Hazard 3. Earthquake in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Ho Chi Minh City is a major city of Vietnam, and the map
above is showing that there are no significant data to
show either Ho Chi Minh City or Vietnam have any
significance earthquakes, whereas Philippines have many
significant earthquakes, from 1900 to 2014. The reason
of Vietnam did not have harmful earthquakes is because
Vietnam is land on the middle of the Eurasian plate, which
is not nearby any edges or plate boundary, hence, it will
be less probability to occur significances
earthquakes.However, according to Thanh Nien News, on
the northern Vietnam, Hanoi, has low to moderate
seismicity but some fault systems, such as the Red River,
the Ma River and the Lai Chau Dien Bien area ( Thanh
Nien News), and the fault lines likely stretch several
hundred kilometers and slip rates range from 0.5 to 2mm
a year, which cause unharmful earthquakes and
happened very rarely.

Hazard 1. Precipitation in Los Angeles, The U.S
The map above shows the precipitation occurring in the city of Hazard Around the Global
Los Angeles. In the beginning of 2017, Los Angeles received an The three stops:

can also be expected from an atmosphere of river is lots of snow
as well. Although moisture for Southern California was a good
thing it also came with risks, such as floods and mudslides which
can cause the city money. For the most part it has helped a lot of
Los Angeles' dryer locations.
 Solution for Hazard #1:
Since the precipitation in LA has caused the problem of floods. In
order to improve the problem of flooding, the underground
drainage system plays an significant role, hence government
should have regular check on the system to avoid the
problem of flooding. Besides, the northern California was
affected by the atmospheric rivers, it have more storm and
rain falls happened, however, during the dry season,
California always happened wildfires and the rainfalls
helped to snuff out the fire.
Solution for Hazard #2:
Since earthquakes will causes harms towards human, by damaging
the buildings that people living in, landslides that might hurt people
and animals, and caused numbers of casualties and community
loss. Nothing can stop what happened in the nature, but there are
many ways to avoid most of the damage and loss.

The map shows the inundation caused by recent category 5
storms in Miami, Florida. Usf.edu states that Florida is prone
to hurricanes because it is near the tropics and westerly
winds that blow off the African coasts along the equator.
Meaning that the blowing wind collects heat and energy
when it comes to contact with warm waters resulting in the
creation of hurricanes. The red clusters indicate the height of
inundation to be greater than 9 feet above ground.
Noticeably, the city of Miami has the most flooding in that
part of Florida. Nearby cities have 3 feet of flooding or less
above ground. However, Miami is familiar with floods.
According to newyorker.com,the daily high-water mark
has been rising almost an inch a year. This indicates that
although the flooding levels increased in Miami due
hurricanes, Miami is also a city that is used to the flooding. It
has been brought to attention that water levels are even
rising an inch a year. One way the flooding can be
controlled is by building higher seawalls and investing in
pumps. Luckily, Miami beach has already invested in pumps
that will definitely help with flooding.
For example, government should send out the warning once they
alert earthquakes will be happen, people should have educated
what they should do or should not do immediately when the
earthquakes occurred, and there are many ways to avoid the
damage that caused by the earthquakes, there are only ways to
decrease the total loss of damage.
Solution for Hazard #3:
Since the city of Miami is already aware and used to the flooding,
one way the flooding can be controlled is by building higher
seawalls and investing in pumps. The pumps will be in charge of
taking large portions of water flooding streets back into nearby
bodies of water. In this case, Miami beach. Luckily, Miami beach
has already invested in pumps that will definitely help with
flooding. Seawalls can help by serving as a wall against water
coming into the city of Miami. Higher walls should be built since the
current ones seem to not be tall enough to keep water from passing
over to Miami.
