La falta de planificacin urbana es un mal que tienen todas las ciudades del pas, pero con

algunas diferencias particulares en el inters de autoridades comunales de ir salvando

todas aquellas deficiencias que se dan por la falta de planes previos para ordenar el
crecimiento urbano.
Al dejar que las ciudades crezcan sin control, las consecuencias son la
sobreexplotacin de recursos, superpoblacin, aumento del riesgo y la inseguridad
urbana, contaminacin del aire y acstica entre otros.

de las edificaciones y dems construcciones

Hay elementos urbanos que pueden ser mejorados pero hay otros que no, por lo que
se deben buscar formas de gestionar los riesgos de acuerdo a las amenazas y
vulnerabilidad a la que est expuesta la ciudad y su poblacin.

Por lo general los pobres son los ms perjudicados cuando no hay lmites al uso del
espacio ya que ellos ocupan los lugares ms peligrosos para su seguridad y salud
debido a que no pueden acceder a otros.
La planificacin urbana permite modernizar y gestionar las ciudades en forma
sustentable y segura, evitando la generacin de problemas ambientales y sociales para
lograr un desarrollo sostenible.

The lack of urban planning is an evil that all the cities of the country have, but with some
particular differences in the interest of communal authorities to save all those deficiencies
that are given by the lack of previous plans to order urban growth.
By letting cities grow without control, the consequences are overexploitation of resources,
overpopulation, increased risk and urban insecurity, air pollution and acoustics, among
others.
The urban planning is very expensive because it generates expenses in the relocation of
buildings and other constructions.
There are urban elements that can be improved but there are others that do not, so we
must look for ways to manage the risks according to the threats and vulnerability to which
the city and its population are exposed.
Usually the poor are the most disadvantaged when there are no limits to the use of space
since they occupy the most dangerous places for their safety and health because they can
not access others.
I Think Urban planning allows for the modernization and management of cities in a
sustainable and safe way, avoiding the generation of environmental and social problems to
achieve sustainable development.
