Stephen is at an American restaurant.

Waiter: Good evening. A table for how many people, sir?

Stephen: Just for one, please.

Waiter: Right this way, sir.

Stephen: Can I have the menu please?

Waiter: Certainly, here it is. Ill be back in a few minutes to take your order.

(After 5 minutes, the waiter returns.)

Waiter: Are you ready to order, sir?

Stephen: Not yet. Well, do you have any specials?

Waiter: Todays special is Beef Stroganoff, sir.

Stephen: Ok, that sounds good. Ill have that.

Waiter: Very good. What would you like to drink, sir?

Stephen: Pineapple juice, please.

Waiter: Certainly. Ill be back with your beverage in a minute.
