Chronic stress directly affects the immune system, , it can


aggravate numerous conditions, including allergies,
arthritis, asthma, atherosclerosis, cancer, colitis, diabetes,
emphysema, gastritis, hypertension, hypoglycemia,
neuromuscular syndromes, speech problems, and
ulcers. ,Also leads to hormonal imbalance ( Adrenal, Pituitary,
Thyroid ) that further suppress your immune syatem.
Elevated levels of adrenaline over time can also cause blood
to clot faster (which contributes to plaquing), the thyroid to
become overly stimulated, & the body to produce more
cholesterol.

When stress strikes, your bodys adrenal glands produce hormones,


such as adrenaline, which increase blood pressure; chronic stress
keeps these hormones at dangerously high levels.

doing jobs they dont enjoy.

2. Another reason some people dont like their work is because they do jobs that
keep them in an area of weakness.

area of strength is that it actually gives you
energy.
An individuals self-concept affects every aspect of human
behavior. The ability to learnthe capacity to grow and
changethe choice of friends, mates, and careers.
It is no exaggeration to say that a strong positive

success in life.
