SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, GRACE P. ACLADO, of legal age, Filipino, widowed with permanent

address at P-2, Brgy. Guindapunan, Catbalogan City, Samar, do hereby
name, appoint and constitute MARIA LEONARDA A. ACLADO, also of legal
age, and presently residing at B P-2, Brgy. Guindapunan, Catbalogan
City, Samar to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my
name, place and stead, to do and perform the following special powers,
to wit:

To transact, work, process, and receive the funeral/burial benefits

and other claims by the estate of my deceased husband, LEONARDO A.
ACLADO JR., who died last November 1, 2017, against the following
government agencies: Government Service Insurance System (GSIS),
Social Security System (SSS), Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP)
and Pag ibig Fund;

To represent my person before the above-mentioned government

agencies;

To pay for whatever legal fees and taxes involving said claims and
to sign, receipt and execute the necessary documents, agreements and
other legal papers pertaining thereto;

To encash the checks which shall be paid to my name;

To appear in my behalf in any legal proceedings connected to the

processing of the papers involving said claims; and

To perform all and every act and things which may be requisite or
proper to carry out the above purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full powers

and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary
to carry into effect the foregoing powers, as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with full
power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming
all that my said attorney-in-fact or their substitute shall lawfully do or cause
to be done by virtue hereof.
