Program:
Learning Action Cell (LAC) On Early Language Literacy and Numeracy
(ELLN)(Session 1 & 2- Leveling of expectations & Status Report in Early
Grades Education)
Objectives: 1. Have a deeper understanding of the K to 3 curriculum.

2. Realize the significant role of instructional supervision in improving
the quality of education.
Program schedule: July 20,2016
Key Results:
School Head, trained teachers are all concerned teachers were oriented
and identified priority topics for session 1 & 2.
Resource Material: School Fund, MOOE
M & E Analysis:
1. Monitoring on the implementation of the ELLN program through
classroom observation was successfully done.
2. Conducts post conference to teachers and give technical assistance
based on the observation made was implemented.
Comments:
Technical Assistance were given to teachers based on the findings during
classroom monitoring and observation on the implementation of the program.
Issues encountered: The attendance of the teachers was complete.
Recommendation:
Monitoring on the implementation of the ELLN program through
classroom observation.

Program: Learning Action Cell (LAC) On Early Language Literacy and Numeracy (ELLN)
(Session 3 & 4 14 Domain: Emergent Literacy & 14 Domain: Beginning and Early
Reading )
Objectives: 1. Identify the developmental characteristics of children aged four to seven.

2. Realize the importance of knowing the developmental characteristics of the
learners to the designing developmentally appropriate lessons.
Program schedule: August 19, 2016
Key Results: School Head , trained teachers and all concerned teachers were oriented and
identified priority topics for session 3 & 4.
Resource Material: School Fund, MOOE
M & E Analysis: By knowing the learners characteristics, we can understand and appreciate
general patterns of growth as well as the individual differences among the
the pupils in the same grade level.
Comments: Technical Assistance were given to teachers based on the findings during classroom
monitoring and observation on the implementation of the program.
Issues encountered: The attendance of the teachers was complete.
Recommendation: Monitoring on the implementation of the ELLN program through classroom

Objectives:
1. Identify the specific domains that are developed in a week lesson in an integrated
way.
2. Familiarize oneself with the parts of week-long lesson.

Objectives: 1. Demonstrate how to conduct a read-aloud session.

a book of other text to the children.Texts rich in meaning or language and class
favorites are read again and again and are used as a basis for other activities.

Objectives: 1. Identify the ways of how to use classroom-based assessment tools during &
after instructions.
2.Differentiate between formative and summative assessment.
3. Identify the different components or steps in explicit teaching.

Key Results:
M & E Analysis: Formative assessment are what we frequently use in our daily instruction in
the classroom. While summative assessment are usually done at the end of a school year,
quarter, or an instructional unit.
Explicit instruction teaching focused on producing specific learning outcomes
through a sequence of supports provided to students, until they can do things independently
and successfully done by consciously directing student attention toward the focus and the
purpose of the lesson & how it begins, progresses and concludes.
