Parent Communication Survey Update
Thanks to all who participated in completing the parent
communication survey. Key results from the survey are listed below.
88% of parents surveyed agree or strongly agree that school
information is received in a timely manner while 84% agree or
strongly agree that information about their child is received in a
timely manner.
Email, text messages, and notes/letters sent home were the top
three preferred communication methods for receiving school
information. Telephone calls, email, and text messages were the
top three preferred methods of receiving about a child.
71% of parents want to receive information as often as possible
and prefer information on academic achievement, innovative
programs, extra-curricular activities, and curriculum.
Your survey responses will be used to guide our communication
improvement plans.
