Dream, planning and wishes usually describe in future tense.

There are
differentiation among dream, planning, and wishes. Dream is an unbounded and
unmeasured thing which we feel it bring happiness by fulfill our desire. Planning
is preparing a sequence of action steps to achieve some specific goal. Wishes are
capture things that you potentially desire or want without having to commit to
actually doing them.

Example:
My name is Dini Sri Istiningdias. The word Dini means little if you
translate in Indonesian. Based on the background of my name, I have a big dream
to introduce myself to the world. For that dream, I should take many steps to
realize my dream. My mother said that communication is the most important part
when you will be a popular person. The best communication will happen when
you can practice the language ability which appropriate with your purpose to
many people. So, I take English course since elementary school to rise my
language ability. My reason is English can reach every part of the world.
In junior high school, I have a plan to support my dream. I am going to
continue my study until Bachelor Degree in Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia
with English major. I see that every English teacher is an awesome person. I
continue to learn English by follow many language competitions such as debate
and story telling. At school, I always help my friends who didnt understand about
English subject. If my friends feel happy, it will make me happy too.
Finally, I didnt accept in Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. On that time, I
really feel sad to accept the reality. My parents always support and pray the best
for me. They still wish that I will get the best state university. Fortunately, I
accepted in Universitas Padjadjaran to continue my study into Bachelor Degree. I

get the point from my education experience, not all of our plans will reach successfully but
God will give the best thing for your life. Now, I also graduate from UNPAD after I finished
Master Degree. I wish that my knowledge and study experience will inspire and motivate all
people in my English class. I also wish that I never stop and feel tired about learning
everything. Then, I have a new plan to continue my study for Phd Degree in the overseas. I
wish that my God will give more opportunities for my planning. I also wish that I am going
to continue my study as soon as possible. Little doesnt mean that you cant do anything
without money or beauty. Little is the Gods way to believe that you can reach some
wonderful things in the world during you have the giant effort and never give up.
