Dear Dr. May,

I would like to take the time to thank you for giving me the opportunity to serve as an
intern at Sport & Spine Physical Therapy. I have gained valuable insight into the Physical
Therapy field over the past two months. I cannot thank you enough for everything you have
taught me while working with your Physical Therapy team this fall. I greatly value your kindness
and the knowledge you impacted to me as my mentor.
For the past two months I learned how to observe patients correctly as well as
effectively encouraging to help their situation. Seeing your all around skills with each patient
regardless of age has helped me. I learned how to create close bods with your patients as well
as your staff members. Different patients have different stories, as a PT youre there to help
make their story have a happy ending.
As I am finishing up my exams as well as starting my last semester as an undergraduate
student, I know that my future physical therapy experiences will be memorable and rewarding.
I would like to thank the rest of the staff for opening up to me with welcoming arms and I will
miss you all and this experience as I embark on my new journey.
