TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

NATIONAL TEAM AMSA-INDONESIA 2017/2018 APPLICATIONS

1. Applicants should send the required documents according to the National Team requirements (see
National Team Job Descriptions.pdf) maximum Tuesday, September 19st 2017 (23.59 WIB):
Curriculum Vitae
National Team Application Form (applicants are allowed to apply for two positions, but include
the priorities: 1st and 2nd. Applicants have to make application form for each position applied)
Representative Recommendation Letter
Motivation Letter
Late submissions will not be tolerated. All written application requirements can be in English or
Bahasa. Send the archives to the emails listed in each National Team Job Description.

2. Representative recommendation letter for applicants from 1 university must be sent through university
email in one delivery, with subject Recommendation Letter.
Example: Unsri sends 5 National Team applicants, so 5 RecLetters have to be sent from
amsaunsri@gmail.com with the subject Recommendation Letter, to rcindonesia@amsa-
international.org and salsabilaagani@gmail.com.

3. All documents should be named using the following format:

Name_University_CV.pdf
Name_University_Position1_AppForm.pdf
Name_University_Position2_AppForm.pdf
Name_University_MotLetter.pdf
Name_University_RecLetter.pdf

Example: Elvira Lesmana_UI_CV.pdf

(this means that Elvira has the 1st priority for MnD team)

4. Interviews via Skype (if any) will later be informed by respective Executive Board to each applicant via
AMSA-Indonesia Google Mailing List. Please ask your respective Representative or Andi M. Firshan
Makbul (Firshan) as Secretary of Publication and Promotion if you havent joint AMSA-Indonesia
Google Mailing List.

5. Names of National Team AMSA-Indonesia 2017/2018 will be announced via AMSA-Indonesia Google
Mailing List within the timeline of each Executive Board.
6. First Online Meeting via Skype (if any) will be held according to each Executive Board timeline.
