Quick Start Guide

GeeFi is a pocket-size hotspot device
that provides high-speed Internet
access through a Wi-Fi connec-
tionavailable in over 100 countries
and regions across the globe. The
GeeFi device contains advanced
computer electronics that provide 4G
/ LTE speed capability, which is the
fastest available for mobile/satellite
Internet connectivity.
Its easy to setup and begin using
your Gee device. You will need to
do the following:
Activate your Gee device
Connect your device to
the Gee hotspot
Purchase a daily pass.

 Connecting Your Device
to the GeeFi Hotspot

GeeFi usage depends on the
purchase of a daily pass, known as as
GeePass. The cost for a single-day
GeePass is $9.99 USD, which gives

pass at 4:47 PM on a Wednesday, the
pass will expire at 4:47 PM on

NOTE: This is a full 24-hour period,
which will continue up through 24
hours of elapsed time, even if you
travel across multiple time zones.

Range of the
GeeFi Signal
GeeFi connects to your device(s) by
means of wi- technology. Typically,
you can connect to your GeeFi up to
a distance of 32 metres (105 ft).
GeeFi Data Limits
GeeFi provides you with unlimited
high-speed Internet worldwide.
However, we pay our network
providers for every byte of data
usage, so we must manage data
transfer speeds to correspond to our
partnerships with these providers.
You will still enjoy high-speed
connectivity, but GeeFi will begin
limiting the download speed after you
exceed 500 MB (megabytes) of data
in most countries and after 1 GB in
some countries. Its important to
realize that 500 MB is plenty of
capacity for thousands of emails and
hundreds of photos. Note that this
limit applies to a 24-hour period, and
will reset for your next daily pass.

4G-LTE / 3G
Connections
In those countries for which 4G-LTE is not yet available,
you will receive unlimited 3G access for
the duration of your Daily Pass.
 Warranty
Every GeeFi device comes with a 1 year factory warranty. This warranty covers any GeeFi device that
becomes inoperable after attempting to reset the device. Of course, this warranty excludes any
physical damage that is the results from dropping the device onto a hard surface or any water damage.
If the device is otherwise non-functional, then we will replace it with a new device at no cost to you. To
make a warranty claim , you can reach us at 1-877-275-4333.

 GeeFi Return Policy
You can return the product for any
reason within 30 days of receiving the
device. Beyond this period, we cannot
oer you a refund or exchange.
Returns must include the device in its
original packaging, along with any all
accessories, or documents. You are
responsible for pre-paid return
shipping charges, and assume all risk
of loss or damage to product during
transit to GeeFi. For your protection,
we recommend that you use an
insurable, traceable method of
shipping.
There are some situations in which
only a partial refund will be given. An
item in ineligible for return if it is not
in its original condition, has damage,
or is missing parts that are not the
result of GeeFi.
When your return is received and
inspected, we will send you an email
to notify you that we have received
your device, and conrm whether or
not it is eligible for a refund. If so,
then your refund will be processed
within three weeks and a credit will be
applied to your original method of
payment.

NOTE: We do not accept any return

without either of the following: 1) The
customer must contact the GeeFi
Customer Experience Team to explain
the reason for return and possible
troubleshooting, and 2) the customer
must initiate the return and obtain
specic guidelines for the returnin
advance.
