I think this attitude comes from parents behavior also it’s the blame on the family.

This case needs to very difficult to treat such as take care of him and show more attention to him.

Maybe she is spoiled at home for some reasons such as being an only child. Maybe she tries to draw attention to her self.

The teacher should be very clever in this situation such as giving this student assigning a leader in the class and make him busy, for example, let him help the teacher in some work.
