Analysis test

We know that to see the results of learning achievement of students or learners done
penilaiaian. In the measurement and assessment activities there is always a tool used commonly
called by the term test. Well the test is a test that is a number of questions to be answered, or a
number of statements to be selected, responded to, or a set of tasks to be performed by those
tested for the purpose of obtaining information about certain aspects of the person tested. The
test itself is divided into two descriptions or essays and objective tests. Before doing the test at
first it must be the test is made first. In making these tests conducted by teacher teachers there
are weaknesses weakness that is less the level of quality of tests made. There are still many
teachers who are not paying attention to the correct steps in making tests that in reality are still a
lot of less qualified tests.

Here I suggest ideas or ideas about the steps or things to consider in making a test. This
step I created in the form of a chart like below:

From the above chart we can see the first step that must be done is to determine the form
of whether the test is in the form of a description, objective form or combination form of
description and objective. The form of the question depends on the subject given or submitted. If
he is in the form of science and technology then it would be better if the test is in the form of a
description because there are so many applications in it.

The second step is the compilation of questions consisting of the development of the grid
and the writing of the item. The development of the grid is one of the preparation of teachers in
preparing test questions to facilitate teachers in making the problem. Then after the lattice has
been prepared then the teacher makes the items about the test. The answer given consists of three
types: new, last year, and combination of new and last year.

The third step after the making or compilation of the next problem is validation of the
problem is to re-examine the problems that have been made. Here the aspects that need to be
reviewed include: (1) the suitability of the grain with the competence (3) the accuracy of the
word question / command (4) clarity of the clue how to work the problem (5) clarity of the
scoring guidance (7) the simplicity of language use. with the re-examination of the problem will
be given to be qualified.

From the above exposure can be concluded that there are three steps that must be
considered in making the problem is to adjust the form of the problem, the compilation of
questions and validation of the problem. Based on the above exposure, it can be suggested the
need for a program or policy in the development and preparation of test questions of student
learning results obtained quality test results. Some concrete steps that need to be done include (1)
executing validation on all questions that have been prepared so that the question meets the
criteria of substance, construction and language; (2) create a rubric to facilitate the process of
scoring on the questions in the form of a description; and (3) the measurement of learning
outcomes needs to be focused on aspects of application, analysis, synthesis, and evaluation.
