Dear Sir,

Please ignore my previous email on data analysis as that was done on LCD+ADC. I had a work here with Mr S
and he told me that it was to be done with ABC+LCD. So the new analysis is attached herewith.

My apologies for the inconvenience incurred.

Thanks
Kind Regards
Lalit

Subject: D- Project

Dear Tony ji,

Refer the meeting on Saturday. In this connection i would like to mention that:
a. our interest shall be 70%. However, the mining shall be done by a contractor JIC. Contractor shall also have
some margins. 50% of the profit can be added to the mining cost so our effective share will be 85%;
b. D is a product the price of which never fluctuate much so the profit shall not be affected by recession etc.
c. we will be selling it raw. The company which process it can also share profit with us.
d. I trust that labour laws are no so bad as in South Africa.
e. Some work has already been done on the project site and certain equipment may also be available. this will
reduce the capital cost.
f. We may discuss with the Government for certain tax concession or holiday atleast till the time break-even is
not achieved or capital infused is not recovered.

Further, this will offer us an opening with the Country and the Govt. This relationship may be exploited for
future opportunities not only in mining but in other sectors also.
In the light of the above i am of the view to pursue the Project. Once we have the Geological Report etc and the
Project not found viable we may come out at that stage.

Regards,
Ravindra
