which reviles the current Network quality, delivery of Phase & Time with current network condition,
improvement plan for synch delivery.
Testing the Tx network of the customer & Preparing a test report which reveals the current network behavior
& then propose a timing solution to customer for improvement of the network synch.

Worked as a OMCR Lead at Airtel GUL Panjab. Handled a team of 16 engineers with help of 4 team leaders in three
shifts .
Carry out technical evaluation (training knowledge sharing basis) for I&C team as well as OMCR team
members about the Installation & commissioning & configuration of the eNodeB.
Responsible for configuration & trouble shooting of the sites in AIRTEL GUL (GSM, UMTS, LTE TDD & FDD).

Job Profile:
Responsible for link planning/link budgeting on Ericsson Link Planner Tool (TLP) for Ericsson Network
(using MNTN, MHHC, MLE equipment) in line with LOS results & allocated BOQ, considering set KPIs (RSL,
FADE MARGIN and AVAILABILITY), frequency planning, frequency reusing & interference analysis.
Being SPOC (Single point of contact) for delivering Link Budgets of UPE Region, I have done Link Budgets of
approximately 300 links on TEMS Link Planner Tool meeting KPIs within the allocated BOQs.
Handling Network diagram and MUX plans of UPE Bharti Network. Independently delivered complete MUX
plan to Bharti.
Responsible for verifying KPIs on already working Microwave links by using SOM (Service on Microwave
Element Manager R8), & addressing all conflicts along with O & M (Operation team) accordingly.
Responsible for back bone Network planning
Workout leased media requirements for access(Ericsson) transmission network in the UPE region
Coordinate with vendors/contractors and BSS/Core Projects teams in execution of transmission network
implementation in UPE region.
Responsible for preparation and maintenance of Network diagram on MAP info.
Coordinate and Supervise technical/physical site surveys, LOS surveys, Conducted LOS surveys
independently and also along with contractors (Subcons) in the region, Prepare and maintain LOS tracker of

media enhancements/ up gradation/ re-routing/ MUX plans in accordance with expansion plans of UPE
region for Bharti Network.
