1.Executive Summary

As low-cost smartphones and tablets become commonplace in the

developing world, mobile data collection apps are increasingly used for
health services in the eld and for public health monitoring
Mobile apps that interface with personal medical sensors have proven
particularly effective for community health-data collection
A rapid growth of android phones has enabled to replace Pcs software and
other licensed software development technologies because most phones used
today are using android operating system so applications that run on android
operating system are more preferable and easily accessible.
Any health data collection system should include contextual information,
where- ever pertinent, along with the medical readings to enhance delity of
the health data, in their provenance framework for health. Blood pressure
(BP) management, monitoring and treatment are very important and helpful
for the people with hypertension. The proposed monitor can help user to
periodic measuring BP and managing BP and achieve the goal of prevention
and health care to improve the quality of life.
The objective of the project is to design and implement a reliable, cheap, low
powered, non-intrusive, and accurate system that can be worn on a regular
basis and monitors the vital signs and displays the output to the user cell
phone.

2.Operational Feasibility

The design project is entitled Android Based Application for Blood Pressure.
The system has the ability to measure the blood pressure of the patient .data
is extracted from the digital blood pressure, and transferring it to main
systems MCU. Data is then processed and transferred to the android phone
via Bluetooth.

3.Technical Feasibility

The system has the ability to measure the blood pressure of the patient .data
is extracted from the digital blood pressure, and transferring it to main
systems MCU. Data is then processed and transferred to the android phone
via Bluetooth.
