Overseeing day-to-day operations in a commercial lumberyard then relaying information verbally or electronically to
owner/supervisor in a collaborative effort to operate as efficient as possible and increase revenue.
Analyzing lumber markets and determining course of action related, but not limited to raising/lowering prices, changing vendors,
exhausting a specific product etc.
Purchasing commodities (lumber) at the lowest possible price, without sacrificing integrity of the product in order to compete with

Dispatching fleet in the most efficient way possible for the company, as well as meeting customer timelines reinforcing regard for
