As there is no Housekeeper in the resort, I oversee the entire Room Division Operation (Front Office and
Housekeeping) and somewhat in charge as Room Division Manager (although not handling the manning and
costing of Housekeeping). I am experienced in handling administration and operation of Front Office, conflict
resolution, motivate & train staff and always able to achieve upselling budget target as well as maintaining
Trip Advisor positive comments.

DUTY MANAGER AT KARMA KANDARA BALI [Feb 2015 Mar 2016]

During interview, I was seen qualified by Room Division Manager (due to my previous employment in Karma
Resorts), hence getting promoted to Duty Manager after three months of Management Training. I was
entrusted to handle matters by own judgment and responsible for the operation of Front Office and
Housekeeping after working hours. My work performance can be seen from numerous Trip Advisor
comments.

MANAGEMENT MAGISTER AT UNIVERSITAS UDAYANA (Currently Taking)
I am currently taking a Master Degree of Marketing Management at Universitas Udayana which starts from
5.30pm to 11pm. With my time-management, I do not have problem taking the classes after work as I
always finished my work on time. I also monitor the front office via telephone and teamviewer from home
when needed.
