During assembly of a compact line is done release, the traction and anchoring of the
messenger cable, only then , the cables are pulled and placed the phases in the
spacers.
To allow mounting of the network, the tables below present the initial situation only
with the Messenger released the intermediate situation with the launch of the phase
cables and the situation end with the complete network with Messenger and phase
cables stuck with spacers.
During the messenger traction, the traction being applied is that of the initial situation
compulsory and must be verified with a dynamometer. After the complete mounting
of the network, the traction in the messenger cable will be that shown in the table of
final situation.
The traction being applied in phase conductors does not depend on the basic span,
since the average distances between the spacers are considered for the catenary. The
traction and the catenary are to be considered in the launch on cable curtain method,
i.e. where the reels distance are 7 meters of spacing from one another.
For the basics span of 35 metres was considered a wind speed of 60 km/H and for the
basic span 80 metres will a speed of 80 km/H.
The covered cables for 15 kV networks and 25 kV has parameters with values near,
therefore adopted the same traction for these cables. Covered cables 34.5 kV have
different parameters of the others, therefore adopted individual calculations for these.
The single phase compact line with cable 35 mm2 single will be identified as "Cable 35
mm2 (M) "in the following tables:
Cable 70 mm
Cable 185 mm - 34,5 kV
Cable 70 mm - 34,5 kV
