ACTIVITIES: 1. Pupils will need to think of their new year resolution and randomly be chosen to

DEVELOPMENT 2. Pupils listen the recording again while filling in the tree map.
3. Teacher suggests the pupils to use Im going to and Im thinking about.
4. In pairs, the pupils take turn to ask and answer about New Year Resolutions using
the above sentence structures.
5. For a follow-up task, teacher plays another conversation and asks the pupils to fill
in the flow map regarding resolutions in groups.
6. Teacher asks the pupils to exchange their maps to cross-check.
3)POST-LESSON 1. After correcting the answers, teacher asks the group leader to come to the front to
read the correct flow.
