1. Measurement of voltage ratio at tap positions
2. Vector group verification.
3. Magnetic balance test
4. Measurement of excitation current with low voltage supply.
5. Measurement of IR for windings.
6. Measurement of winding resistance at all taps.
7. Measurement of capacitance and tan delta of bushings.
8. Measurement of no load loss and no load current at 90%, 100% and 110% excitation.
9. Measurement of impedance voltage and load loss at max tap, rated tap and minimum tap
position.
10. Applied voltage test.
11. Induced voltage with partial discharge test (IVPD).
12. Test for on load tap changer.
13. Core assembly and earthing continuity test (2.5kV DC).
14. SFRA.
