ITEM 1 - SKY-HIGH VIEW OF EAST COAST BLIZZARD-------------TRT :20

The extent of intense winter storm that stuck much of the eastern
United States earlier this week can be seen in this image from
NASA's Sea Viewing Wide Field-of-View Sensor (SeaWiFS) onboard the
SeaStar satellite. The image was captured Thursday, Jan. 27,
2000.

ITEM 4a - SOLVE SCIENTISTS WORKING IN SWEDEN--------------TRT 6:36

The SOLVE mission is an international scientific and research


effort to study Arctic ozone. The field campaign is being
conducted in Kiruna, Sweden. Footage shows preparation at the
Arena Arctica hangar of NASA¹s ER-2 (smaller) and DC-8 (larger)
specially equipped airplanes, taxi and takeoff. Footage also
includes an arctic sunrise.
