Kona Kona Utsav

i. Definitions:
1. Offer means the Kona Kona Utsav campaign initiated by Kotak Mahindra Bank which is a 31
Day offer for all Participants using the Kotak Mobile Banking App and Net Banking Services from
Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited (Bank).
2. Participant means a Kotak customers availing Mobile Banking and/or Net Banking from Kotak
Mahindra Bank Limited.
3. Gifts shall mean the prizes and gifts as mentioned in the Gifts sub-section under the Offer
Overview section of these Terms.
4. Offer Period shall mean the period starting from 17 October 2017 00:00:00 hours to 16
November 2017 23:59:00 hours (both days inclusive) as per Indian Standard Time.
5. Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions applicable to the Offer.
6. Financial transaction shall mean the below mentioned transaction performed by the
Participant during the Offer Period:

Note: Fund Transfer transactions like NEFT, RTGS, IMPS are not eligible for the offer

ii. Offer Overview:


1. In order to participate in the Offer, the Participant needs to carry out financial transactions
mentioned in Table 1. The qualifiers would then be taken out on the basis of the highest number
of financial transactions done by the participant during the offer period.
2. The Participant can participate in the Offer only if he/she agrees to the Terms & Conditions of
this Offer.
3. For a participant to qualify for the gift, the participant must fulfil the following criteria:
a. The participant must transact at least 5 times during the offer period
b. for each financial transaction to qualify for the offer, the financial transaction must have
a value of Rs.200 or more during the offer period
I. Gifts:
a. Top 2006 participants in terms of the number of financial transactions will be rewarded.
b. The top 2 participants in terms of the highest number of financial transactions will get
an iPhone 8 Plus 256 GB each. The next 2 participants each in terms of the highest
number of financial transactions will get a couple holiday to Singapore. The next 2
participants in terms of the highest number of financial transactions will get an Amazon
voucher worth Rs. 50,000 each.
c. The next 2000 participants each in terms of the highest number of financial transactions
will get a Woohoo voucher worth Rs.250
iii. Offer Terms & Conditions
1. Customers eligible for the gifts shall receive the same within 60 days after the offer ends.
2. After the offer period, the qualified winners will be notified about their gifts on their registered
email ID with the bank
3. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer.
4. Kotak Mahindra Bank shall, with the help of the authorized vendor, attempt to have the Gifts
delivered at the registered mailing address of the winning Participant.
5. NRI and wealth customers are not eligible for the offer
6. For 811 customers only: For OTP customer, the total credits cannot exceed Rs. 2 lakhs and the
balance at any point cannot exceed Rs. 1 lakh.
7. If the Gift is undelivered, Kotak Mahindra Bank may, at its sole discretion, attempt to have the
Gift delivered one more time. If the Gift is still undelivered, Kotak Mahindra Bank shall hold the
Gift till 6 months from the end of the offer period, within which period, the Participant should
contact Kotak Mahindra Bank to avail the Gift. After the termination of this time period, Kotak
Mahindra Bank shall be under no obligation to entertain any requests or claims for the Gift item.
8. In order for the Gift to be delivered to the eligible and winning Participant, the Participant
understands and permits Kotak Mahindra Bank to share the Participants details like name,
address, phone number etc. with the authorized vendor for delivery of the Gift item.
9. Please note that highest number of financial transactions is subject to merchant settlement of
financial transactions. Hence only financial transactions settled by merchants within the offer
period will qualify for the offer.
10. Financial Transactions which are reversed or cancelled will not be considered. Refunds/
Cancellations / Reversals will not be considered as eligible financial transactions.
11. The participant will be eligible to get any gift only once during the offer Period.
12. In case of a tie between two or more participants who have done the highest number of
financial transactions, the participant with the highest value of financial transactions done
during that day will be eligible for the offer. E.g. If participant "A" & participant B" both have
done the highest number of transactions but participant A transacted an amount of Rs.1,00,000
whereas participant "B" did the same number of financial transactions but worth a value of Rs.
2,00,000, then participant "B" will receive the gift.
13. In case of a tie between two or more participants who have the same number of financial
transactions and the same value of financial transactions, the participant with the first financial
transaction done earlier will be eligible for the gift. E.g. If participant "A" & participant B" both
have done 100 financial transactions of value Rs.2,00,000 but participant "A" does the first at
10:15AM & participant "B" does it at 10:12 AM then participant "B" will receive the gift.
14. In case the participants email id is not registered, bank will be unable to intimate the
participant regarding gift. In such a scenario, the participant will be called by a bank
representative and the participant will be informed that the offer will be sent only once the
participant updates his/her email id. Participant needs to call up customer contact centre once
the email id is updated and the gift will be sent to him/her.
15. Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the gift done
by a third party vendor.
16. Any financial transaction where in the opinion of the Bank there is reasonable evidence that the
transaction is not authentic or genuine and the participant has indulged in deceit/fraud of any
nature to claim the offer, shall not be eligible for the offer.
17. Any participation in this offer is voluntary. Any person availing of this offer shall be deemed to
have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
18. The Bank reserves the absolute right to change / modify / withdraw / suspend / cancel this offer
at any time without giving any notice and without assigning any reason.
19. The decision of the Bank in all matters in connection with and incidental to this Offer is final and
shall be binding on all persons.
20. The Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation with respect to the performance
of services of the respective vendors for the gifts. In case of any query or dispute in this regard,
the participant is required to resolve the same directly with the respective vendors without any
reference to the Bank whatsoever.
21. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, irrespective of whether any other courts or tribunals have
concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
22. Kotak Group/Bank Employees will not be eligible for the offer.

iv. Gift: Singapore Holiday


The package rate of Rs 75,000 per couple for Singapore is valid till May 31, 2018

I. Package Exclusions:
1. Resort Fee / City Tax Fee if any
2. Hotel/City tax Fee if any which client need to pay directly to hotel
3. Entrances to monuments unless otherwise mentioned
4. Cost of Meals other than those specified in inclusions
5. Scattered arrival and departure transfer
6. Surcharges applicable for transfers between 2000 hrs - 0800 hrs.
7. Early check-in and late checkout are on request basis only and subject to room
availability [Standard International Check in time is 1500 hrs and Check out time is 1100
hrs. (**Subject to change as per Hotels policy)]
8. Cost of foreign exchange for personal expenses
9. Expenses of personal nature, mini bar in the room, laundry, telephone bills, tips,
gratuities etc.
10. Tips & Porterage for Local driver & guide
11. Surcharges applicable during Conventions, Special Events and Trade fairs
12. Cost of any other services not specifically mentioned in inclusions
13. Any increase in the cost that may come into force prior to the departure date including
change in price owing to fluctuation in the rate of exchange
Please Note: -

All rates are based on current ROE SGD 1 = INR 47. The rate of exchange prevailing on the
day of payment will apply.
Currently we are not holding any hotel room or Airline seat and same will be subject to
availability at time of booking.

II. Terms & Conditions: -


1. The mentioned is only a quote and no bookings have been made as yet.
2. Surcharges applicable during Conventions, Special Events and Trade fairs.
3. Supplement Cost will be applicable for travel Between 12 Oct to 25 Oct, 20 Dec 10 Jan and
during Chinese New Year (Feb 2018)
4. Should any of the following change a new quote will have to be provided: date of travel, number
of pax, accommodation type, duration of stay and vehicle size.
5. Final itinerary will be given after confirmation of the tour programmed.
6. Taxes are subject to change at the time of Issuance
7. On certain days, due to some unavoidable conditions we may sometimes amend/ reverse the
itinerary. However, all the services/ inclusions will remain the same.
8. Timings and schedules will be subject to change without notice.
9. Tours and transfers depart strictly as per time mentioned on final itinerary. Please advice your
clients accordingly as no delays will be permitted under any circumstances. Should the client be
late the tour or transfer will depart without client, no refunds will be provided and alternative
arrangements will be an extra cost.
10. All transfers quoted are direct transfers any stops or deviations en route will attract a
supplement cost.
11. Mid night surcharge is applicable as per flight details
12. Issuance of visa is solely under the discretion of the Consulates / Embassies. Our role is to assist
you in submission of visa and guide you with the formalities. We do not hold any responsibility
in case of any rejection of visas. Cancellation policy will be still applicable even if the visas get
rejected.
13. Please check all inclusions as any additions will occur in extra charges.
14. All/Any expenses passengers might incur due to circumstances beyond our control such as flight
cancellation/delays, accidents of any nature, bad weather, natural calamities, medical
evacuation, supplier policies, etc. It is suggested that clients take out travel insurance.

15. We strongly advise passengers to take out insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses,
and loss of baggage, curtailment and default at the time of booking
16. Any requests such as (Interconnecting Room, Adjacent Rooms, Rooms on the same floor, 1 king
size / 1 double bed/ twin bed, floor map, early check in, non/ smoking room, etc.) is subject to
availability on first come first serve basis up on your guest arrival at the hotel and it is totally
discretionary and up to the hotel to assign. However, we will request this for you as priority.
17. Most hotels Check In time is between 1400-1500hrs & Check Out time is between 1000-1100hrs
and varies from hotel to hotel. If necessary we will request an early check in or late checkout but
this is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check in, please pre-book your stay for the
previous night and for guaranteed late check out, please pre-book your stay for the next night.
18. The above quotation has been based on specific hotels. According to occupancies hotels are
subject to change. In case the hotel rooms are not available as specified above the alternate
hotels will be suggested. The difference in cost is payable extra.
19. The quote is based on base category rooms unless specified.
20. All confirmations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
21. Rates are subject to change without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control e.g.
Rate Fluctuations, Fuel Increases, Government Regulations, Government Levies, Duties, etc.
22. All Bank Charges to your account. Rate of Exchange will be given at the time of making
payments, subject to change without any prior notice.
23. Rates/itineraries/payment terms as per present RBI regulations and are subject to change
without any prior notice.
24. Baggage allowed is 1 medium sized suitcase and one handbag person.
25. Please don't store money and valuables in your checked in baggage. The same should be kept in
hand luggage.
26. Airlines have restrictions on baggage weight, numbers and dimension. Kindly check the
airline website regarding the same before traveling so as to avoid paying excess
baggage charges
27. Passport should be valid up to six months from the date of return.
28. All Rates are Valid for Indian Passport Holders
29. All Previous quotes (if any) NULL & VOID
30. It is deemed our detailed terms and conditions applicable have been read, understood and
agreed upon.
31. Due to any Natural Calamities / unavoidable circumstances / Political or Social unrest, if client
postpone or cancel the journey in case of any liability from Airline or Hotel client will be charged
for the same. Any waiver request or reduction in cancellation amount request will be at airline
or hotel discretion.
32. We reserve the right to decline or accept any person at any time for the tours offered or
promoted by us.
33. All prices of the hotel are subject to change without notice due to delay or change in
management of suppliers. In case of non-availability of hotel, alternate options will be
suggested; this may involve any increase in price and hotels.
34. No refund will be provided for any unutilized services.
35. Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the passenger's
own & Musafir.com will not be held liable for such expenses. However, we will provide
assistance to the best of our abilities.
36. Musafir.com is not liable or responsible for any change in schedule of airline and hotels,
overbooking or defaults, weather conditions, local strikes, war, quarantine or other causes. All
such losses will have to borne by the passengers.
37. All tours will be operated in accordance with Government of India rules and regulations subject
to approval of Reserve Bank of India.
38. In case of any last minute registrations received for a single person or non-availability of finding
a twin partner for a single person, single room supplement will have to be borne by the
passengers mandatory.
39. Sic transfers are available from morning 08:00 hrs till evening 20:00 hrs. Transfers before or
after the stated timings would be on Pvt. Basis and at an additional cost.
40. While we may make recommendations for hotels all around the world, we do not stand
guarantee and are not responsible for the services or the hardware provided by the hotel/s
suggested by us.
