The International Society of Cosmetogynecology (ISCG) will hold the 4th ISCG Awards for Best Aesthetic Results
in Cosmetic Genital Procedures at the World Congress on January 29 - 30, 2018. Entry is open to all registered
physicians performing female and male cosmetic genital procedures who will attend the ISCG 11th Annual World
Congress.

Labiaplasty (labia minora) & colpoplasty
Combined Labiaplasty and Clitoral Hood Reduction
Labia Majora Volume Enhancement
Labia Majora Reduction Surgery
Vaginal Rejuvenation/Tightening/Introitoplasty Surgery
Labia Minora and Majora Non-Invasive Rejuvenation Procedure (radiofrequency, lasers, PRP, chemical)
Neovagina
Cosmetic Penile Enhancement
Vaginal Rejuvenation/Tightening Non-invasive Procedures
Best Overall Cosmetic Genital Surgery Enhancement
Best Overall Non-Surgical Genital Enhancement
Best Botched Patient Revision Surgery
ENTRIES
The contestant will submit a set of before and after color photos of his/her best results. Submit the photos
without electronic enhancement or alterations as .jpg or .tif at a minimum of 300 dpi and 3x3" in size.
Specify the appropriate category for the entry.
Contestants can submit only one entry in each category and also compete in all of the categories for multiple
awards. A short history and a description of the procedures performed (60 words or less) is required for each
entry.
Contestants are solely responsible for obtaining a photo release from the patient prior to submission. ISCG holds
no responsibility for entries submitted without a properly executed release. Contestant must be a registered
attendee at the 2018 ISCG Annual World Congress or ISCG faculty member.
Complete and submit the entry to: mpelosi2@iscgyn.com on or before the closing date of December 1, 2017.
The ISCG Award Committee will notify the contestant via email after the submission has been received and
accepted. Winners will be announced at the ISCG Awards Ceremony on Tuesday, January 30, 2018. Each
category winner will receive a trophy and a printed certificate. Winners will also be displayed on the ISCG
website.
Additional Conditions
Submitted photos will not be returned. ISCG is not responsible for loss or incomplete entries. ISCG is not responsible for incorrect or
inaccurate contestant's entry information. ISCG reserves the right to reject entries or move them into other categories if appropriate.
Whole categories may be merged with others or removed altogether if insufficient entries are received. ISCG reserves the right to change,
modify, extend contest dates, and suspend or cancel the contest at any time. Winners agree to allow use of name and photos by ISCG
without compensation. ISCG assumes no responsibility for injury or loss that may arise from participating in the contest. The decision of
the ISCG Award Committee in all matters is final. Submission of an entry to the 2018 ISCG Award for Best Aesthetic Results automatically
constitutes the acceptance by the contestant of the conditions set forth in these rules.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation
Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Medical Education Resources (MER) and Interna-
tional Society of Cosmetogynecology. MER is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Credit Designation
Medical Education Resources designates this live activity for a maximum of 16 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. Physicians should claim
only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
