and interacting with them. She is great at
feedback and | like how bold she is. She

Jamie is hardworking and she gets things

and teacher and wants the best for them
‘and tries to be a support and team player
to help them achieve their goals,
Jamie, Lappreciate your feedback and honesty. You ate an intelligent woman and you
have a love for the toddlers! It has been great getting to know you this semester. You have had
‘some great ideas for toddler lab, such as the concert. You have a keen eye for what needs to be
changed or improved for the toddlers to be their true selves and for them to reach their goals. It
was been a joy working with you!
Jamie, Love how you are able to interact with the children on their level as well as set
firm expectations. I feel like that’s something that’s really hard to do and people usually do one
or the other better. But, you do both! You can have fun with them and do what they want to do,
‘but youlet them know when they are acting inappropriately. I have seen you give consequences
toa child and then immediately after you two are playing «s if it never happened. Great work.
Jamie, you're an awesome teacher!
Jamie is a great co-teacher who is always willing to work with others and help out in any
way. Jamie and | have worked closely together as we have done home visits, and she has the
children in mind and wanting the best for them. Jamie is fun to work with and she tries to make
all situations better and wants to help everyone get along.
Jamie plans fun activities for the toddlers that are developmentally appropriate. 1 think
she engages toddlers well at activities.
‘Coming together is a beginning.
Keeping together is progress.
