Task 1:

Executive summary:

The main motive of delight pizza is to provide good quality service to the customers. They
have numbers of branches all over the New Zealand. There are different objectives of our
organization. In order to achieve these objectives they have some rules and regulations. They
have skilled and experienced staff. The employees and the management know what they have
to achieve through the targets which have been set to them and the strategies they have
adopted help them to achieve that target. In order to successfully achieve the targets they are
co-operate and work in a friendly environment. They want to improve their rank in business.
Delight pizza had become a powerful brand. Delight pizza is providing different services for
the different type of customers. We are providing Peri-Peri chicken, garlic, hot, veg, Butter
chicken pizza, Tandoori chicken pizza. For that they are using different type of machines like
bread machine, oven etc. They are also selling some of the drinking products like coke,
Fanta. These Products are help a business to grow. It is the way of generating income and
profit. We are also providing take in or dine in facility to the customer.

Introduction:
The name of my organization is delight pizza club which is situated at 15 o Shannessey
street, Papakura, Auckland. We have branches in Papatoetoe, Manukau, Mount Roskill. My
business had developed a reputation for and commitment to product quality with it great pride
in the brand. In this company, there are 10 employee are working (Zomato, 2008-2017).

Form
The delight pizza has written and verbal form. Customers feedback is very necessary for us.
We receive all the information from our customers in written and verbal form. According to
the customers feedback we improve our services.

Scope:
The delight pizza is providing good service to customers because our main motive is making
more and more customers and publicity in all over the New Zealand to open new shops of
delight pizza in the New Zealand. They want to improve their rank in business.

Objectives:
The main objective of the company is to provide quality product to the customers.
Customers satisfaction is very necessary for us. It will help us to increase our business and

we can enhance our profit by increasing the number of customers.

Presentation:
The presentation of delight pizza is same like all pizza shops. The logo of the company is
same in each and every branch. The equipments which is used would be the same in each
and every branch of the shops.

Resource requirements (budget parameters):


According to the resource requirements we divided our budget into staff salary, water bills,
and electric bills. Our estimate budget in per month is $20000. The staff salaries as well as
food costs, including electricity bills. Our store's daily sale is $ 1200-1600.

Electric bill $800 per month

Water bill $500 per month

Employees salary $8000 per month

Food cost $2000 per month

Security, Integrity and Privacy:


According to privacy act of New Zealand we keep all the personnel information of
employees confidential. We cannot share this information to anyone. Moreover have to give
pay to employee time to time, IRD to pay. The loyalty should be to maintain always comes
under the Privacy Act 1995

Authority, circulation, filing and archiving:


In our organization only the Manager is the responsible for very thing happening in the

organization. He takes care of every activity which in happening in the organization. He
decides what to give their customers like family pack, party pack and gives discount
according to that to enhance the sales of the product.

For business milestones:


The future plans for our business is open the new branches in all over the Auckland so that
we can enhance the number of customers. We are also setting online system in which
customers can gives their feedback regarding our services

Competitors:
There are number of competitors of delight pizza home in Auckland like Pizza hut, hell pizza,
Domino so on. But we are giving good quality service to the customers in very cheap price.
Sometimes we are giving many offers on pizza to attract the customer.

Paper based source


Paper based source include magazines, newspapers, and journals, Magazines are published
weekly, monthly. Moreover newspaper is also good source of collecting business information.
One of the most reliable sources of information are journalists. In last more information about
business can be get from files and documents (Zomato, 2008-2017).

Electronic source
Email and internet surveys are relatively new source of getting information. While it is
clearly the most cost effective and fastest method of getting business information.

Human source
The another source of getting information is human source. People who are mostly busy with
their work can get information from this sources.

Suppliers information
There are number of suppliers from we get information. First of all we purchase ingredient

from Pak and save because they provide quality food.in a cheaper price.

Internal Information Sources:


Emails, Meetings, Notifications are internals source of collecting information.
We have email address in which customers can give their feedback regarding our services
Moreover they can submit their complaints.
We have monthly meeting with company staff .In this meeting they can gives their
suggestion to solve the problems.
We have notification board in front of the main entrance. Notice of any price increase are
displayed to remind business, times change, and termination (Zomato, 2008-2017).

Task 3

Business Information
We have the team of Managing director, Supervisor, Team members. Managing Director is
the main owner of our company. He is responsible for all the activities. He needs to checks
all work when it is finished. He gives authority to the members to share their experience.
Supervisor also play different role in our organization to maintain our company.
We receive complaints from one of our customer.

We have received one complaint from our customer. He said that he was not happy with our
service. He shows his frustration towards our pizza service. After receive his feedback we
decided to make him happy by providing new ingredients into the pizza.

The above was the menu of the delight pizza in which we provide number of offers to the
customers like family pack, free drinks, and free garlic bread. By providing these offers we
are enhancing the sales of the business.

their feedback regarding our services .They can submit their feedback in this form. By this
survey we can aware about our bad and good things about our services.

Purpose
The purpose of each and every organization is to get the information about the people
demands and get their feedback regarding our services. In our organization we are committed
to provide great food experience at best available price.

Scope
The delight pizza is providing good service to customers because our main motive is making
more and more customers and their publicity in all over the New Zealand. They want to open
new shops of delight pizza in the New Zealand. It will help us to improve the rank in
business.

Legislative Requirements
We follow all the rules and regulation which are required to run the business. One of the
legislation is IRD documents. We have all are required certificate which are required for
opening a business. Like Approval certificate and IRD documents.

Needs of the company


In our organisation we need well trained staff who can fulfils customers needs. Moreover we
need driver for home delivery. In last we need big oven for give quality services to the
customers.

Assumptions or limitations
The manager is the responsible person of the our business. He takes care of all the work in
the company. He divides all the responsibilities to the employee. Our company has some
limitations. Our company should provide cheap price for the customers so that they can
increase their sales.

Conclusion-
To sum up I would like to say that delight Pizza is providing their best service to the
customers. The customers complaints are decreasing day by day. They have open more
branches all over the Auckland and they have a good reputation in the New Zealand. In the
end I would like to say that delight pizza improvers their rank in the business and they are
enhancing their profit by increasing numbers of customers.

Recommendations

1. Company is just to improve the marketing and communication strategy as more


advertisement should be done, comes out with more offers.
2. Hire more experienced staff so that they can provide reduce pizza processing time.
3. They has to added new ingredients in Pizza for making pizza according to customers taste
4. They have to give more offers on the pizza to attract more customers.
