PERSONNEL  CLASSIFICATION/DESCRIPTION AND SALARY

1. MANAGER­ rseposible for the operation of the business and the personnel.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

 Male or Female, 25­30 years old with excellent leadership and communication skills.
 Preferably a Graduate of Bachelors Science in Business and Administration, preferably marketing  and 
management with at least 2 to 3 years experience in printing  business or related field.
  Fluent in both wriiten and oral English
 Computer Literate 

DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES:

 Resposible fo the over all management and sales of the establishment.
 Manage and coordinate the activties of the engage personnel in business operations and monitor their 
work performance.
 Implement strategies ot maximize income potential.
 May initiate or authorize employee hire, discharge or transfer.

2. ADMINISTRATION OFFICER­  responsible for providing or obtaining a variety of management 
services essentails to the direction and operations of an organization.

JOB QUAILIFICATION:

 Male or  Female, 25­30 years old
 Bachelor degree preferable Business Management Graduate
 With at least 2 years experience
 Customers services oriented
 Computer Literate
   
   DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES:

 Coordinate the planning, development and operation of all activities and programs of the shop.
 Provide for the operation and maintenance of the physical plant, the purchase of suuplies and equipment, 
and the maintenance of  appropriate inventories and records of real and personnel properties of the shop.
3. OPERATION OFFICER­  resposible for provoding or obtaining a variety of management services 
essential to the direction and operation of an organization.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

 Male of Female , 25­35 years old 
 Graduate of ay 4 year business course.
 Costumer Services  oriented
 Computer Literate

DUTIES AND RESPOSIBLE:
 Organize   and conduct scientific and technical meetings, prepare   and edit reports, manual guidelines 
and other specilaized publication

4. ACCOUNTING CLERK­ responsible for book keeping of company account.

JOB QUAILIFICATION:

 Male or Female, 21­20 years old
 Preferably  Accounting Graduate
 With experience in General Accounting
 Must be Computer Literate

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES:

 Responsible for recording the daily sales and expenses of the shop.
 Responsible   for   recording   the   weekly   and   monthly   sales   and   any   form   regarding   in   itemizing   the 
product.
 Responsible for checking all the transactions of the business.
 Resposible for book keeping of all records and log all services availed in the log sheet and update the 
records i the computer.
 Shall handle the books of the organization.
 Preapare  and submit the reports or statemnt to the manager in coordinatio wit the CPA Consultant.

5. CASHIER­ records and logs the amount paid by the costumers

JOB QUAILIFICATION:

 Female, 18­25 years old
 At least 2nd Year College
 Services oriented with good communication skills.
 Trust worthy and must have pleasing personality
 Must be computer Literate

DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES:
 recieve the payments from the customers.
 records all the transaction in the long sheet.
 assist the operation and arrangement of the store.­responsible to the cash registered machine.

− 6.)PC OPERATOR­  provides support to the operation in the area of technical service.

−        JOB CLASSIFICATION: 

 Male or Female, 20­30 years old
 Vocation graduate preferable

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBIITIES:

 Provides technical service in PC problems and recommends corresponding solutions.
 Prepare preventive maintenance program for computer.
 Conduct research on the latest technologies that may be applicable for the shops operation.
 Make recommendation regarding specifications of computers.
 Perform other jobs that may be assigned as the need arises.

7.)PHOTOGRAPHER AND LAYOUT PERSONNEL­responsible for taking pictures and or 
make layouts to earn  money.

JOBS CLASSIFICATION:

 Male or Female, 25­30 years old
 Graduate of B.S Photography

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
­

   8.)MAINTENANCE­  responsible for the over­all cleanliness and orderliness of the shop.
             
                        JOB CLASSIFICATION:

 Male or Female, 18­25 years old.
 At least high school graduate.

  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Maintain the cleanliness of the shop.
 Responsible for the maintenance of the utilities beyond the work place.
 Responsible for maintaining the over­all cleanliness of the store before and after opening
9.) PHOTCOPY OPERATOR­ for Xerox operation and trouble shooting of the equipment.

          JOB CLASSIFICATION:
 Male or Female, 18­25 years old
 At least high school graduate

                       DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Provides technical services.
 Preventive maintenance of the machine.
 Assist the customer immidiately.

COMPANY POLICIES:
          The following are the necessary discipline needed within the store properly: 

 Employees should have a consistent manner or respect and courtesy to all customers regardless 
of differences in race, color, social status or appearance.
 They should deal guest requests and complaints with immidiate resolution and honesty.
 They should have a consistent contribution to learn   more efforts, honesty, truthfulness and 
respectfulness in everyday dealings with superior and co­workers.
 Employees should practice prudence upon using the companies facilities and economizing the 
resources for its most effectve use.
 They should have report immidiately any problem arising that would compromise safety, proper 
maintenance and productive use.
 They should have pridein wearing company's uniform which is: company t­shirt and slacks.
 Should be willing and not tired in life­long on­the­job learning and of giving their dedication 
and best effort on the delegated task.
 Employees  must be able to handle confidential informations, documents, finances, financial 
records and status report.
 Protecting the company against any business competitor is a must for every personnel.
