. Harold Aspden website: http://www.aspden.org/). The Correas fully acknowledge
Dr. Aspdens work for its seminal inspiration to some of their own development.
The approximately 1 hour of video about the work of the Correas that follows, titled From
Pulsed Plasma Power to the Aether Motor was presented at the Innovative Energies Technology
Conference of 2002 in Berlin. Be prepared to be taken through an intriguing mixture of scientific
explanation, historical background, and to witness, in Part I, the operation of motors being driven by
the Correa PAGD tubes, and, in Part II, the operation of Aether motors being driven from various
sources. Energy from each output of a PAGD device - by precise measurement of the current and
voltage profile over a very short time - is substantially greater than the input energy, often 10 times
greater, and even more [2]. The process is 100% repeatable and, in fact, can be made to occur auto-
matically, as an autogenously pulsed, that is, automatic, glow discharge. What is as important, if not
more important than examining each pulse, is the fact that various ways have been developed to show
that the gross electrical output of the PAGD device exceeds input electrical energy when the PAGD
tube and associated circuitry are employed to charge up batteries or to drive certain types of electri-
cal motors.
I have been to the Correa laboratory in the Toronto area, several times, beginning in August
2000 and I have observed the multiple ways in which PAGD output and input power has been
measured, battery charging and discharging, data acquisition system voltage and current capture,
oscillographic measurement and motor output calibration and modeling. I am satisfied that the

Correa PAGD devices most definitely have an overunity characteristic. And I am convinced that the
Correa PAGD science and technology is of extremely critical importance to our energy future. The
difficulties that have been encountered in acquiring R&D support for this exemplary research have
been described by Dr. Correa in public lectures and in articles that have appeared in Infinite Energy
and on the Correa website (http://www.aetherometry.com).
In Part II of the video lecture, Dr. Correa introduces a perhaps even more remarkable type
of power generation, presumptively coming from what can only be described as an energetic aether.
This aether is not a static, luminiferous aether, the electromagnetic aether of the 19th, which was
indeed ruled out by such experiments as the Michelson-Morley interferometer measurements in the
1880s. But, rather, it is a dynamic energetic aether that apparently pervades the universe if the Correa
experimental work is accepted for what it most certainly seems to show, along with my personal
witnessing of it since August 2000. There have been other witnesses of the Correa experiments, some
of which have written comments that can be found on this DVD including my own - in comput-
er accessible format.
In 1998, the Correas evidently made a dramatic breakthrough in decoding aether physics.
Building on earlier experimental work by Nikola Tesla and later work by Dr. Wilhelm Reich, both of
whom worked in the United States, the Correas in Canada discovered how to make electronic cir-
cuitry that is able to power special types of electric motors spinner motors by capturing and trans-
forming components of aether energy into the energy of electrons moving in the final stages of the
circuitry. The Correas have filed for patent protection on these aether motor concepts [3]. I am
pleased to introduce to you the first ever video footage of these aether motors in operation.
The sources of the aether energy according to the experiments that are portrayed in the
video range from special Faraday cage accumulators, called ORACs (after Reichs terminology), to
the body of the earth itself, to evacuated Vacor tubes, and most astonishing, to the human body.
Since I have personally witnessed theses experiments and much more yet to be disclosed from the
fruits of the Correas labours I am in a position to testify to the integrity of these most shocking,
truly mind-boggling experiments. Of course, no video presentation by the Correas, or testimonial by
me or others can prove to an appropriately skeptical witness that these demonstrations are legitimate.
This video presentation can best serve to provoke the curiosity of the scientifically, technologically
and environmentally-minded observers in the video audience. That is the intent of this DVD. And
you can see some of their work, some of the monographs that are available on their website, and I
have collected even more of them, downloading them in pdf format. You can see various volumes,
very thick and extensive materials from aetherometry.com.
But I do make this representation to those who will witness the Correa video lecture: from
my many years of interaction with the Correas, I have found their integrity to be absolutely beyond
reproach. Ive examined the innards of their small, aether motor electronics bay-enclosures for
inappropriate energy storage devices, such as batteries, and I have found no trickery. I am essential-
ly 100% certain that there is no deliberate fraud or misrepresentation in their work.
Furthermore, in reading their Aetherometry monographs, and examining some of the exper-
iments outlined therein, it is quite clear that they are pioneering some of the most interesting, well-
integrated and important scientific work on this planet. It seems to connect physics, chemistry, biol-
ogy, atmospheric science, astronomy and cosmology in a most intimate and surprising way. Only

time will tell how much of this scientific work will be confirmed by others. That is the process of
science - and they have published work that can be repeated. But for now, I am committed to doing
everything in my power to help introduce the Correas science and technology to the world.
