Reviewed LPT Procedure.
Witness of Hydro Static test Inspection for the equipment Coil No. 69, 70, 71 &72:
Hydrostatic test Inspection witnessed of Radiant coil work no 13C0011, Coil no 69, 70, 71, 72 as per approved drawing found satisfactory
and accepted.
Hydro test carried out as per approved procedure EG13C006-1 and approved Drawing No 03102CB0001 the equipment test in Horizontal
condition.
Water quality Lab test reports verified the actual values are meet the requirements.
Temperature of the water during hydro test measured @ 20 C and found within acceptable limits as per approval procedure.
Pressure Gauge reading measured at Top of the offered Radiant coil and actual obtained pressure readings are 90 bars as per requirement
of the requirement drawing 87.3 bar. Pressure gauge had valid calibration sticker and same has been verified with the original calibration
certificate.
Review of Radiography Film
Review of RT film of Tube to Tube & coils 100% as per the approved drawings, approved procedure, acceptable criteria ASTM
E446, EG13COO6-1 C3.6 Radiography films are found satisfactory and accepted.
All inspection reports were reviewed endorsed.
Witness and Review of NDT reports
Reviewed Liquid penetrant test inspection record As per ASME SEC VIII Div-1, Appendix 8 and reviewed report found acceptable.

Visual Inspection of dimensional Tube assembly report was reviewed as per MSS-SP-55 and Approved Drawing of each fitting found
acceptable..
All inspection reports were reviewed endorsed.
