Eric: What you are about to experience is a profoundly new concept to approaching higher
consciousness. Im going to speak of a meditation that goes beyond normal meditation as most
people understand it. Im going to teach you, the listener the missing link that other schools of
self-development either have no idea about, or simply will not give the information out about
because they assume most people are not ready for it.
At some point in your life, you learned of the soul. And it was explained to you that when
you die, it is who you really are. In the Foundation series, you will learn that the soul is actually
another body similar to your physical body but made of energy. When you touch or smell
something, your physical body converts the experience into energy and the brain experiences it
for you.
The brain is also physical but the question is, Does the brain report to something
higher? I believe so. Its called the mind, and it is who you really are. The mind is not physical.
Its made of energy and often considered to be the soul. The mind being made of energy cannot
experience the physical world, so it uses the physical or organic body to explore and experience
this dimension. Everything you touch, smell, taste, see and hear is converted into energy for the
mind.
When you attempt to experience a dimensional realm, God, the Universe, Prana, the
Force, et cetera, call it what you will, youre trying to do this with a physical body and an
organic brain. You are using the wrong tool for the job. The brain has gotten you far but it has
reached its limit or capabilities to interpret this place you wish to understand.
Imagine that a horse has carried you across the land to the ocean shore. Do you now
expect the horse to take you across the ocean? Of course not, but that is exactly what youre
doing. You must first learn of this other body I am speaking about. Learn to nourish it with

energy and make it strong. Allow your mind to interface with it so its dimensional brain can
interpret dimensional places and experiences for you, as your physical body does for you here.
Foundation is designed to take complex knowledge and simplify it without losing a drop of
critical knowledge. It uses simple analogies and concepts that all can easily grasp. Its not how
you learn thats important; its only important that you understand it. You will learn to think and
communicate with your dimensional mind, learn to acquire the correct energy to feed your
energy body, and master its ability to explore and experience higher dimensions much like your
physical body does for this dimension.
Foundation will teach a meditation unlike other meditations. It will allow you to
harmonize with the universe and achieve great inner peace. As this is being achieved during your
meditation, you will attract energy to you which nourishes your dimensional body. As the
dimensional body is nourished and gains strength, it gives a sense of completion to you as a
whole being. You could say that it feels as if you have found the part of you that was missing. As
a whole being, you gain other senses much like the five senses of your physical body, but rather
these are senses for the dimensional body. These senses allow you to interpret, communicate,
integrate and experience other dimensions. They are the key that you have been looking for.
Each person naturally controls their experience. In other words, the universe unfolds no
faster than youre prepared to experience it. So if inner peace is all you desire, that is where you
will remain. If you desire more understanding of the universe or direct experience, then it will
unfold and share itself on profound levels.
I know that this may seem difficult, but let me assure you that years have gone into
developing this system, and anyone who gives just a little time can and will achieve it. If you can
understand what I have said now, you will have no problem understanding the complete training
course. This knowledge is the key to higher awareness. It will open all teachings that may have
eluded you before.
Before we begin, it is important that you understand that when I am speaking I may re-
approach a concept in several different ways so that the listener is sure to understand what I am
saying. Also, at times my thoughts are moving quickly, so when I attempt to speak them, they
can sound a bit jumbled or slightly out of context as I wish my mouth could speak as quickly as
my thoughts.

In other terms, Im trying to share knowledge from a dimensional state of consciousness,
and slowing it down to convert into a physical format for you to understand. This is not an easy
task at times. Rather than editing the material, I felt it was important to share the information as
it was naturally presented when we recorded it for you.

Eric: Most people think of meditation in the most generalist format, and that is to think that its a
way of relaxation, or feeling comfortable, or relieving stress. And its true. It is all of those
things. More so, though, there are other areas of meditation that are profound. Not only can you
use it to relax, but you can use it to improve your mental abilities. Scholastically, if you were to
read something or had to study for something, and you were having trouble finding an interest or
maintaining your minds concentration on that subject, youll find that through meditation it will
teach you to stay more focused or allow that information to flow through your mind easily.
Other formats of meditation are going to be ways to improve athletically, whether it be
throwing a football or hitting a baseball or martial artists of course have been aware of using
meditation to stay focused on doing what they need to do in other words controlling pain;
feeling pain in your body, needing to perform at a peak performance athletically, being able to
use your mind to remove yourself from the pain distracting your concentration from what your
goal is or what youre trying to do.
Other things for meditation are going to be a sense of well-being, inner communion,
balancing your health, whether you have high blood pressure, being able to lower that without
medication up to a certain point, being able to control various chemicals in your body that will
make you depressed, or anxiety. Youll be able to just sit down and lower those anxiety levels,
and change the chemistry in your own brain just by will. All of the things about meditation have
to be extremely positive. There is really nothing terribly negative in any way about meditation.
Now, of course there are other areas of meditation that go into master areas. People, who
have taken meditation on the level of the things that Ive talked about, also should take into
consideration that there are ways to reach what we call higher states of consciousness. Once
youve achieved all of the other things that Ive talked about, or find the usefulness that you can

apply, one begins to ask themselves if they want to go deeper within themselves. Its sort of like
knowing you go into a building, and you go into a certain room that you know might have
something you want to see. Once youve absorbed all of that, you might decide, Ive gotten
what I want. Its time for me to leave, and Ill come back here when I want to continue with
looking at what I want. Or there are those of us who go in and ask ourselves, What is behind
those other doors? Whats behind the questions of, What are the possibilities of what could be
beyond?
The bottom line is that when you meditate, you become familiar with that place that
youre in, and that becomes your zone, your comfort place, your place of sanctuary. And you at
some point become aware that there are other doorways in this place, and that you have to
choose to approach them and open them and see where they are going to take you. And those
other places are higher states of consciousness, consciousness that goes beyond your normal
means of thinking or understanding or reflecting, possibly being something profound that youve
never thought of or experienced before, completely new to your sensory. And that is where you
have your spiritualists, your gurus, your shamans, or your spiritual masters. That is where
theyve gone.
They have gone to those doorways, and they have gone through them, and thats now
where they go. Instead of staying at the first place or the first level per se of relaxation and
maintaining there, they have now taken that ability and brought it into a higher level or a new
level of awareness. Then again, there are doorways in that place, and it keeps going on further
and deeper and deeper and further until it just becomes absolutely profound, and it becomes
about the teacher that is mastering it so well that hes bringing back knowledge from those
higher levels, and then trying to share them with people so that they can have an idea of where it
is that they might begin their exploration, or how to begin to go there. Its like trying to give
them a map, but a map is only so good. One has to experience whats there on your own.
When we think about meditation, sometimes people ask me, Well, what can meditation
do for me? And I would rather suggest that you think about, Why do we need meditation? In
itself, it begins to answer what it can do for you.
When I think of humankind, one of the first realizations I have is that we are a biological
creature in most ways. Evolution has pushed us extremely beyond all other species on this planet
to the point where were driving cars, beeping horns, yelling out the window, watching extreme

television and radio, and were juggling a million different things in our life. We have a lot of
social stress in us to provide financially, and to be at certain places at certain times, and dealing
with a crisis each day. This is comparative to our ancestors who (thousands of years ago) their
crisis was worrying about where were going to find some food or shelter, or whether an animal
is going to approach us or not. For the most case, I think the majority of life in that era was a
very serene time in our lives.
We were very nomadic so as a clan in primitive times, we walked. We walked stretches
of the earth and then found places to settle down at. We had a significant amount of time to
reflect. We would go to the edge of water and we would sit there. What was going through our
minds? We didnt have all of the demands of everyday life in our mind. We had simple thought.
We would actually get into this very clear or stasis relaxed state of mind as we would just simply
watch water falling in a brook hitting the base of the water, rumbling and circling, and gently
viewing our leaves gliding across the water down a stream. We would just be entrenched in that
mentally because we didnt have the complexities of our mind that we have now. Or we would
walk through a forest and look at the canopy of trees above our heads, and it would be filled with
life from the sun. It would be emerald green with little traces of golden light coming down,
dancing on the ground silently. We would go into this state of mind that was very meditative,
very relaxed.
So nature was our first teacher. Nature was our first gift to learn, to be brought into this
very serene state of mind. Also, we would have stresses; we had stresses where you might argue
with other people in your clan, or you might have stresses of losing a child, or whatever. We
certainly had stress, but in another way we would find very serene moments.
I often think that were considerably drawn to water as a species. Were drawn to water
movement and lakes, etc. I sometimes would ask myself, Why is there such an appeal towards
water for humans? One of the aspects, and certainly not completely the only truth, is that the
shimmering and the reflective property of water made us reflect on who we are. I think that in
some ways that had to have been the first mirror. When primitive man looked into the water, it
was the first time they had actually seen themselves, and when we became intelligent enough, we
had to have asked, Is this all that I am? Is this reflection who I am, or is it from this being that I
see, this place that my sight comes from is that who I am? And it began what I call the first

reflection of creating a soul. Inner reflection is what creates a soul within you. Its energy is
taking on a shape or a body within you.
Meditation developed from that place, and I think at some point we became more and
more evolved, and became more and more entrenched in life as our brains became bigger in
taking on more tasks to think about and more things to reflect on. What happened then was that
some of us realized that there was a place where our minds could go to. We started to purposely
place ourselves in that situation and reap the rewards of feeling that calmness. The discovery of
what we deem meditation was now put into a system that could be approached. Rather than us
just stumbling into that state of mind in our earlier primitive states, now we were seeking it out,
or could acknowledge that there was this state of consciousness that we choose to find.
What is ironic is that people who never meditate or use a system of meditation, and say
that they dont meditate and dont know what it is, ironically enough, seek out meditation
throughout their whole life! For example, every time you go to a park, why are you going to the
park? You are going to the park because you are trying to find some kind of solitude or some
kind of peace in your life. That is a form of meditation. Some people prefer to listen to music,
and that music takes them into what is called a meditative state, or others cook, and by cooking,
this puts them in a meditative state. So you really have to ask yourself the question - what has put
you in the meditative state? Taking your mind off something that is not quite as desirable to be
thinking about; it distracts your mind so you have learned indirectly to remove yourself from
your stresses in order to find some kind of inner peace. Well, that is what meditation is in the
end. You are removing yourself willfully by just sitting down and applying the technique now,
more so than saying you are just going to listen to music, do some vegetables, or paint a painting.
What youre doing now is you have a system that is a little bit easier to approach and maybe has
a larger goal in it, and a lot more flexibility as to what it can offer you than just the simplistic
level of meditation. But make no mistake about it, all of these things in life that we naturally seek
out without realizing it is meditation. It is meditation.
Even going for a walk is meditation. Most people dont go for a walk just for their health.
They go for a walk because for some reason it airs their mind out; it loosens stuff. It goes back to
primitive times when we walked everywhere. As we walked, our minds were so empty that it
was a sereneness of experiencing life and the energies of life, and the forest and nature around
us, and that is where we really learned what it is to find that inner peace. It is now just a matter of

finding ways of applying it in the modern age so that we can acquire it more easily, or in doses
that we need even more so now than in the more simplistic ways in life when we found it. Again,
there is a level of meditation.
This is how I look at it. Most people approaching meditation will say, Well, Im not
really interested in reaching or speaking to other beings, or finding some kind of higher
enlightenment. I dont know if Im ready for that, so Im afraid to do meditation. Or, Im
afraid that it might infringe upon my personal beliefs of my religious philosophy right now, and I
dont know if Im ready to cope with that either. What I would say to such a person is, Work
at meditation and master it, and you can just go to that place whenever you want to. There is no
need to go any further. You can do meditations and just find that deep relaxation you want; learn
to relax; learn to let go of all of your problems, issues, and stresses, and be at peace with
yourself, and that helps to heal your body. It brings balance to you, hence Higher Balance.
Higher is to say that there are places you can go beyond that.
When youre ready, you can move on to a second level, and that second level is what we
call the planes of light. The planes of light are vibrations or energies that exist beyond this tone.
Imagine that youre in a car and its a six-lane highway, and youre in the slowest moving lane.
Youre doing 40 miles per hour. Were driving and there are other cars passing us by in the other
lanes and I look over at you and I say, Hey, what are they reading in that other car? I thought I
had seen they had maybe a magazine in their hand.
And your response to me is, Well, how am I going to know? They just flew past us. It
is to say that the lane were in is this dimension. Its vibrating. Everything is made of energy,
including the table and the floor. Everything is molecular energy when you really understand
physics.
What I would say to you is we need to move up to a higher dimension in order to
experience that dimension. So you would step on the gas, you would speed up and we would
move from 40 to, lets say, 60 miles per hour. Once were at 60 miles per hour and were driving
by the side of the next car, I say to you, Well, what are they reading? Do you know now? And
your response would be, Sure, they are reading such-and-such magazine and they are looking at
such-and-such, and blah, blah, blah. This analogy is of course with the assumption that you
dont have to pay attention to what youre driving. We are using this as an analogy. Okay?
However, if you can grasp the concept, now you no longer can relate so much to what we were

doing at 40 miles per hour because we have stepped out of that frequency. Were in a different
frequency. So now I want to know, What are they reading or what are they doing in the car
beyond that? And youre like, Well, hang on. Now that you understand frequencies, youre
going to move us now from 60 miles per hour to 80 miles per hour, and were going to drive next
to that car, and youre going to say, Well, their interior is made out of leather, and there is a
lady in the backseat with such-and-such clothing on, and I like the particular necklace shes
wearing, et cetera, et cetera. So you can experience that higher frequency now. But if I say to
you, So whats happening now back in our old dimension, youre going to say, Well, I dont
know. Were going to have to slow down. So you slow your gearing down and you drop into
those lanes until eventually you get to the slower lane.
When you meditate, there are doorways or other levels that you begin to learn to
approach. But you cannot approach those levels until you have mastered each one first. In other
words, you cannot go to the planes of light if you have not learned to relax yourself in the first
level. If you have learned to relax yourself, those skills make it so that you can attain the
frequency. As you have mastered it, you have learned to master the frequency that allows you
now to move yourself by will into the next lane, and to the next level. And then you can
experience whats there, and you can understand whats there and find what is useful to your
own development.
Once you now have mastered that environment or that lane, you then use those skills to
move you into the next lane or through the next doorway, and then you can experience whats
there. And each lane holds something much more profound than the last one. And these lanes,
just so that you understand, are infinitive in some ways. Now, if you were a spiritual person, it is
not being said that you can go to Gods house by flying a rocket to heaven and you get there, but
rather that heaven is everywhere around us. Its just that we have forgotten how to experience it
or approach it, or to say that heaven really is God. God is a vibration that is everywhere.
So in order for us to really experience God, we shouldnt pray and talk at God saying
what we need. We should sit and simply listen, and internalize and remove all of our thoughts,
calm our minds, and then allow God to approach us in such a way that we say were ready to
listen now. It then moves us, or we move, into these higher lanes, and if you enter that highest
lane, you are going to find Gods vibration. Once you are there, youve experienced God, and
then you can bring that back into this dimension when you return back down. So in a way you

can say that God is always here; its an energy thats always here. You just have to choose to
allow yourself to tune into it, and to separate yourself from the things that distract you from
realizing it was always there.
Everybody will have either the same experience or similar experiences. For example, this
is one dimension. Does everybody in this dimension tend to experience the same thing? The
answer would be yes, and then of course it would also be no because there are so many different
things to experience. There are some things you havent experienced yet. Its the same thing. In
each lane or each doorway you go through to what is there, its such a vast place that one could
spend a significant time there experiencing. So, its more to say that you have a desire to attain
something.
Your desire may be, I just need to find relaxation, so you would only stay in that first
lane and master it. You could decide, I just want to become very athletic and focus on my
athletic skills to be better at what I do. You would stay in the first lane. There is some part of
you that says, I need to know there is something more to life. I need to know that theres
something beyond these walls, this couch, and reality and physics the way we understand it. I
believe there is, but I havent experienced it.
Then you would master the first one. Once you have mastered the first one, its like
somebody hands you a set of keys. That key is you knowing how to hold your tonal. Its like
holding your breath so that you can move underwater. You learn to maintain yourself or your
mind steady so you can move into this next dimension. And when you have entered that, you
would then more than likely find in that place something profoundly different than what is in this
reality, and that question now is answered for you. It is acknowledged. You then say to yourself
very deep within you, It is true. There is something beyond all of this. There is something. And
all you ever wanted was to stay on that second lane. Now, you havent even thought about a third
lane. Maybe a person never will for the rest of their life. This is such a vast area that one can
spend their entire existence going into that state of mind, remaining, exploring that particular
frequency or dimension, and that becomes their ambition.
And then there are others who say, I need to experience God. I need to have some
deeper fulfillment within my life. Well, you have to master the first lane, and then the second
lane, and then the third lane because it is in mastering those things that makes you able to move

yourself into these other lanes. You cannot get in there unless your consciousness has an
understanding of what it is that is expected from you.
Your thoughts, the things that you experience in your life, are what make your frequency.
If you experience and you reflect on and do negative things, your tonal is never rich enough or
high enough because its electrical.
Everything you smell is turned into electricity. Everything you hear is turned into
electricity. Everything you taste is turned into electricity. Everything about your physical body is
designed to convert this dimension into a format that you can absorb because what are you? You
are an energy being, more or less. You are an energy being that exists within a physical body
made of living organisms. Not one part of what you think physically is you, is you. It is other
living organisms that are symbiotically working with you. You are simply the energy that they
are saying to, Okay, were going to work with you. Were going to more or less do what you
want. And, believe me, not everything you want is really from you. Half of what you want is the
will of all these millions of organisms, and this brain which has its own personalities in there
also. The reality is finding out who you are inside of all of this. Most people never discover that.
They remain automated, and that is what we call sleepers.
Sleepers are people who simply function in life and do their job, do their role live life.
A person who is awakened is someone who acknowledges that this is not completely who they
are. They look at their hands, and they open them and close them, and they realize that its a
machine. They realize that inside is bones like sticks, and on top of that is clay. Or you can look
at the muscles, and the body has electrical nerves that stimulate the muscles to expand and
retract. The expansion and retraction is only machinery. It is only a device to explore this
dimension.
If we were to remove ourselves from this organism, from all of this flesh and matter,
what would we be? We would be energy. Would we have ears to hear sound in this dimension?
No. Would we have nasal glands to smell in this dimension? No. Would we have eyes to see the
structural detail of this dimension? No. We dont have eye cones to transform the lighting and
the shading that bounce into our retinas. So we could not experience this dimension if it wasnt
for this organism that is designed to hold our electrical energy.
By holding the electrical energy, it is here to transfer the information of this dimension
into electrical data, which is what we are. It is like little raindrops in a bucket. Everything you

smell, hear, taste, and feel is converted for you as an electrical being to add to what you are. That
in itself becomes a frequency. It is like a tuner to a channel, a radio stations specific signal you
are doing a watermark on what kind of a being you are. And the more you understand will
determine what kind of frequency you begin to radiate, which allows you to have access to
moving into these other lanes. The more that you can conceive, the more that you realize what
you are, and the more you reflect that there is more to life than what you see on the surface
through your five senses. Then you begin to develop a sixth sense because it is a sense of
knowing. This sense of knowing harnesses other ways of understanding life beyond this
dimension. So your frequency is based upon what it is you can comprehend and understand.
Just the effect of my conversation alone with you is what we call shifting. Your mind
now, energy-wise, is reflecting more on what it is and what its not, and the more that you reflect
on what you are, the more you become of that. And the more you become of that, the more
conscious you are of what you really are, thus reality around you begins to change.
As you move into the first doorway, which is closest to the frequency of this world, you
could say that each roadway in itself has micro-levels to it. You could say that there are one
hundred lanes inside that one big lane that you are working to go across. So we are at the lowest
part of that lane.
Before we begin to move across that inner lane, we go through change. The physical
change happens in the lowest of levels. As soon as you begin to move into that, what happens is
your body begins to readjust itself.
When we really think about it, our minds control in many cases how we physically feel in
the first lane. Your muscles are directly related to your mind. Your mind is electrical. As your
hand expands and closes, it is your mind that tells it to open and close. It is your will.
So when you have tensions or issues on your mind that are bothering you, without
realizing it, your muscles are tightening around your stomach and your heart per se. They are
tensing around other organs which are feeling this tenseness to react. It is misconstruing the
natural cycle of information they are getting to function, as if there is a disturbance in the inner
universe, the micro-universe within you. You are the God-consciousness of this extremely vast
micro-universe within your body. All of these living organisms have some kind of lower
intelligence, but they all are affected by your will.

When you are upset, its like a force of energy as seen in the movie The Force. It is
affecting this micro-verse and its not functioning well. Its not functioning under a level that is
peaceful or healthy for it.
So, when you meditate, it releases the tension in your body. When the tension releases in
your body, your physical body begins to go back to its normal process that it knows it should be
in. It is like resetting a computer that is flawed. It resets everything to the correct calibrations.
In a sense, by your first levels of meditation and by taking that act, youre teaching your
body to clear all these tensions out of it. It is allowing everything to relax or chill out. For
example, organs in your throat might be secreting too many chemicals, creating anxiety or illness
in you, or the effect of chemical pollutants because your body has created too many various
chemicals. When it does that, everything begins to get a sense of what it needs to do for its job.
As you become more anxious and you react in a flustered manner, you have to keep in
mind that the organs in your body are having the same reaction. So are all of the biochemical-
producing glands in your body, creating abundance in stuff beyond what they should. So it
creates a chain reaction within you which leads to imbalance, whether it is psychological,
physical, depression, or health ailments, or telling yourselves to create cancer, tumors, or too
much high blood pressure.
So what youre doing is you are telling everybody, Calm down. Im taking charge. Im
taking charge for the first time. Im going to take charge of my whole body, and were all just
going to calm down. Were all going to relax. Were all going to get everything in order so that
we all can be at peace within us.
So physically, in the first lane, as you are learning to master yourself through
meditations, youre learning to talk to your body in a way. Youre learning to talk to that inner
universe. When that happens, you will notice simple things like after you get done meditating,
youll look younger. And that doesnt make any sense to most people when you say it, but its
really the truth. Your facial muscles reflect where your mind is at. If you have tension in your
mind, your facial muscles become tenser. People look at you and they detect that there is a
certain tension in you. When you have meditated, these muscles relax. You dont need Botox to
kill the nerves to relax the muscles in your face. You meditate, and the muscles naturally relax
and it makes you look younger and healthier.

Now, if you could see that physical look on your face so clearly, imagine what its doing
for what you cannot see internally. It is relaxing all of those organs so that they can function and
produce biochemicals or whatever they need to do in your body, or the heart can beat at a rhythm
that is appropriate for the whole inner universe of your body instead of flushing it and moving it
too harshly. The liver and kidneys can do their job in a way that they are not being rushed or so
startled that they are not functioning as quickly as they should because they are almost inebriated
to the point of saying, What do I do? What do I do?
So youre getting this whole inner universe to harmonize. By harmonizing the whole
inner universe, you increase the quality of your health. You increase the wellness of your being,
and it allows your organs to begin the healing process, of which they never had time to think
about before because of your onslaught of mental electrical stimulation in a way that was
unproductive to your inner body. This is now being controlled by will because you are paying
attention to whats going on.
So, I always say, meditation is a choice. Most people never understand that when I say it.
When you meditate, you have to sit down and make yourself do it. And then when youre there,
you find yourself thinking, My God. Why dont I do this all the time?
When you are in everyday life, and you dont have a regular schedule to meditate, you
forget and life takes you over. Its another term for what we call the Doe.

Eric: In retrospect, we meditate to keep balance inside of our own inner universe. When we have
learned to maintain that balance, peace, and sanctuary, our frequency then has the ability, instead
of being controlled, to begin to expand into higher levels of frequency. And thats when you
begin to move those micro levels to higher levels, and those little lanes to get closer to crossing
to that big lane.
At some point, you become skilled enough at controlling your emotions, controlling the
wellness of your being, controlling how your mind is operating, how you take in information,
and how you can clear your mind to look at something. Again, not to retract too far, but some
people would say, Well, how does that all work for studying? Again, the mind is racing. The
mind starts to have all of this chitchat in it, Ive got to do this; Ive got to do that; such and such

is upset at me. Ive got issues with this person and that person. Ive got to find a job. Im worried
about money. You learn to control that chitchat when you are given a system to control it
because a big part of it is having the system to do it, and that is what people dont have. They do
not know how to do it. How do I begin to have control? How do I take control?
So this is what were going to talk about, and this is what you are going to learn - how to
take control. When you have learned that control, you can decide that now is the time I have to
sit down and study. You now have disciplined yourself or learned techniques to quiet that
babbler or that part of you thats processing thoughts such as, I have other things I have got to
do. Ive got other issues Im worried about. I have other anxieties like money and finances. It
teaches you to remove all of those things so that you can focus your mind very simply, and it
seems very natural.
Then, all of a sudden the data of what you are reading comes to you not one time as clear
but four times, five times, ten times faster. What took you four hours to finish before takes you
30 minutes now to go through, and you have absorbed it all in full quality rather than needing to
read it again. Somehow you lost it. As in you were reading, but it wasnt seeping in. You now
have learned to quiet your mind so that you can absorb stuff.
So now you have to look at the benefits of this. What took you four hours previously now
takes you about a half hour, which gives you three and a half hours more to do something with
your life. Not only that, but the quality of your life is going to improve because now you can
master what it is thats going to give you finances and provide for you in the future financially.
So youre able to achieve that now, and with less stress.
So its self-purifying because the money that youre going to gain from being able to
achieve your goals from your study, which is going to give you opportunities perhaps to make
more money, or whatever your goal may be, now is going to release those burdens you had that
were worrying you in the first place. Then you had to learn to simmer down so you could focus
on things, which were your monetary issues, paying your bills, taking care of medications you
may or may not need, taking care of certain anxieties, etc.
Money in this dimension is a big factor. Its not to say it should rule your life, and thats
exactly it: it shouldnt rule you. The idea is to escape it so that you can achieve it. Remember
that: escape it so that you can achieve it. Its a very powerful statement if you reflect on it. In

order for you to do something, you have to understand the meaning of it, otherwise there is no
point in doing something when you dont understand what it is you are doing.
In this day and age, everybody wants everything now. It is the McDonalds era of instant
gratification. Its like when you get food, and you dont even think about what you are eating.
Its like chomp, chomp, chomp, swallow; lets move on. The point to all of this is with that kind
of mentality, youre going to begin and end your life without even knowing you existed. And
only at the end of your life, maybe you become wise enough to know that you need to reflect on
things. However, by that time, your life is already over and its too late.
By learning to meditate and learning to comprehend that you must have an understanding
of what it is youre trying to do during your meditation, this is the only way you are going to find
the frequencies.
Most people who spend 20 years meditating never sit down and achieve anything but to
relax themselves. They never find those other doorways. They never experience anything else
it is not that they are not curious; its not that they dont want that; its just that they never had
any kind of foundation to help them understand what it is they are looking for.
I could send you all on a mission saying you need to go out to a certain place, but if I
dont tell you what it is you need to achieve, how is it that you are going to achieve it? The only
people who then achieve it are the people who accidentally stumble across it.
Well, if you want to put all of that to chance, that is your business. I would rather stack as
much as I can in my favor, which brings us back to this very conversation. This conversation is
the very information that is going to get you what you want. For you to say to me, Well, I
understand that already, you understand what I have said to you already, but there are people
here who dont. And as much as they dont know something and you do, rest assured as this
conversation continues, there will be much that you didnt realize, and you will say afterwards,
Now I understand. Now I get it. The only reason why you never got it is because you had the
same attitude that you have now, I already understand all of that. No, as a teacher, trust me;
you dont because if you did you would be where I am at.
Anybody can achieve it. Meditation is a choice. The only way you will not achieve it is if
you simply do not apply yourself. If you dont sit down and just say to yourself that youre going
to do this, or you dont listen to what were conversing about, you assume you know it all

already; you will not be able to achieve it. You have already limited yourself in assumption, and
you have brought yourself back down into what I call the Doe.
Let me explain the Doe. I believe that the planet is a living organism. I believe that the
human race is the central nervous system of the planet, and that all species of life serve as some
greater or lower protozoan organism of life. Its to say that you have red cells and white cells in
your body, and other living organisms in your body, so on and so forth. Okay?
You could say that on earth, lions are a form of organisms to their species. Schools of
dolphins are a species to themselves, and the same with elephants, etc. Human beings are the
highest level of that. Okay? But we all work together, and the human mind uses electricity for
thought. So every living creature, whether it is plant, tree or insect, has a frequency of electricity.
Now, if we look in the encyclopedia under electricity, we get 15 chapters on neurons,
protons, photons, electrons, and so on. Well, folks, the truth of the matter is, we really dont
know what electricity is. Understanding that, I believe that each species has a certain kind of
frequency thats attuned to their species only.
For example, in your body your liver understands what it needs to do for the rest of the
body. In itself, the liver is made of millions of living cells that are specific to the liver only. They
are not the same as heart cells or kidney cells. However, in some ways, the liver cells are more
advanced than maybe the kidney cells, but the heart cells are more advanced than the liver. Do
you understand? In the cells, its like a micro universe but in the end they all work together to
make one thing: one giant being. So one plus one in this case equals one, in a very chaotic way
of thinking.
The planet has species that act as those ordinances, independent, but yet in unison. We all
work and live together. We are dependent on one another in some ways to exist, whether it is
plant life and vegetation, or whether you are meat eaters or carnivores. Certain carnivore
creatures will eat other carnivores this is all an inner micro system that is the living thing.
The planet cannot be looked at like a human being with legs and arms; it is alien. When I say
alien, I dont mean an alien from another planet. I mean it is alien as in extremely different from
what we perceive. The point is, if you look at the cells of your body being round organisms
floating around, its like one, two, one, two, one, two. The one is everything - circular organisms.
The two, the next level higher, is objects that stand on four legs, and have arms and hands. Then
you go back to one again on a bigger level and you would see the planet looks like the first one,

like an organism, but its different. So its alien, but that does not mean that its not alive, or that
it doesnt have its own organisms that work it or how its nervous system functions. Its just
different. Its simply perspective.
Step yourself out of the planet and look down at it; its an orb floating in space. You cant
see boats, cars, trees or houses, or who is playing baseball. You see one thing. If you zoom into
it, you see the micro world and all the complexities of that.
Now, we collectively have a planet that has an agenda. Much like your body, it tells all of
the organisms in it what their role is. And even though they are independent, there is constantly
this vibration from you that tells them where their place is.
Not that I want to make this look like a negative or a positive, but the Doe is rather like
the central energy for the whole planet that tells everything what it needs to be and what its
function is. If everything acted out of that function, there would be chaos, life would diminish
and would be destroyed on the planet, in my opinion. Okay? However, because there is this
vibration that holds everything in a certain format of how things are to be and need to work, it
keeps everything in a certain place. Now, thats what we call the Doe. Its a vibration. It is
everywhere and affects all of us.
When we meditate and do spiritual things, we are trying to move into another place that
is beyond this realm of reality, this world that we are biologically a part of. But remember, what
did I say? Who you are is not who you really think you are. You are not this biological person.
As long as you think this is who you are, you will always be in the Doe because the biological
part of you belongs in this frequency. But what I said to you was that you are an energy being
coexisting in a physical body. That is the part of you, if it has any awareness, which says there
has got to be more to all of this. That is the part of you that wants to escape or move out of the
Doe.
So by meditating and understanding that, and reflecting on these inner energies, you
empower your vibration to move into higher frequencies, which move out of the Doe vibration
range. When you move out of the Doe vibration range, you begin to experience things beyond
what we feel and sense in this dimension. That is ideally your goal - to move beyond what is
being forced on you as the conditions. Youre trying to find a way to escape out of it yet still
remain in it somehow; one foot out of the lane and one foot in water, more or less.

You want to have your cake and eat it too. You want to feel something spiritually. You
want something to move inside of you that you feel drawn to, which is moving towards these
higher frequencies. However, by the same token you know that you are part of the earth and you
need to be here to do something.
Let me say something for starters: half of what I say will sound contradictory. And the
reason why is that we are talking about something so complex and remember what I said at the
very beginning. Im trying to take something extremely complex, and make it into a simple
conversation. When you do that, you lose certain qualities, but in some ways, the people who
would never have been able to absorb that complex information now can understand the very
complex as well as somebody who easily comprehends it.
I believe that there are different kinds of people also. Its not to say that we just have the
human race. In your body you have red cells and you have white cells. It could be considered in
some ways your blood. Okay? But the red cells are the greater majority, and they work to serve
your body. They bring you oxygen and minerals, and they heal wounds.
The job of the white cells, which are of a more limited amount, is to fight immune
systems, have the ability mentally to recognize a virus in the body, and then to size it up and deal
with it. In many cases, the white cells show really interesting levels of intelligence because they
literally are able to acknowledge a virus and summon other white cells to come along until there
are enough of them to deal with the problem. That is a form of intelligence.
What Im suggesting is that the world will always have red cells. There will always be
people who just do not get what it is we are after. There are those of us that have what I call the
navigator, which is this inner instinct that says, I need to find what it is Im looking for, and this
religion isnt it and that religion isnt it. Nothing out there seems like it is right. How do you
know that? Did you read all of the books in that religion? No. Did you master the philosophical
understanding of that religion? No. How do you know? Its an instinct.
I would say its the same kind of instinct whereby a baby knows to suckle milk from a
breast, or a salmon knows to go up the river to its spawning place even though it wouldnt even
remember from its birth where it came from. It is an instinct.
There are human beings who have this soul within them, this energy that is telling them
they are struggling to find the source from where they came so that they can be complete. In that
same sense, we are trying to do it for the most part. Many people will never do it because the

Doe is too strong. It is to say that the river has dams now from mankind. It has dried up because
of weather patterns. It has bears catching the salmon, and it has circumstances of nature.
Everything is struggling to prevent it from making it. Only the few will do it.
There is no sense of doom that the whole planet is going to become white cells and
destroy the whole ecosystem with it. Over time the earth must adapt and change to a higher
vibration of beings living on it. It is not ready to do it in one sudden leap. It will change much
like evolution changes organisms to adapt, and it is a better place. It is striving to get there, but it
is all about time skills and being able to perceive those time skills.
So there is no fear of those of us finding it being a problem. If we dont find it, it also
messes up the ecosystem. If we dont find what it is were looking for at this stage of the worlds
evolution, that in itself is that same destruction we are worried about. We need people to reach a
higher sense of consciousness, and to bring it back to help the red cells reflect in smaller ways
perhaps, so that they can lift the whole tonal of the world collectively in a sense.
We need also higher beings to achieve this so that the viruses per se that are in the world,
the negative things that come into the world, whether they be beings, entities, or however you
perceive them, there must be white cells powerful enough to deal with this, or they will wreak
havoc on the world as we understand it.
So there must be a system of balance in order for life to promote. When that is not done,
what happens when you dont have white cells in your body and you have viruses that go into it?
Your life will be terminated eventually.
So there has to be this checkmate process as you proceed from A to Z; so the world has
an agenda that it is trying to achieve. The planet as an organism is trying to achieve something.
You have to look at it in terms of millions of years, not in our one lifetime. However, in our one
lifetime could be the destructive effect that destroys anything in the future. Hence it is a
necessity.
The question is, What kind of intelligence does the planet have? Is it like us, and
having conversations with other planets in the galaxy or is it saying, Hey, how is the weather
over there on that side of the galaxy?
I think the planet is so alien and such a unique kind of organism that for us to perceive it
would be like the organisms in your body trying to perceive what they are part of. I think that it
does not have the certain complexities we have, and the manner in which we have them. Lets

just say that if you could be an intelligence that is existing, but with limited experiences coming
from outside of you, you would be more humble, pure, and simple, but yet capable of
understanding more.
I would say that the earth has a sense of wanting to exist - a sense of life. That sense of
life is going to be what we are looking at, and this sense of life is going to be what we are trying
to help it achieve. Your body and all living organisms have a sense to live. They want to live.
You want to live, dont you? If you were having an experience that was threatening to
you, like teetering on the edge of a bridge, would you not have your whole body rebel against
you and say, Get nervous! Grab something, and the muscles tense up and the breathing starts
to pick up. There is a sense of wanting to live and to have that safety. I think that the planet has
that effect. I think that the planet has a sense of wanting to exist because it wants to achieve
something.
When the earth has arrived at the point where it has experienced all that it needs to
experience, maybe in some way it will create its own soul by that same method of reflection,
reflecting on life. Reflecting on its experiences creates enough electricity to create an energy that
goes beyond matter, the physical. Its flesh would be the mountains, the oceans, and the lava of
the core earth, which is its heart. In itself it would achieve this electrical energy so that when it
dies itself, it will then be able to move into some other existence that is different than our own,
which gets into a whole different kind of lane for it to move to versus our lanes, which would be
a different kind of lane in itself.
So its very complex. And this is very heavy teaching now, but we are keeping it very
simple to understand. You are really getting the potent stuff, but remember, it can get very
complex because we are simplifying things to understand the big picture.
My feeling about religion is this: I dont like to knock religions. I think that any path that
promotes life and kindness and love is good for me. I feel that people have to grasp what they
can. I dont think that everybody out there is ready for what Im teaching, or ready to understand
what it is Im trying to convey.
I will tell you we are a people on this planet that are not in the thousands but we are in the
millions. We are here, and we are searching. We know that no religion on earth is the right
religion, and hopefully what I have to say will be enough for them to find whatever it is they are
looking for.

Now, lets look at religion. We have got to go back in time again, and we have to look at
the planet. We have to look at nomadic man, caveman or primitive man, whatever you want to
call them. You have to understand that there is one interesting thing that came from all of that.
As time progressed, we began to have people return back to the people that they came from.
Lets say we all came from Africa as a race, or we all evolution-wise came from monkeys to
humans. That is a whole other conversation in itself but the point is that we came from one
people. We split up and went out into the world, and we developed differently, but we were very
similar.
What is very interesting about all the cultures of the world is that every culture had an
instinctual sense of God, an instinctual sense that there was something beyond them. They tried
to then interpret what that was. As there is no manual that told us specifically what it was, and
because we were evolving in intelligence that was only beginning to grasp or be able to take in
that concept, it was very simple. It is like a child trying to perceive what you imagine a religion
to be. So what would happen is, you would have clans and they would be walking, and in these
clans you more than likely had a structure because humans are a very structuralized species. We
have kind of certain jobs: the hunter-gatherers, the nurturers, the leader, the warriors, and the
healer. Everybody had their usefulness, and if you didnt have usefulness in a time where it was
very hard to survive, you were very likely let go because it was too hard to feed you. Do you see
what Im saying? So unless you could contribute something back to the group, you were in a lot
of trouble.
In my opinion the shaman in some cases would be either the one who was wounded or
had a bad leg, or had some kind of problems where he could not be a hunter, or maybe later on in
life he became the shaman versus the hunter, because in early life he was healthy. The shaman,
medicine man or spiritual leader of that group, usually had more time to sit around. He wasnt as
busy in the physical way of having to gather food, find shelter, stake out the territory, and scout
it out for danger. Instead, he reflected.
And this is where I get into that inner reflection of the mind. I think they would find
moments to go and sit somewhere and go into that meditative state of mind that Ive talked
about. And they did it more often than the others. So this is where they begin to reflect on deeper
thought, or at least whatever they could.

So that is one way that they evolved. They had a higher intelligence in my opinion
because they used a different kind of intelligence than the others. It wasnt really a higher
intelligence, but it was a different proficiency of intelligence within their brain, because hunting
could be a skill, too, which required an intelligence in order to do it. However, it developed the
mind in a different way. Whatever part you use is like a muscle - it is what you exercise. Do you
see what Im saying? So, the shamans were the ones who did that.
Now, what would happen is that the shamans would be walking, and all of a sudden a
lightning bolt comes from the sky and it hits a tree, and the tree is on fire and there is the noise of
a big boom and a bang, and light flashing. And what happens? Everybody is terrified. All of the
primitive people are thinking, Oh, my God! What are we going to do? They are scattering and
panting hard, and their hearts are racing. And who do they look at? They look at the shaman
because the shamans job is to have an answer for all of this stuff. This is why they feed and
shelter him because they need comfort.
Anything we dont understand and thats the big, big statement anything we dont
understand, we fear! And this comes from primitive times, and is true to this day. Anything we
dont understand, we fear. Not that thats a bad thing as it is what kept us alive. But the point
is: living in constant fear is the problem. So these people would look at the shaman as if to say,
Well, what do you have to say?

Eric: When human beings had this shaman, and he was forced in a situation to come up with an
answer -- all of these people were in chaos and fear, and they were looking at him expecting that
hes supposed to understand this. Hes the great shaman. Hes got great insight -- he then would
probably make up a lie. He would make up an answer to comfort the people who were watching
this fire. So the shaman, after seeing the lightning bolt, the fire, the chaos, and the people all
looking at him knowing what his job is supposed to be -- his job is to have an answer, he has to
create an answer -- hes going to basically lie, and hes going to say, Ah, this was the thunder
Gods [who] make lightning, ah, to give us a gift, and the gift is the fire, and the fire, it will feed
us and this gives us life, and we should worship this life. So now it turns the fear to, Oh, it was
scary, but it came from God. Hes the ultimate power and now we have this fire. You have to

metamorphosis this over thousands of years, and now what you have is the makings for religions,
belief systems built upon the construct of previous ideas.
And then somebody comes along every hundred years or every thousand years and
reinvents the wheel more or less. You could say, and I dont really want to get too much into
religions because I dont want to be negative in any way. So lets just say that if you look
historically at religions, whether they be Christian, Buddhism, Hinduism, you will find that they
all metamorphosized from some other belief systems. And as you follow that back, you will find
that they metamorphosized from something else. Until you get back to the most primal essences
of fear and comfort as concepts. What you have to think about is where did this need come from?
There was a need to interpret God. There was a need to interpret what we sensed as a vibration or
a feeling that there was something more beyond all of us. That there was a presence of Force, or
a presence of Prana, or a presence of energy, a presence of a consciousness that we were sensing
and wanted to comprehend in our limited ways.
So in order to get closer to that, or the hopes of getting closer to that led to the idea of
building concepts in order for us to approach this in a way that we could relate to. You make
God, the only thing we could relate to with our intelligence is a man. You know what Im
saying? So God became a man and the servants of God were also something we couldnt do that
we thought was amazing: flying -- and there you have angels, and so on and so forth. But we
interpreted life in a grandiose way so that it would ideally be something we wanted to move
towards, but its not so much the interpretation of it. Its the idea that every single civilization on
the earth felt the need to find a way to draw closer to that Presence that they felt, and interpret it,
and create it in a concept that worked for them.
What we have in the mind when you meditate thats the hardest thing to deal with, and
will be one thing you always have to contend with, is something we call the babbler. The babbler
is a voice in the back of your head. As youre sitting there trying to have clarity in your mind,
youre meditating, the idea is not to speak, and not to have words vocalized in your minds
thought. So we call that the babbler; and an example of that is, youre sitting, youre meditating,
youre trying to attain non-thought, and then all of a sudden, you hear yourself saying, Boy, I
better get that laundry done today because tomorrow I wont have time and I need to have
something to wear for work. And then, Boy I better do my grocery shopping later, also. And
then all of a sudden, theres this other part of your consciousness that says, Hey, wait a minute,

shut up. Im trying to meditate. This is not the time for that. Then youre like, Oh, to yourself.
And youre quiet again.
So you have this moment of silence, silence, silence, and then all of a sudden you start to
think or to talk to yourself about, Boy, I think I better get that car tire checked on the front and I
wonder if I should call up my mother right now because I know she was saying she wasnt
feeling well. And then all of a sudden, youre like, Wait a minute. Shut up! Im meditating.
This is not the time for these kind of thoughts. I want non-thought.
So one of the things you learn in meditation is to control whats going on upstairs, what is
going on in your mind. Most of the things that you are affected by in life are things that are
happening to you. What I mean by that is someone knocks on your door as youre relaxing, and
they come in, and theyve got all sorts of problems -- this happened to me today, and that
happened today, and blah blah blah -- youre feeling that anxiety, and then youre getting caught
up in that action. At other times, you have maybe a mate saying, We really need to pay these
bills. You need to work more hours. Or I dont know how were going to pay for things. Were
going to lose our house, or were going to lose our business, yadda yadda ya. So these are
anxieties brought on you that youre rattling through the echoes of your mind. Okay?
Now, youre going to school, working a job, doing everything else. You have all of these
demands on you, and now youre told you have to sit down, push aside all of your anxieties, all
of your problems, all of the people bringing issues to you who are invading your world, or
disturbing you; and you have to give yourself enough mental attention to read a book that you
need to be graded on thats going to affect you. And you need to read that page without your
mind wandering, thinking about other thoughts. And then, youre going to stop, and youre going
to go, Ah, I didnt get what I needed out of that. So now youre having that conscious thought
like saying to the babbler I need to shut up. Its very similar. And youre refocusing yourself
trying to absorb that information by rereading again. It might take you 3 or 4 times reading that
one page until you feel that you actually got something out of it because youve been disturbed
so many times by your thinking and your problems and your issues going through the echoes of
your mind. You follow me so far?
So with meditation, youre learning a skill that is going to teach you to quiet down that
part of the babbler. Its going to limit the amount of time it has disturbing you. It trains you after
a while to be disciplined without any effort, and eventually to read that one page without having

to read it 2 or 3 times knowing you didnt get what you needed out of it. Youre going to read it
one time, and youre going to say, Got it. Youre going to flip the page, read it, got it. Its
going to be like reading something that you really want to read, and it holds your attention versus
something that you have to read because its something you need to be graded on, but you dont
really have much of an interest. So, again, you have to look at your mind and ask yourselfits
interesting that when you have something youre interested in that youre disciplined, and when
youre not interested in it, its very hard to hold your concentration in most cases.
The people who succeed in life somehow, naturally, learn this skill and thats a form of
meditation. Its a form of self-disciplining yourself and using one of the skills that youve
practiced in your meditation to achieve a meditative state of mind. Its a skill that you can use in
other things in your life. And it just kind of works its way through. Its kind of like wax on, wax
off. You learn to wax a car, per se, like in the movie Karate Kid, but at the same time, hes
learning skills that he didnt realize he could do from that same movement. Its like it can do
more than one thing. So as you meditate, you learn to calm yourself, clear yourself and focus, but
at the same time, youre learning then to focus more easily on schoolwork, or achieving a goal,
or athletically focusing on achieving what you want to do with your body, and so forth. And
thats how meditation is extremely useful.
Its also, to say, there are other ways of thought. One of the things that I have always
found interesting is they always say when you meditate you dont want to have thought. And
what most people never understand, that they never truly get is that when the spiritual teacher or
teachers are saying to you, You want to have non-thought, theyre not saying to you dont
think, theyre saying that if you stop thinking, the effect is youre going to think in a different
way. Its to say that youre not going to have words in your head, but youll have thoughts. Or to
say that you wont have thoughts, but you will be able to acknowledge movements of awareness,
meaning that youre thinking, but on a higher level. So its to say that you stop the babbler, but
you can look across the room and acknowledge everything in the room. And somebody could
talk to you and if you wanted to respond, you could talk to them. You dont have to think in your
head what you need to say or how you need to react to it. You already know everything.
So the idea is to learn in your meditation to have a higher state of consciousness then the
normal way that you think now. So, by learning to have non-thought and teaching yourself in
your meditation to not think with words or pictures in your head, there is a different way of

developing an intelligence that you actually think with. And its hard for us to perceive, but its
the truth. An example would be for everybody here to not think in your head for 5 seconds. If I
said to you, I want you to have non-thought, keep your mind quiet, and were going to do a little
test, youd be like, Okay, no problem. If I asked you not to talk out loud for 5 minutes, you
could do it no problem, right?
What were going to do is a test. Were going to test the stability of someones will to
control their own mind or the brain. Ask the person in front of you or whomever you may be
with to have non-thought. If you ask them not to speak out loud for 2 minutes, for sure they
would feel confident they could do that. If you ask them to be silent in their own mind and not to
speak, you would think that the average person would have the ability to do that. So the point of
this test is to put that babbler, that kind of talking within ones mind, to the test.
So what were going to do now is youre going to select about 5 objects in your mind at
first. You dont want to let the person know what youre going to be picking out or going to
touch or to show them. It can be a cell phone, a pen, a candle, whatever you see for several
objects around you. And what youre going to do is youre going to pick up each one, hold it up
for about 3 seconds, put it down, pick up the next one and show it to them. Put it back down
again. And, of course, youre going to be verbally silent as you do this. What theyre going to do
is theyre going to have to tell you each object that you showed them, when youre finished of
course. Their job is to be silent in the process and have non-vocalization in their mind. They
shouldnt be singing any songs in their head, or making any noises to distract them. They should
feel casual. They should look at the object, but of course, having non-thought. More than likely,
theyre going to fail. Theyll name at least one of the items, for sure, and in most cases, theyll
name all of them. The point of the test is to show that they really have no inner control. And the
question then arises is, Who is in control? or What is in control? Its certainly not your will
or your desire not to speak and thats the point of the test.
You really shouldnt have to be concerned about having that kind of control in your mind
and thats the babbler. Its not really to say its you. Its a part of the organic brain, the machine,
that believes its you, its imitating for you, and its part of the Doe. Its so used to doing the
program of the Doe that it automates you and thats what we call being in a sleep. You go
through life not really being aware or conscious of what youre doing in life. You just do things.
And thats the Doe. Its programming. So when you meditate, the first thing that youre learning

to do is to control that part of your mind that has always controlled you and you didnt know it.
You always thought it was you; those are your thoughts. And theyre not because if it was, you
wouldnt have just shouted those out in your brain. Okay? So the people who are listening to this
later on should have somebody randomly select objects to show them, and then you should, in
your head, not say what they are, but afterwards, when its done say, Okay, you showed me
this; you showed me that; you showed me this. And by practicing that little technique, you will
learn to discipline your mind in a very simple way.
Now, what will happen is that you need to recognize something different. If you learned
not to say what it was in your head, that other kind of intelligence already knew what all those
objects were. It already knew what the pen was; it knew what the cell phone was. There was no
need to shout it out. So when you meditate, what youre trying to do is to achieve that kind of
intelligence without using words in your head. When you do that, I want you to imagine
something, and Im trying to find a way to explain this. When you perceive something, or think
about something, if you could do it without words, how much faster would you be able to do it?
How much faster would you be able to do things instead of having like little cars of a train, each
piece of the train is a word. Today is a word. Im is a word. Going to is a word. And you
have to say these words in your head or have these thoughts or start analyzing in that way with
your thoughts. Okay? What if you could remove all that and simply be aware? Youd be able to
not have to say any of those things, yet youd acknowledge all of that information in your mind.
So when you learn to do that and you sit down and you read a book, you find that you
read faster. You absorb the information faster. When you try to achieve a goal athletically, you
do it better, and at a higher performance. When you try to better your health, rather than having
to focus on it, it just happens because your awareness is so clear, and so sharp, and so defined it
simply does what it is that you are willing. Which goes into another term we use, basically called
intent. Intent is like a teaching word because Ill say to the student, You dont want to use
words in your head, but what is your intention? My intention is to feel better about my health.
Okay, so when you meditate, have that conscious thought inside of you that its about you
getting better, and youll get better. Instead of saying, Im working on my heart; my heart feels
better. My lungs are breathing in, breathing out, breathing in, breathing out. Those are all
slower, more methodic ways of thought. Okay?

So what youre really doing is with intent, you know that when youre meditating without
any thought, that this session is about you becoming healthier and better. And for some reason,
cells in your body and the organisms of your body, per se, simply feel that presence better than
when you use rudimentary words in your head or have to think in such a construct way. So,
meditation helps you to think clearer. It helps you to think faster; it helps you retain information
better, but at first its something that you have to learn to do and get used to, and that comes from
practicing meditation. Its wax on, wax off. You wont realize youre doing it. Its the by-product
of, all of a sudden, something you just realize you can do without realizing you ever could
before. It just happens to you.
The point is, wheres my mind? My mind is not thinking in words. Now, of course, I
dont remember what it is to be in that first realm of relaxing. When I go into meditation, therere
different avenues of what I am trying to achieve. On one level, Im relaxing my body because
what did I say earlier? The first thing you learn in meditation is to calm your body. Okay? Its so
that the stresses of your body can be relaxed and you have clarity. So in order for me to go to the
higher levels that I go to, like everybody else, I have to clear my physical body. I have to let itI
have to put it aside. I separate my mind from it, because as an organism, its going to function
perfectly on its own. Okay?
When a person goes into a coma, does the body just stop instantly? If the mind is there
and its gone, the body still will function in most cases. Its a living thing on its own. So I find
that most peoples fear of meditation keeps them from achieving anything really advanced, per
se, because theres a fear of death. And thats one of the biggest things when you cross the lanes,
as you head into the bigger lanes; one of the things that you have to conquer is your fear of
death. Whats keeping you here, psychologically, in the back of your head is the fear of you not
being able to return to your physical body because you believe still, with all of your training, it is
who you are. When you finally accept that its not completely who you are, you can leave it; you
become free. You can move into the higher lanes or to the presence of God because its your
realization. In spiritual terms, thats what realization is. Thats what they mean.
So when I meditate, the first thing Im doing is what a new person is trying to do; I
remove myself from my body. Now my mind is moving into higher dimensions, per se. Or Im
moving very quickly. Its not like you even move through those dimensions; you just simply go
to the dimension, or that frequency, that you choose to be in. So theres no sense of linear

movement; its just that trying to describe it is difficult. So you go into frequency. Sometimes, I
will do it just to relax and Ill stay in that first lane because thats all I need to do. Other times, I
will move into the third, or the tenth, or the hundredth lane depending if theres something I need
to acquire for information, or if I need to convey something that I feel is important to this higher
frequency, and expect a higher intelligence to return back to me with information.
Ill give you another example. I said to you that the planet was a living organism. Okay?
And being that the planet is a living organism, it has a kind of intelligence. That intelligence is
hard for us to perceive because its very alien. But looking at it in simpler terms, its to say that
people like Edgar Cayce and other spiritual groups of people from history or civilizations refer to
there being a kind of library or the Akashic records. That it is a place where you could find great
knowledge. But, when people hear those terms, they think its a place you go to. You drive your
car and its a giant library, the Library of Congress or something. Or that its someplace that they
go to as a spirit, and they see their spirit bodies walking down the hallway talking to the other
spirit beings, and theyre saying, I need a book that tells me everything about Atlantis. Okay?
Thats not how it works.
It is that the planet has a mind. Well call the planet Gaia. And its consciousness is, again,
a vibration. And when a spiritual person goes into that point where they can clear their mind, and
they have an intent on understanding, to know something, an intent without using words because
words cant go to these places. Its too low of an energy. Do you understand what Im saying?
Its not clear enough because when youre moving into higher frequencies, frequency is moving
faster. You have to move at that same speed. So you cant necessarily be in your lane and have a
car that has a 4 cylinder pulling a tractor behind you if youre going to go in the 90 MPH lane,
right? So its like youve got to leave it behind temporarily and come back for it later. So youve
got to leave your body and all its lower sensory behind so that you can move your energy being,
the part of you thats electricity, to those higher frequencies and get what it needs and come
back.
So when you go into that state, you can go to the Gaia frequency, which would be the
Akashic records, or the library, or whatever. Its the mind of Gaia. And you simply have an
intent of needing to know, or understand something, and you simply know it then. Or in a certain
way, you comprehend it. Its to say you have an epiphany. Its as if all of a sudden, you had an
old memory resurface in your mind. Youre like, Oh yeah. How did I ever forget that? Its just

all of a sudden you understand it. Its not like you sit there and its being read to you in any kind
of format that were used to in this dimension. Its not like you have to look it up. You simply
just need to know it and its revealed to you. Its as if it was always in your mind. And so, in
some cases, when therere things I need to know regarding the world, or people, or individuals or
whatever I want to know, therere times that I will go to this Gaia mind and simply know what it
is that I need to know.
Its to say that you, as a living organism, have a recorded memory of everything youve
ever done since the moment of your birth. The machinery of your body has been recording
sound, smell, sight, hearing, and taste since the moment of your conception. Therefore all of that
data is recorded. Whether or not you, as the main consciousness, can extract that at will remains
to be seen, but you could with practice. Okay? Its just that you dont exercise that part, so its
not flexible enough to go there yet. Gaia, or the planet, remembers everything. Its also being
recorded. So by going to that mind or that place, you can gain knowledge from that. In your
body, you could say that white cells fight a cold and you never catch the same cold twice
because it learns that virus. Its like it has a library of information. It goes to a kind of
consciousness that youre not even using that has all of this data, and it says, Okay, heres the
virus. We need to remember how did we destroy this before? It has a memory of its own.
So in a micro sense, micro/macro, you are that God consciousness for the planet as the
planet is for us, as the Universe is for everything. It in itself finds that information and brings it
back. Or you bring it back or the organisms in your body can use it for its own database to know
how to deal with things. So when you ask me whats going on in my mind, my mind is not using
thought. My mind is getting information to help the world here. My experience is either to relax
myself or to get away from it all, like taking a mini vacation. Or to meet with other beings, if we
should go in that direction, and convey whats going on with them and to council one another as
to how to deal with certain circumstances or things that are happening in other dimensions or
other realities in order to help something much bigger than everything that most people can
understand.
The question is how does meditation help the planet as an organism, as us understanding
that we are microorganisms who are part of this collective consciousness? Obviously, if you
have what I would call nodes, or you could say neuro synapses in the brain, which we have
billions or trillions of, okay, which you could say is like people almost on the planet, just vice

versa. If you have one that is stimulating a balance for the whole consciousness, its to say that
therere balancing factors in your consciousness and therere chaotic ones all the time. Your
immune system is being challenged every second. Your psychological state is being challenged
every moment, because somewhere in the back of your head, you know youve got to go to work
(maybe tomorrow) and deal with something you may not want to deal with. Or you might have
to deal with family issues, or problems, or health issues. So you have all these things going on.
There are parts of your mind that are constantly trying to keep you in balance, and those [parts]
would be for the planet what we are (as meditation people) doing for ourselves.
In retrospect, it is to say that we are already contributing to the balance of the planet.
What we want to do is create greater balance, a more proliferated amount of balance for the
world, and in so doing, the world then itself can accelerate to a higher state of consciousness
because theres a greater amount of balance for the majority of its existence. It can then, itself,
achieve higher states. As an energy being inside of a physical body, in the physical body it
interprets the senses into electricity for us as an energy being. So the bodys an ATV, a physical
machine that interprets electricity.
A lot of times I will say to students, imagine right now a TV and the TVs apparatus or its
purpose is to capture what we cannot experience. All of the radio signals, millions of channels of
sound and pictures and information and explanations, all of this data is untouchable for us within
our physical body. This apparition, this square box, will capture that information and transfuse it
within itself and bring it out into the open in a format that we can experience. So the physical
body transforms this dimension in just the opposite way. It turns it into electrical energy for us to
experience as energy beings inside of our physical body. Which brings us to the question: When
we as energy beings leave our physical body, how is it that we interpret what we experience?
Okay? Obviously, we dont have the same 5 senses that we would have if we were just energy,
so what are the senses, per se, of being an energy being; which is extremely difficult to explain
because you guys would have to experience it in some cases to understand it.
I like the scene in the movie The Matrix. The Matrix cannot be explained; it has to be
experienced. Well imagine its just the opposite -- you are trying to perceive something that goes
beyond anything that you can remember in your physical existence to help you interpret. The
human brain uses interpretation for it to grasp things. In other words, you look at other things
that youve experienced and you say its like that and that allows you to bridge the concept so

that you can understand something. You have to kind of understand sociological thinking, I
guess. What I can say is this. Whatever I say in the next few seconds about this will not do
justice to what it completely is.
When you leave your body and you are an energy being, because you think still as a
human being, you will limit your abilities to what you perceive. For instance, most people who
have an out of body experience will see things as if they see it with their normal sight. You cant
see behind you, because you dont have eyes behind you. You cant see on the sides of your head
because you dont have eyes. You have a certain spectrum of vision. So because it doesnt occur
to you as an energy being that you should be able to see 360, or up, down, left, right, your whole
spectrum of sight, what happens now is that you limit in that perspective how you see. And
therefore, you will find that much of your experiences will be very similar, not exact, but similar
to what you are in a physical body. You will only be able to interpret as much as youre willing
to accept that you can understand. It is to say that the brain has a certain system of interpretation.
So you could say that an example is this: Everybody take their middle finger of their
hand, whatever hand you use the most. Use your index finger and your middle finger and cross
them. Now what youre going to do is to begin touching your nose when I say so. Okay? Whats
going to happen is your brain is wired to interpret your nose as one nose. Whats going to happen
is you start to touch your nose with your 2 fingers crisscrossed; its going to tell you that you
have 2 nose tips. Go ahead and do it. Youll see if Im right or wrong. Youll have a different
kind of sensation. Its as if your nose is not completely the way it should be. And the more you
do it, the more its going to create that second nose for you. Its not just going to stop. Its going
to become a second nose there. And its going to start telling you, in your mind, that theres a
second nose there. Now, another example is: If you have a pen in your hand, you take the pen,
close your eyes. Okay? Close your eyes. Take the pen and run it over those 2 crossed fingers. It
will tell you that therere 2 pens in a sense. But youve got to close your eyes. It will interpret it
that way because the brain is designed to interpret a certain way. Now, if you open your eyes and
you look at it, your sight is a greater sensory than your finger, so looking at it will correct the
information and will make it so that you only feel one pen.
Now, having said that, the same thing goes for when you leave your body. Okay? What
you want to do is you take the pen and drop it in between the V, in between the 2 fingers. Spread
them as far apart as you can get a space and then place it back and forth and just let it feel the

touch. Dont just run it up and down the middle; you want to go from left in the valley then out
to the other side. You want to kind of go over the humps and see how it confuses you. Okay? If
you open your eyes and you look at it, it will build the correct way that the eye is trying to
interpret. Okay? So its much to say that how you see life is interpreted by the brain in a very
unique way also; so coming back to the conversation with me.

Eric: Understanding that youve just learned something new, when I say to you when you leave
the body you will perceive things in the way you expect to perceive them until it dawns on you
that you should be able to perceive differently, it's almost just the opposite. It's the opposite so
you will begin to be able to see in a 360 all the way around you, above you and below you. You
will have a different kind of sense of hearing, a different kind of sense of taste, a different kind
of sense of stuff because it's not normal sensory. And then you will also discover senses that we
have no words for here. We have no way of understanding certain terms that I would use and that
goes back to me saying there's not a way for me to explain it really fully to you, no more to say
than your finger can understand why there're two pens all of a sudden. Yet you know logically
there's only one and you're fighting in your head to grasp that and make it set so there's only one
that you interpret because you're forcing it to see it in a certain way.
What you experience will take time for you to accept and the more that you think with a
higher way of thinking, without words, the faster you will gain those experiences. As long as you
think in words in your mind, you will never really be able to enter the second speed lane or the
second lane. You can't go there, because the brain won't let you because you are still using your
brain to interpret and comprehend with, and it's only designed to comprehend this dimension.
And it's profound if you think about what I'm saying. There's really an answer here.
It's to say in other ways, and of course this isn't exactly fact as far as the scientific way of
looking at it, but it's a great way of perceiving so I'll explain it this way: Your brain really thinks
on three formats. The first way it thinks is biochemically. When you have a thought it spews out
chemicals. The chemicals hit the other chemicals creating an electrical storm and that storm
creates in a sense a data; it's like the information, but by creating that same pattern. So, by
creating that pattern it creates intelligence. It's how you're storing information.

It's like if you have somebody around you, the more you see them the more that your
brain creates a pattern of their face. When that person's not around you as often as they were, the
brain is searching for that face pattern. When it doesn't see the face, it starts to release chemicals
in the brain that create depression. It's almost as if it's trying to find that face so that it can be put
back on you. That comes from childhood, being a child and acknowledging your mother or the
same way an animal may represent what its familiar area is. So the brain will secrete chemicals
to create a sense of urgency to seek it out, because it's not getting that static pattern of
biochemical charges in the brain anymore. The pattern has changed so it's trying to find that
pattern to fit it. It's a very crude way of having intelligence, but it kind of works.
The next thing is that you have is what I call "low radiation impulse", and low radiation
impulse is kind of how the brain tells the body to breathe without you saying "I need to breathe",
or tells you how to have your heart pump, or your kidneys and your liver to work. It's constant;
the brain's telling it what to do. Remove the brain, everything doesn't know what to do because
it doesn't know how to work with itself. It needs to be coerced and be taught how to function as
a whole system. Low radiation impulse is another kind of way you think.
The third way that you think is electrical. And it's electrical streams of electricity that
shoot over to another synapses that actually creates that chemical discharge with the organic.
Now it can move thought. So, looking at it in a different way is this: What most people are doing
every single day of their life, what part of the brain they are using is the first one. It's organic.
Everything we do is biochemicals going off in our brains. We have to do this; we have to do that.
We're following these patterns created in our brain and feeling the anxiety in the need to fulfill
them. Okay? So that's how most people think, and that's how we call them "asleep." They're
asleep. They're just patterns running in their head. There are just so many patterns it looks like
there's an intelligence going on. It's just that we're doing them all rather quickly. Okay?
The second one is to say that low radiation impulse is faster; it's the middle lane verses
the slower lane which is organic/biochemical thinking. So, the low radiation impulse moves at
the speed of electricity but not quite. And so that would be what we call a psychic state of mind,
or using your sensory. You're feeling what a house feels like if there's something in that house.
You're using it to use your telepathy ability if you are going to feel something from another
human being. Well, what we call the psychic realm or psychic abilities stem from that middle
way of thinking, that low radiation impulse. It's where we get psychic abilities from. The psychic

abilities allow us to push the gateways of time and reality a little bit, and physics as we
understand it. But it's not fully where you want to be or could be. It's kind of in-between.
The next one is electrical, and electrical is pure electricity which is basically pure light.
And that's when you think without though. It's as if the electricity has to follow the tunnels in
your brain, of the organic brain. It's like train tracks. It makes its stay in a certain way which
limits it because the brain is saying if you go off the tracks everything's going to go chaotic.
You'll fly all over the place, and that's not really the truth. When you can stop thinking with the
organic brain and stop thinking with the low radiation impulse brain you enter purely the third;
it's when you shut out the babbler because the babbler is organic. It's the organic brain. It's too
slow. It's heavy and methodic. It's like being a horse-and-buggy and being on that 90 mile per
hour possibility for a road.
The next one is not a horse-and-buggy, it's like a 1940 Volkswagen Beetle. It's better than
the buggy but it sure isnt as good as using the Lear jet. The Lear jet is when you begin to think
and perceive without having to use that bulky method of thinking in your brain, using those
words, and the babbler and everything else you get. It's like you train yourself to think or
perceive in pure light, which means that you can move into higher frequencies and understand all
these higher dimensions, all these higher possibilities. Your mind can move at that frequency so
well that it moves so quickly that everything slows down to a level that it seems like it's all
understandable, like you're moving into that 90 mile per hour lane and in one way you're moving
extremely fast but in another way, if you just simply look at the car next to you, it seems as if
you're not moving at all.
So, by slowing ourselves down, we move faster. Does that make sense now? It wouldn't
have made sense at the beginning of this conversation today, now would it? But not only do you
need to slow down, but you also need to let go. You need to surrender. Students often say they sit
down to meditate and willfully push so hard for something to happen that nothing at all happens
for them. When they finally realize just to sit back, relax, and surrender, allow whatever's going
to happen to happen to you, that's when they have the best experiences.
That's why we often say in meditation, want for nothing. Don't want for money. Don't
want for health. Don't want for this. Your intent is already known. You already know you might
want to feel better. You already know you have issues psychologically, or pressures in your life.
You already know if you want to find some higher meaning to your life. You don't need to make

it in an organic way a constant in your mind. Because as long as you do that, as long as you're
using that organic level of thinking, it's what holds you in the 20 mile per hour lane.
By not thinking about it at all, intent becomes pure light. It doesn't have a bulky way to
think about it. It's just simply a sense of knowing where you need to be. You don't have to think
about it. You already know what you need to do. So by trying to acknowledge that, wanting for
nothing frees you to move into the low radiation, and from the low radiation impulse thinking to
the electrical, staying in pure light. The second that the organic mind pushes a thought, which is
the babbler, it slows all of the light. It's like it traps it and it has to jump out of hyper speed down
into a lower speed, and all of a sudden you're going (high pitched tone) oooooo, you're down
to low pitched tone ooooooo again. And then you're stuck there again. So now you have to
untie yourself and free yourself until you escape that again and move up into that higher
frequency of consciousness.
That's what we mean by going slower and you go faster. What you think can be your
worst enemy, but it can be your greatest freedom. And the most interesting part is the Doe,
which is the 20 mile per hour lane, which is the organic thinking, is a constant vibration like "do,
re, mi, fa, so." "So" is like the frequency that you want to go. It's like pure energy, pure release,
and pure non-containment of the lower dimension. You're really free, and that's what you're
looking for. The Doe holds you down so you can't escape your physical body. You can't move
beyond all of that. The Doe also has a very unique process: As long as you stay in the Doe, it's
as if you forget about the higher frequencies. It's almost as if it erases your memory.
It's like to say you have a fantastic dream, and you're very excited about the dream when
you wake up. But within moments, what happens to your memory of the dream? It begins to
fade. It's almost as if in that dream somehow you're entering those higher lanes, because you're
not using your babbler to think. It's almost as if you've escaped your organic mind for a
temporary moment and you're experiencing profound things and then your brain is trying to
interpret these profound things so when you come out of it and you're fully in this conscious
reality, by it trying to interpret, it slows it so down that it vapors; it fades away. And then you
lose that dream, you forget what it was all about.
The idea is that you want to exercise your meditations. You want to exercise these kind
of thoughts, this kind of thinking. You want to gather with other people and have these kinds of
conversations, because it exercises a higher state of your awareness. It doesn't allow the Doe to

put you into such a sleep. If you're constantly are exercising something, then what do we learn in
this physics of this world? You maintain the strength of it in most cases. When you don't
exercise something, it fades away. So staying awake means, "I know there's something beyond
all this. I've experienced it."
Rather than going back into the Doe and just throw away your methodic processes of life
and every so often, like waking out of a dream for a moment, thinking that you're awake in your
dream for a moment only to realize that you're still in a dream and you fall back into it. And you
don't remember that you woke out of it two seconds ago. So you always have to, in a sense, fight
to stay from going asleep. And the more you meditate, the more you practice these kinds of
teachings, the more you maintain a higher consciousness that allows you to keep one foot into
the realm of possibilities where you feel complete, where you feel wholesome. It is a place where
you find a balance between this reality and dealing with life, serving and helping the world and
fellow mankind, but in another place finding the solitude and peacefulness and completeness of
what you're looking for, so the balance is like we named my business: Higher Balance. And it's
about being in two different places at one time, being a third, and being in the middle.
It's to say that when I talk to you about all these other personalities inside of you, the
organic brain starts telling you that, "You need to do this; you need to do that." You always
thought it was you. Well, the part of you that's really you, we call the "middle pillar." It's just
that you can't find yourself until you've removed all of these other trappings that you think are
you, which gets into a whole other conversation called self-observation.
Everything that we've talked about goes back to meditation because now when we
discuss meditation, you're going to have a better idea of what it is thats expected of you, where
it is that you're heading, and if you have an idea where you're heading, you can relieve yourself
of the anxiety, which again is organic fear that's keeping you in the lowest levels. When you
don't have that fear of where you're heading, you can get there a lot easier. And this is the reason
for Foundation. Which goes back to what I said earlier: Without understanding what we're
saying now, you're never going to get to where you want to go. You have to perceive all this,
we have to discuss them because it allows you to untie all the little knots that are holding your
energy in your physical body, saying it's okay to move a little bit beyond this. It's okay to expand
my vibration. And so, you're loosening all these knots that are holding you there.

It's like this: When I speak about not having a fear of death, I mean that we are so afraid
to die, that we linger to a point where we can't even open the door to look outside. What if
something bad happens to you in your life because you got mugged one day? And so now you
stay indoors all the time, and you lock the doors. You make everybody else go out and do the
shopping and bring it back, or go outside and tell you what happened. And your whole life is
spent in the house.
Is that good? Can anybody say that would be a good way to live your 60 years on the
planet? Of course not, but your fear holds you in that house, and so your reality becomes that
house. What you see on your TV is your only link to the outside world or what you hear on the
radio. The people who come to you become your only link. They become your fingertips outside
of the world. Your heart desperately yearns to know what's going on outside the world, but your
fear keeps you inside your home.
When I say a fear of death, it's like dying because we want to explore the other
possibilities of what we are. The other possibilities of moving beyond what it is we understand or
who we think we are and the concept to leave your body can take on many, many concepts. But
because we have an innate fear of death, we assume by leaving our body that we're going to die
when the truth of the matter is more than likely you never will. It's to say, if you actually got the
courage to leave the house for a few times, you might find that you're more gratified with what's
outside of life than what you ever perceived it to be.
In some cases, you don't even know that you're afraid to leave. You've gotten so used to
being in the house that it never dawns on you that you really want to leave, but every other part
of you is always wondering what's going on out there. It's why you cling to the TV. It's why you
cling to the people who come to visit you to tell you what they're doing outside of the house.
You have to realize that first; it's something that you may want very much and that it somehow
helps complete you.
Everything in that house is familiar. Everything you've looked at in the house, you've
probably touched, or felt, or seen, or smelt a hundred times. There's nothing there that's
stimulating your existence. There is nothing there that is making you feel more complete. The
only thing you are hanging onto is your existence of safety. Some people might say, "What is the
point of that if everything you have to experience you've experienced a hundred times?" It
becomes so mundane that there's nothing that stimulates your will to exist. And everything that

you are living for becomes what comes to you from the outside world. It's what you itch for
because it's something new; it's stimulation. It's some new thought. It's some person visiting you
with some new object that they bring along.
So it's about realizing, self-realization. What you really need to do is venture out. And
you need to realize that there's nothing out there that's going to harm you, and if it is, you can't
make it; it makes you run and hide from everything. You have to become fearless. And in so
doing, that's where you will find your greatest strengths that conquer everything you're afraid of.
You will find that it could never conquer you to begin with. It never could kill you. It could
never destroy you. It could never control you. It could only do that to you because you accepted
what it could do to you.
When I talk about death, everybody's in their body. Everybody wants to feel God.
Everybody wants to feel a higher sense of something. Everybody wants a great adventure in their
life. Everybody wants to experience some other world, some other reality, some other being,
some other something, and they just want to know in their heart that as much as there's
something ugly and evil possibly out there keeping them here, and there must be something
opposite to that that is profoundly beautiful.
Life is wonderful -- live life! I'm saying that for sure, it's worth living. I love life. But
there're other parts of me that want something more, and if I'm willing to go outside of my
apartment to smell the roses and walk my feet through water, why should I fear leaving my
physical body to go out? Because you're not really ever leaving it, you're not really ever leaving
it. It's just simply moving through other ways. It's to say that you're gaining other senses. If you
could never smell in your whole life, would you say that the reality of you experiencing scent
was real or not real? It wouldn't exist for you. The moment you could smell, would you say that
you left yourself smell? Or would you say that some part of you became more able to experience
what was always here?
All these other dimensions are really one thing: They're all here at the same time. It's you
finding the other senses inside of you to turn them on so that you can experience them and help
them reflect on you to become more of a greater being. When you have more experiences in life,
do they not make you more complex? Do they not gratify places within that had doubts in
yourself, where you built up strengths? It is because you've experienced, through your senses, or
putting yourself in circumstances that expanded that. Well, it's to say that as you develop

spiritually, or your energy spiritually, you are then able to experience things much more
profound.
If you never could smell before, all of a sudden that simple sensory would open up a vast
door for you that you never even thought comprehensible. Imagine if you were deaf your whole
life. You learn to touch, you learn to taste, you learn to see, and all of those were profound and
you never knew what hearing was. You had people trying to explain it to you before, but because
you couldn't relate to it, it just didn't matter. And then all of a sudden you could hear one day.
Your ears were filled. What would that do to you? You'd be in shock. You'd be speechless. And
then all of a sudden, not only could you hear conversation and clicking and clacking, then when
you thought it couldn't get any better, you go out into nature and you start to hear birds and
you're starting to hear children laughing, another level. And then all of a sudden you go to
another level of sound where you're starting to hear this swooshing of trees and the wind blowing
through them and the roll of the ocean hitting the ground and all of a sudden you begin to realize
that you can feel things inside of you that you could never feel before. And then, last but not
least, you begin to hear the sounds of music. Music created by eyes and by hands. Music
stretched and chords and stuff, building and bellowing something so deep inside of you that it
was ready to burst open with joy.
That is what's awaiting you. And you have no idea it's been there the whole time. But if
you don't know it's there, you never seem to have it dawn on you to look for it until somebody
tries to encourage you enough to let you know, "Hey, there's something I can show you. I know
you're deaf, but here, I think we might be able to fix that for you". That's what this is all about.
Everybody's asleep in the world. Awaken! Awaken! And you'll be amazed what you find. Don't
live your whole life never knowing. Be curious. Be cautious, but be curious. And you'll find that
the stuff inside of you that you're trying to fulfill can be fulfilled. The answers that are aching
inside of you that have no name can be enrichened, and can be healed, and can be completed.
If you were deaf, for those of us who can hear, the deaf person might say, "There's
something inside of me that I'm yearning for. I don't know what it is. But you all seem to be a
little happier than me, so what's up with that?" If you could hear music all of a sudden one day, I
wonder how much it would heal all of those empty places inside of you, or at least, maybe not all
of them , but many of them. I would take some over none. This is what meditation is. This is

what you are seeking. On your path of life, somewhere you have discovered that there's
something more. You're hot on the track of it.
Somewhere, if you were deaf and you could never hear, somewhere you got the concept
of, "Wait a minute. What is this 'hearing' thing all about? What do you mean?" And then all of a
sudden you hear boom, boom, boom, and you're like, "Oh! That's interesting. I've never heard
'boom, boom, boom, before. Wow! Let's investigate that a little bit more. I wonder what's
around the corner." Little do they know who is there, an orchestra of sound that's profound. In
fact, if they experienced it all in one second, they'd probably have a heart attack, it'd be so
overwhelming.
I wonder, if you had the heart attack, would you be afraid to die? Or would you be so in
awe that your heart attack was an actual burst of such amazement that it set you free somehow to
something beyond all this. You're looking to go beyond -- we all are. And there's nothing wrong
with that. And to settle for less is simply to say that you've chosen to be a red cell. You just want
to perform your existence, not ever wanting to go beyond what you could perceive, or what you
thought might have been there. Maybe you can't perceive it, but the idea is to somehow poke
around.
When you meditate, there's a phrase called surrender. Everybody thinks they understand
surrender. First of all you think if I surrender that's weak. What if something overtakes me? It's
not like that at all. Surrender, to some people, means "Well, does that mean that I just give up?
What am I giving up?" Surrender means "Forget about it." It means to stop worrying about
everything, stop putting conditions whether you're going to live or die, going to move on or not.
You're just going to say, "The heck with it; I'm just going to let everything go." And you just tell
yourself nothing matters; it's just all trivial in the game of life as every spiritual teacher always
says, It doesn't matter. You're making it matter. Everything that matters to you is holding you
here. Surrender it. Set yourself free. When you meditate, let it all go. You'll find that the babbler
has no strength if you can just really let it all go. There's nothing. What holds you to your five
senses, what holds you to this reality is your need to stay here, your need to cling to those things.
Which gets into another statement called "mindfulness". Mindfulness: Be mindful of the
predicaments you put on yourself. Mindfulness. For instance, if you take on a job, be mindful:
Is it more work than I want to do? Would it set higher demands on my life that would take away
my personal freedoms? Am I willing to do that? Mindfulness means, if I let somebody move

into the house with me to help them out, because I need to help them, am I being compassionate?
Having that person in the house, does that mean I'm going to have the solitude I need to keep the
peace that I have in my life? Is one greater good better than another? Be mindful of the
decisions you make. They are going to affect you.
Mindfulness is being aware of what you're putting yourself into; what is weighing on
your consciousness. Am I taking too many classes? Is it really what I want to do or am I
sacrificing my passions, or my greater loves? Am I making the right choice by marrying and
choosing that path or by being with this person or that person? Mindful means it's okay to make
the decisions you're making; it's okay to do whatever, but don't be mindless and just throw
yourself into things. Don't just make a quick decision: "Yeah, I can see how things might work
out for me."
Mindful means what holds you to this world, binds you to becoming a higher frequency,
is going to be weighed upon by your brain. Your brain is going to be connected to your mind;
they are two different things, in my opinion. The brain is the organic machine; it's the babbler.
It's all these thoughts and pressures and anxieties. The mind is the soul. It's what's trying to
escape it all. It's saying, "There's got to be something beyond all this," but the brain almost hangs
onto it, keeps it here, and traps it here. And the mind is constantly trying to free itself because it's
the pillar. It's the middle pillar. So mindfulness means be mindful like in Star Wars where they
use the line, "Be mindful of the Force."
If you think about your spirituality a lot, it's where your spirit will reside. If you think
about business all the time, it is where your spirit will reside. If you think about your problems
all the time, it's where your spirit will reside. It's where you're always going to reside, is in those
problems. If you're mindful of the Force, the Force will become you. If you're mindful of your
problems, your problems will be what you are. It's constantly in chaos, and a wreck. Being
mindful of life will fill you with life. So mindfulness means thinking about what you're thinking
about! Think about what you're doing every day of your life without thinking about it. Think
about the decisions that you're making, and just doing things without giving any reflection on
who you really are, or giving it a moment of recognition.
It's to say " Doesn't everybody need a hug once in a while?" Doesn't that hug feel great?
So, it's to say, maybe right now you're not thinking of getting a hug, but if you got one right now,
wouldn't you say, "You know, wow, that was really great." It's to say that maybe you're not

thinking of meditating, but if you did it, and you made yourself do it, in the process of starting it,
you say "God, I'm glad I did this." That's the Doe; that's the machine. It's about trying to be
awake and not let the Doe run you so much that you've forgotten to stop and smell the roses.
Stop and experience the beauty in life instead of letting life run you and its machinery, instead of
being in the Doe constantly.
When you meditate, it's like saying, "I'm going to hug myself." It's like saying, "I'm going
to reflect on the middle pillar." It's like saying, "I'm going to give a part of my life, my moment,
my day to be mindful of the Force." And you have make a decision because the energy of the
Doe doesn't want you to go there. It wants you just to be a red cell and to do your everyday
thing. And it wants to mull over any concept of you escaping to any other place and that's it.
You're there to serve it. It's like the red cells of your body; theyre there to serve you. Do you
understand? But, we are not red cells. We are much more complex, and we are part of the
Universe. We are, in some ways, different than other people. Although we look the same, we are
different. So the more that we can understand that concept, the more that it makes logic, the more
that our vibration moves towards that higher frequency. I'm talking about intelligence and
recognition is a living thing. It's a vibration and if you exist there, choose to exist there more
often. It's what becomes you.

Eric: We have a red and a blue energy. The blue is the positive, red is the negative. What you
want to do is you want to attract the blue to you. As you attract the blue to you, this is the fuel
that Im talking about, that you need to collect into a reservoir within your body, within your
being. When youve collected enough of this energy up you can then dispense it in different
ways, whether it be to heal, whether to enhance your mind, whether to enhance your vibration as
a person, your health, your well-being. Whatever you want to use it for, that energy is something
you need in order to transform it into a result or an effect.
Many people that are spiritualists who are able to do things spiritual or attain certain
states of mind always complain that they can only do something to a certain point and then
theyve exhausted their energy. Well, thats because they dont understand this principle about
absorbing Prana into you, absorbing this energy into you so that you can collect it and use it to

build your energy fields, to build the essence and vibration of yourself in order to do things
spiritually. Or even more so, as Ive said to you before, your energy needs to hit a certain
frequency to move into other places. In another way you can say you need fuel, to fuel that
energy to move into those other frequencies. So this is the fuel that youre absorbing and thats
going to enhance your vibration, your tonal, and then youre going to set a certain pitch to it by
your consciousness. You need this energy to come into you so that you can enhance your
experience, which in turn enhances your tonal, and allows you to move in higher frequencies. Its
all self-relating.
The formula that has been designed in order to do this, that we are going to teach, allows
you to absorb or to attract Prana into you. It allows you also under this system to have clear
thought and kind of wax-on-wax-off training to discipline yourself. It has a variety of ways to
work with you.
So what were going to do is to talk first now about chakras. Now, obviously this comes
from Hinduism, and Vedic teachings. I dont want go down the road of teaching you all of the
names and backing information of what they were or what they are in Indian translations and
stuff like that. That to me is unnecessary and it fills ones head with information that then makes
it so youve become tired and youve had enough information for the day. If you want to know
more about them, I suggest you go and do your research.
What I will say is this. This is what you need to know. A chakra point is a focus point on
the human body. And the best way to say it is to say that you have a nervous system which is like
wires or routing that goes through your whole body. At some point these wires crisscross and
that crisscross is what we call a chakra point. Now, there are thousands of chakra points on the
body. There are many thousands of them. There are greater chakra points and then there are
minor ones.
So, as we selectively work our way down to get to the primary chakra points, we get to
seven of them. And they are like a straight line from the top of your head that goes down. Its
almost like a pole that goes through the top of your head down to the floor. Your main chakra is
your crown chakra, which is sometimes stated as being just above your head, although some
people say its on your head. But Im going to tell you if you put your finger on the very top of
your head and go back about three inches, thats where I believe truly the center point of the
crown is, in my opinion. And the reason is that the spine is there. And if you went straight up

from the spine without arching it, its not necessarily in the center of your head. Its kind of
moving in a center part where its blossoming out to become your brain. So for me that is where
the focal point is. In truth, it doesnt matter really where you specifically believe the crown
chakra is, at least not in the formula that I teach.
The next chakra point is going to be what they call the mind chakra, or you may have
heard some people say in other cultures the third eye. That is basically almost exactly in-between
your eyebrows, maybe about a half an inch higher - so you can say the bridge of your nose up
past where the eyebrows meet, just about an inch higher.
Some people will even place that even a little bit lower, a little bit higher, it doesnt matter. As
long as youre in that vicinity, youre fine.
The third chakra is your throat chakra. Again, there are different selections as to where
specifically it is, but I would say if you feel where your Adams apple is, go down about three
inches and thats going to be your throat chakra. Okay?
The next place that were going to look for a chakra will be your heart chakra. And thats
basically going to be in the center of your chest about three inches above your solar plexus.
A lot of people believe that the solar plexus, where the bridges of your breast plates meet,
is a chakra point. It is but its not necessarily what I would consider a true chakra point. It has its
uses, but were not going to go there in this particular class. It doesnt serve our purpose.
So the next chakra were going to move to is going to be just below the belly button,
about two inches down from the belly button, where were going to call your Chi from Martial
Arts would be, or Ki energy in some ways of pronouncing it. This is where the Martial Artists
draw a lot of their energy up through their body in order to focus to do certain physical effects.
Now, the next chakra, which is again disputed as to the exact spot, and I believe it would
be a correct spot, is actual groin area. And thats again your lower chakra bringing energy up
from the body. It is also the point where you probably have the most attention given because its
a sexual organ, so we have a lot of awareness that goes there.
Last but least, one of the more powerful chakras is going to be what you can call your
root chakra. In this case we will use some Indian terminology and say the Kundalini chakra, and
that would be at the very base of your tail-bone. Some people believe its the tail-bone tip itself.
Its not. Its the tail-bone tip and maybe an inch from it, so its kind of like a sectional area. So
you dont have to be specific but you can kind of get a sense where it is, or you could say where

your buns kind of meet where the V goes down maybe about an inch down from there. And that
would be the area of that last chakra.
Now, the reasoning behind the Kundalini chakra, putting it simply, is that its believed in
this particular culture that its a snake, and they see the snake working its way up the spine and
moving up. We would go, Oh well, you know the snake sounds a little intimidating. Well in
some cultures, its considered evil, a representation of evil, but the culture that really looks at it
in this way, looks at it as being a very positive thing because it eats rats; rats carry disease and to
them its a life giving thing. So its looked at culturally very differently.
So, in this particular case were not really seeing it as a real snake. Its a symbolism
effect. Its as if to say it kind of has this way when energy is moving; it kind of slowly works its
way up your spine in your back and you can feel it as a heat. Now, I do not recommend that
people use my technique on that particular spot of focusing their training or their energy, because
many people who have limited training will get muscle spasms there. You can get so that it
tightens up the muscles so much from the electrical current that youre developing there, that the
muscles go into spasm, and can move some of the platelets out of position. You want to be very
careful or you can wake up with back aches, or you can even have shocks like volts electricity
move through you that are very uncomfortable.
I dont know if some people have experienced that or not at some point but it does
happen once in a while. That is where the energy sits and it rises up through the rest of the body.
And when it rises up, of course it activates all the other chakras because its passing through their
vicinity.
So as Ive said, a chakra point is kind of where all these nerves or rail-roads kind of begin
to crisscross. So the bigger ones are where a lot of these lines are crisscrossing and that would be
the main hub. I always say imagine railroad tracks and when they crisscross, its a minor one,
and when you get four or five crisscrossing, that would be a medium one. And then where you
have the hub like a big station where they all kind of pour it into you and they turn the tracks
slowly and they go out in the next direction, that would be a master point. Thats what these
chakra points are in your body. Those are the ones you want to work with.
So the next chakra were going to go up to is the groin chakra, and its a very powerful
chakra point because it creates life. Its the acceptor and giver of life you could say, on both male
and female, so therefore a lot of energy radiates there. A lot of desirable energy radiates there,

and a lot of flow can move in and out. And its the only one that the non-practitioner in the
beginning has ever focused their mind on. If you ever think about it and you know obviously you
had a lot of concentration down there in one way or the other.
So it has a lot of natural energy, more so than the others because theres been a lot of
thought given to that area. For all practical reasons, its not going to serve us to get us to where
we need to be, because that chakra really has a lot to do with this dimension. And were really
trying to work beyond this dimension; were trying to work on higher energies and refinements
in ourselves.
So the next chakra that is of interest to us is going to be your Chi area, the one thats just
below your belly button. In that particular area when you meditate on it, it draws from the other
two, upward. You dont have to start with your lower points to focus on them. You can always
start from the one just below your belly button and it tells the other ones, Work your energy up.
Bring that energy up. Its like a foundation energy. So we always start from our foundation.
Youll see this repeated in most things I teach. You need something to put your feet on, so that
you can lift something over your head. You cant be on water; thats not a very good foundation
if youre going to try to lift something over your head. When were going to support this energy
field, we want a lower energy supporting all of our higher energies moving through us, so we
concentrate on that particular point always first.
Moving on from there, were going to work up to our heart chakra. The heart chakra
really represents a lot of positive energy, a lot of happiness. This is where the concept of have
some heart comes from. It is the part of you that heals the psyche. It heals the emotional
wounds, and it releases the emotional pain in your life. It brings in what I call the flower of
blossoming. It keeps repeating over and over this expression of love and this expression of
happiness. So when you think about that chakra point, you should always back up with a simple
thought of happiness and pleasurable positive thoughts. And in so doing, it magnifies that
vibration through your energy field. Its almost like youre feeding it good vibrations and in
return it expands it like a flower and it gives you a thousand happy vibrations all over you.
So whenever you focus on that one, you want to smile almost to yourself, and when
youre meditating have a smile on your face because it invokes happiness. If at this very moment
you smile and Ill say, Smile, everybody here smile, put a big smile on your face. I want to see
big. How does it make you feel? It tells the sensory of your body to send that happy tingle

through you, it releases endorphins in your brain and go, Hey, we feel great. Lets have a
party! And thats what you want. You want to encourage that because thats a kind of
endorphin thats balancing all of your other emotions out. Its removing that aura of depressive
rubble-tubble, saying Lets get it out the door. Then youre going to fill that space up with
something worthwhile, and you can choose what you want to fill it with.
What youre going to fill it with is that happy energy, that positive thing. So when you
meditate the happier you can be, the more its going to amplify, and its like coding it into your
system. Its saying, Hey, you know what? Were going to feel a lot more positive energy in this
person. And then when youre done with your meditation, you go through life, everybodys
wondering Aah, aah, that persons really happy. Whats up with them? You know? You just
feel good. I often say people who have a lot of heart energy are the kind of people you just cant
dislike. Did you ever meet that person whos just so nice and has something about them? Its not
like they say really something nice or they do something nice. Its just that you just like them.
Its a vibration about them; they naturally have this heart energy. They naturally have this place
where they just emanate from. And they are used to feeding it and encouraging it and trying to
stimulate that happy vibration even if they have to do it artificially by making that fake smile.
But all of the sudden it becomes a real smile. Thats the key. It becomes a real feeling. You just
have to choose to invoke it. And so you invoke it to exercise it like a muscle; you want it to
become strong. And thats what youre going to do when you meditate on that heart chakra.
Now, working up from the heart chakra, were going to go to the throat chakra, which
represents health and well-being. A lot of your organs are in your neck. Maybe I shouldnt
necessarily say organs as much as I should say glands. These glands are chemical factories, that
have a huge effect on the biochemistry of your brain and your body, and how you feel, and what
makes you happy, what makes you sad, what makes you feel tense and frustrated. A lot of it has
to do with these glands in your throat area. And the signals in the vibration that are coming from
there, work for your health by telling everything else how it should get along: your organs, your
kidneys, your liver, your bladder. So when we focus on this, we focus on a sense of well-being, a
sense of health. We are really telling these glands in our body to start doing their job correctly, to
start refining this particular area of your body and to do something thats balancing. Okay.
Correct yourself. Youre producing too much who knows what in my body, or too little, or are
we going to increase production here. So, you dont have to say that to the body. It kind of

knows what it needs to do, but sometimes it gets a little groggy and when you focus on that
chakra, you give it a little bit of electricity. It kind of shocks it a little bit and it starts making
everything run correctly.
So I want you to think about something. When you think about a spot, by having pure
thought, giving it attention, it is like electricity having to travel there all of a sudden. So that you
can think about what it is to be in that spot. In a sense if you want to look at it just in a
physiological way, youre giving it electricity just by thinking about that spot. And the longer
you think about it the more youre stimulating electricity in that region.
Same goes for any other chakra. Theres a method to the madness. Moving on from there,
we go up to our mind chakra. The mind chakra is very mental. It is the reasoning of your mind.
The particular area you have to remember is the front of your skull area. Behind that is your
frontal lobe, and thats what separated us from animals. Its what advanced the human race
significantly beyond a lot of other animals. Or at least it was a big portion of that happening,
maybe not a hundred percent of it, but a good deal of it.
And whats behind that is what we call the pineal gland. And in there is the core, and
some people believe its the seat of the soul. Its like the car seat of a car. All the rest of the car,
all the other seats, the machinery, everything, is all machine, but whoever sits in the drivers seat
is the driver of this vessel. Well, who you are as an energy being, your middle pillar, which you
really are, resides amongst all the chaos in your mind and is believed to sit in that particular
region of the mind, or that region of the brain. And it operates from there. (30 minutes)
So when we meditate here, we give energy to that spot. We give electricity to that spot.
And again, its like taking an old dusty blanket or carpet on the floor and pulling it up and
shaking it out. All the dust made it look grey and you can barely see the patterns of this beautiful
carpet, but when you shake it out, all of the sudden you see the beautiful oranges and greens, and
violets, and blues, and it looks like peacock feathers. Well, thats whats happening inside of that
part of the mind when we never think to stimulate it with some kind of thought or electricity or
energy. So just by thinking about, its like shaking it up a little bit, like Wake up a little bit in
there! Come to life! So thats why we focus on that particular spot.
It is going to in some ways help you improve your reading ability, your mathematical
ability, your scholarly mental processing, and your memory. Somehow its connected to all that
and as you begin to stimulate it, it works its way out to other regions of the brain, enhancing

them for some reason. Particularly I believe by thinking about it, it builds new neurons, like new
fibers. Cells begin to grow, giving you more electrical discharges in your brain so that you can
calculate faster or think clearer. So by focusing on that area youre literally enhancing the
biological part of your body as much as the energy field of your body. So its really working
always on many different levels. Also, you can say that psychic abilities, telepathy, sensory, and
out of body experiences, are all empowered through the invocation or the ability to fire up the
recesses of your mind.
At some point well go into a class about all this, and it goes into how to develop all these
abilities and what to do and little techniques and its really all just very amazing. But in itself its
a full-on class, and well have to do that at another time. So moving on from your third eye
region, were going to move to the crown chakra, again going to that particular point. Now, the
crown chakra is very important. The reason why its very important is because in some Hindu
texts they always show this big purple or pink lotus flower over the head in their paintings. And
you wonder, Why is this flower over their head? Why is the stem of this flower going into their
head? And really it doesnt mean much to us when we try to make sense of it, so we just
assume, Well maybe its some kind of cultural thing for them. To explain it in modern
language, the way we can grasp in a sense that makes sense to us, is to just simply switch it for
you.
Imagine instead of a lotus flower over your head, a big satellite dish towards the
Universe, the sky. And instead of a root sticking into your head from the stem, were going to fix
it with a coaxial cable thats plugged into your brain and into that satellite dish. Now, what does
that tell you right away? It tells you that theres something coming from the heavens, from the
sky, from the Universe, some kind of hidden information that is beyond our normal sense of
hearing and sight, and smell, and taste, something that were trying to bring in. And what they
were saying in that culture was that it was representing the sunlight, and it represented the
Universal knowledge. That is what they are trying to say. Its the same thing; its just a different
perspective of looking at it.
So when you meditate simply on your crown chakra and youre just thinking about that,
its stimulating something in some other region of your brain that I suspect again goes down to
that pineal gland area of the center of the brain, but different regions. And its giving you some
kind of knowledge of who or what it is that you need to know. Youre saying, I need to be

enriched with some kind of deeper understanding." And when you open that up, youre opening
up to allow that to happen for you, for it to come in. It doesnt have to accept it or not accept it. It
means that youre opening this channel and saying, Im willing to listen. Im willing to
experience whatever it is youre trying to send me for information, from what I would say to be
God, or the universal consciousness.
Now that we have an understanding of these seven chakras in a very healthy basic
structure, we have to of course ask ourselves several different questions. When we think of Prana
and we think of chakra points, there is a connection there. There is a system that now unites the
Prana and the blue energy and the chakra points, which gets into the secret to meditation, which I
believe is the ideal way to do this.
Most schools of teaching meditation simply say, Well, think of a color on your chakra
point, or think of it as a sound of certain things. I think that is incorrect information. I think that
sometimes in the United States we have a tendency to create a candied up effect. We get
information and we twist it and we turn it, and we create our own pretty little concept of it. And
we lose the real texture of what it was supposed to mean, the real meaning behind it. At that
time, of course, they wanted you to have the best results, so why would they throw in all this
other stuff, such as crystals or other things?
To me it just makes better sense to explain it this way. When you meditate on a chakra,
the secret is to take your middle finger and your index finger to whichever hand you want to use
and simply place it on your heart chakra. While you have it now on your heart chakra, theres
only one thing you need to do, and that is to pay attention to your fingers touching that spot.
Now it may sound like a simple thing to do, but after you do it for ten minutes, believe me your
mind tends to wander. But the point is this: the longer that you can pay attention to your fingers
touching that spot, whats happening is that youre arcing this energy. What I mean by that is
this: the blue and red energy is everywhere. In order to get the blue energy, you almost have to
change your electrical current in your own body to attract it. Its like you change your frequency
a little bit. Its like a little trick of messing a little bit with your body frequency because youre so
out of tune. Were so far from being in tune spiritually that we have to work with our body to
kind of get what we need.
If you ever remember the old TVs that were black and white, they had rabbit ears long
before cable TV. What would happen is that youd get one or two or three stations that kind of

bled over on each other. Youd see somebody walking in the background; then youd see
something else in the other screens, so theyre all together. Then when you would go to move the
rabbit ears and when you approached to touch the antenna, what would happen? The TV would
get really clear, and you would let go of it and it would go really bad, and youd be like
Ahhhh. So you have to find ways to get it just the way you want it.
When you touch your chakra, when you think about what it feels like, thinking is
electricity telling you data, the data sending little bits of light through your nervous system back
and forth, back and forth, back and forth so quickly, so quickly as a speed of light that if you
could see it, it would look like a golden thread of electricity, just wavering there. And when that
happens, you change your electrical field and you now begin to blend everything thats a
mismatched frequency like all those channels. You get a solid channel, one specific channel and
the blue light of this energy, Prana, all of a sudden starts to move towards you. And its like little
bits of blue light, gentle light from all around the room begins to absorb into you. Like it starts to
fall, like rain into your body you could say, or moving like meteorites toward you. Little tiny
specks of blue are whatre going on. And thats how youre absorbing the fuel youre going to
need later in order to do things. You need to absorb Prana or energy into your body. And its so
fine that you cant really see it. You have to think of the principles at first before you can really
experience the true magnitude of what you are becoming.
That is the trick. The trick is to touch that particular area. When you touch, electrons are
stimulated. Electrons are energy, energy that is moving to your brain telling you what you are
feeling. What youre feeling is being reciprocated by saying, What am I feeling now? What am
I feeling now? What am I feeling now? And paying attention to it creates this electrical vortex.
When you remove your hand away the vortex collapses, and the channels become fuzzy again.
But do you lose what you collected? No. You get to keep what you collect. Its like a reservoir.
So as you meditate youre building stock, or youre building nourishment up in your
body that you will later dispense for what you want it to do. If your mind slips off of the touch
and you begin to have what is called the babbler, which in itself stops the threading. The
frequency is lost. Its like letting go of the rabbit ears when you start thinking, I have to do
laundry, or I have to see whos at the door, or I have to answer the phone, or I need to take care
of this, and you say, Oh, wait a minute, Im meditating. Be quiet. And then you refocus. As
soon as you focus, it means you becoming aware again of that spot, and so the threading begins

again, this electrical light inside of you that is part of your consciousness paying attention to that
one spot and again the blue light begins to move toward you. Are you following me? Okay.
Now, we obviously have seven chakras. When you do this on each chakra, you absorb
Prana but theres another little trick to this. So well call this Exhibit A. Imagine a little circle,
and in the center of the paper youre going to make a half dollar size circle. Now, on the outside
of that youre going to make a giant circle that kind of goes around that. Now, this is really your
chakra point. And then below that chakra point, youre going to make another circle and another,
so were going to have three. Because what youre going to learn in our meditations is that we do
not meditate on all seven chakra points. We only meditate on three, the three that we meditate
strictly on, and I use the word strictly because I know as a teacher, every student will assume I
miss something, and theyre going to have to dabble with some other chakra to see whats going
to happen. So feel free, and then when you realize how right I am, thank you, come back and get
back to getting some real work done because if I thought any other way was faster, I would be
showing it to you. Okay? This is the best way.
We meditate on the heart chakra, the Chi chakra just below your belly button, and the
mind chakra between your eyes, or you can say the third eye chakra. Those are the only three we
meditate on. The one we meditate on first is always the lower chakra, always where the Chi is,
just below the belly button. Thats the one we always start off with. When youre finished with
that, it doesnt matter if you go to the heart or to the mind. You can do whatever you want, but
you always want to pull this lower energy up into the other two chakra points. So you always
have to pull that lower powerful energy up to enhance the other areas. What you will find is, with
all the other chakra points below and above and in between, that different chakra points will
bleed their energy into the other two. So youre really still getting the benefits of the other two
without having to spend a lot of time focusing on that chakra.
Now remember, this system has many systems designed into it. So instead of only
gaining in one way, such as with chakra points, you might be losing in a lot of other skill areas.
You only have so much time in the day. I have people who call me up or talk to me, and theyre
doing a couple of hours a day meditating and theyre doing three or four different styles a day.
So if you could say, Here, you could shorten your time and walk away with what would be five
hours worth of work meditating, all in one 30-minute meditation, well, that sounds almost

impossible to them. When they do it, theyre absolutely blown away and of course they want to
know more.
So, again the energy of these chakra points will work its way into the other chakra points.
Dont worry about whether youre getting them or youre not getting them. Or what about the
sexual chakra point? Thats so powerful already, you dont even need to. Im sure if you have a
boyfriend or girlfriend or whatever your personal time is, youre already giving it more attention
than you need to, if you think about the system. Trust me, okay?
All of these things have been considered already, so what you need to do is just listen to
what Im saying and apply the method for as long as you want and you will reap the rewards.

Eric: When you meditate you attract from the outside, Prana. When it touches you, or your body
field of energy, when the blue light starts to move into you, its no longer just Prana, it gets a
program. Its as if its told, This is the kind of Prana youre going to be inside of me. And the
best way that I have found to describe this is to think of fossil fuel. What is fossil fuel? Its
gasoline. Its petroleum. Its diesel fuel. It goes on and on and on. But it all comes from one kind
of source, and that source then is manufactured or created to become something very specific
that can only be used in certain machinery or in certain ways, and other machines cant use it.
When you meditate on your heart chakra, the Prana that comes into you gets the
frequency that youve created. Remember I say, Be happy, smile! because its going to
enhance this. The energy is going to say, What is it that I need to become? What is it that I need
to be in you? So you give it a program and it fills you with that kind of energy. So it fills you
with this positive high beautiful energy. It radiates in you, and its saying, Okay, this is what
were going to be. If you meditate on your lower chakra, you bring in the Prana. That lower
chakra is going to give you more of a solid energy. Its going to make sure that your energy field
stays nice and tight and doesnt flutter around or that what we call psychic vampires cant drain
you of your personal energy, tiring you out. This, again, is another whole class in itself on how to
deal and cope with all of that.
So in either case, by meditating on your lower chakra, youre kind of teaching your
energy to stay in. Youre empowering your foundation and its more of a physical energy. And

this is why Martial Artists use it. Its the kind of energy youre going to use for physical strength,
physical endurance, or athletics. Its something we all need to feel psychologically good to get
through the day. Were getting physically tired too easily, so were getting sleepy or were not
feeling that we have enough get up and go. So we lack the encouragement to get up in the
morning to meditate or to meditate later on in the day. So if we meditate on that, we give our
body energy. It helps our mind to feel the encouragement to do the other meditations. So this is
why its an important spot.
The mind chakra, of course, is going to convert it into a psychic kind of energy, and in
either case its going to enhance all of your abilities so that you can to read better or faster, or all
those things. Not only are you stimulating that part of the brain, but in my opinion, youre giving
yourself fuel to do the things that go beyond just simple mental things, such as reading and
writing and that kind of thing. What its going to do is to enhance also your ability to feel what
other people are feeling, or to psychically know something before it happens, or to have deja vu
when people wake up in the middle of the night and they know something has happened to a
loved one. Its that part of the brain thats been stimulated; its like a muscle twitching in the
arm. Its like a freak event for a second. What youre doing is stimulating that area and giving it
a lot of fuel, so all of a sudden youre beginning to feel all these paranormal abilities that you
werent aware of before. Your sensory is increasing.
Therefore, when you meditate on the mind chakra, you better be prepared because this is
something that can come from that. So, its simply going to enhance it, but in most cases, unless
you are following a formula of training for that area, you dont have to worry about feeling or
seeing things you dont want to see. Do you see what Im saying? Its simply just going to be a
good energy inside of you and theres no such thing as bad Prana.
What will happen is, if you not using it for what I would call paranormal abilities, its
simply going to enhance your mind. Its going enhance all the electrons in your brain to create a
better performing mind, better performing brain. So dont feel that, if your goal is not to develop
spiritually or psychic abilities, thats going to be forced on you. By the same token, if its
something you want to do, you can enhance it to go in that direction greatly if you choose to go
there and you take on the proper sources of knowledge to learn how to do that. So those are your
three chakras. The point is, when Prana comes into you, it is converted into a specific kind of

energy according to which particular chakra point youre touching. It changes the frequency as it
moves into you to have a specific goal, job or orientation.
Now that Ive said that, and weve covered energy, and weve covered those points, we
want to kind of take a little step now outside of your normal form of meditation and move into
another concept. When you meditate, there are different kinds of meditation in life. You can
walk and go into a certain state of mind as we discussed before. You can sit at a beach and listen
to the rolling of water. Its a meditation. Okay? You can sit in a park and find a certain centering.
Those are meditations; those are all good.
What you have to pay attention to is certain things that make sense and certain things that
dont make sense. Youll find that the worse enemy you have is what we call the babbler. And
youre going to be meditating, youre going to be focusing on a spot, and youre going to be
doing really well. And all of the sudden youre going to start thinking about, I have to do this, I
have to do that, bla-bla-bla, and youre going to get upset. Youre going to be Okay, wait a
minute, quiet! Im meditating. This is meditation time. And youre going to be quiet. Youre
going to be focusing and youre going to be harnessing this energy. Youre going to learn to have
a quiet mind and your body is going to relax and be still. Youre going to be absorbing energy,
doing everything you need to do, and all of the sudden youre going to start talking again. Youre
going to get very upset; youre going to think, Im meditating. Why am I thinking so much?
The first thing I want to say is, Dont be angry. Dont be upset at yourself because
youre babbling and youre talking. Something inside of you is saying, Hey, were babbling
and we really want to be focused. Do you punish this person who brings this information or this
is part of you? Do you punish that which brings this to your attention? No. Should you not be
encouraging it and saying, You know what? Im glad you brought it to my attention, kind of
without having to say that. Why give it a thought? Why feel the frustration of, Oh this is really
frustrating me? You dont want to feed the babbler, because in a way thats feeding and
empowering the babbler. Youre training yourself to react a certain way.
What youd rather do is just simply an Ahhh and then be silent again. And in some way
know that its a good thing thats happening, that something inside of you is recognizing that
youre trying to achieve something wondrous. Okay? And thats how you have to look at it.
Thats how you have to treat yourself, and eventually youre going to find that the babbler over

time gets quieter and quieter and quieter and stops and it will take up less and less time, from
what youre trying to achieve or where your mind is.
So, thats something that you want to keep in mind: that you will always have the
babbler. Some of the best people who meditate and meditate for years, still have trouble with the
babbler. So always remember one thing: youre always gaining footage, youre always gaining
Prana. So theres no such thing as a bad meditation. If you can for one second just think about
that spot and try to keep your mind clear, you probably have already gotten more energy than
most people will ever get who dont understand these principles. Do you understand?
Now, if we take this all into consideration, as you meditate under this system, as you
build energy, the first thing youre learning is to control and relax yourself. So, one of the first
things that you want to do when you meditate is to take a set series of steps. The first thing
youre going to do is to choose whether youre going to sit on the floor in a half lotus or if youre
going to sit in an arm chair or a chair of some type, and were going to cover that now. A half
lotus is not a full lotus where both of your heels of your feet are brought up on top of your thighs.
In a half lotus, one leg is pulled underneath, Indian leg style, and the other one is lifted on top of
it to a position that feels comfortable. You want to try to sit with a straight posture. When you
slouch, the belief is that the energy isn't moving up and down your spine, because thats really
where the energys moving in your body. Okay?
For those of us who have terrible posture, which is largely myself, you can relax your
shoulders. Theres no need to keep them so upright. Relax them. Relax your chest. No one said
when you have a straight back that you have to keep everything so firm and tight; no one's
saying that it has to be a perfectly straight back. Its okay to have your posture a little bit relaxed.
And as you meditate its probably not going to be so perfect. Dont worry about it.
The number one thing that you have to be largely concerned about is paying attention to
touching your chakra point. Are you aware of that still or have you gotten so involved in how
your bodys sitting, if youre bending, if youre leaning, if youre tilting, that you have lost your
sense of where the sensory of your chakra point is, the main mission? So in either case thats
something you want to keep in mind.
Now, the next thing is your hands. If you take your hands and you just kind of drop them,
you want to have one hand down resting on your feet below your belly area, and then the other
one is going to lay on top of that hand. Then youre going to take your two thumbs so that they

are just touching each other, just on the tips. And that is a proper way of resting your hands for
your energy.
Now naturally this may sound like a contradiction because youre saying, Well, how am
I going to touch my chakra point if my hands are sitting down in this position? Eventually
youre going to grow out of having to touch your chakra points. Youre just going to think about
it and its going to feel like - the only way I can say is - almost like there is seed there, or theres
a pressure. Youll be able to concentrate your mind so well that you will no longer need to touch
it. How long will that take? That can take anywhere from three months, to six months, to a year.
So there it is - its different for everybody and some chakra points maybe easier for you to focus
on than others. And no one is saying that you just cant reach out and touch it while youre
focusing with your eyes closed, and then put your hand back down. Just keep your mind on the
spot. It doesnt matter what your body is doing, okay? These are just enhancements, but it
doesnt mean its going to prevent you from achieving a good meditation by moving your body
around a little bit.
So, one of the things that you want to note is the position that your hands are in, and your
feet and the position that theyre in. Your energy is cycling around your stomach and chest area
down to the palms of your hands and back up to about your heart chakra and down again.
Theres a certain kind of warmth in this region. Thats energy thats being told to stay there, by
your hands in that position. So as youre meditating youre gathering energy and its pooling it
into your body. Do you follow me?
Now a little example which for some people is very difficult to feel: what we get into is
subtle energy, okay? Its where you kind of feel something but youre not exactly sure. It takes
some mental effort to be aware of it, so it takes practice. It doesnt mean youre going to feel this
way right away, so dont be upset if you dont.
But if you take your hands and you kind of sit there like this, you may not be able to feel
that heat so much, because youre not aware of it. One of the things you do is just take your
hands and throw them out onto your knee caps. Pay attention to that same area, and youll feel
almost like coolness move in there, as if the energy now has just moved into a different position,
and its no longer kind of swelling in that area or gathering. If you put your hands back into the
position, palm into hand, youll notice in a few seconds that warmth begins to build up in that
region very gently. And again, women tend to feel it a little bit faster than men in some cases

because I think therere a little bit more sensitive in that way than men. Men have different
advantages.
So again open your hands up. Pay attention to how it feels. Take a breath also and youll
also feel that shift because breathing is very connected to energy, as were going to discover in a
few seconds. Bring your hands back together and you will again feel that swelling. Being aware
of these little things will help you in the end. Its what gathers your mental strength to move your
mind into higher regions. If it makes sense to you or you can feel something, or if its something
you can reciprocate, and you can say, Ahhh. I can work with this because its something I can
understand in a physical way. If you have that awareness as youre doing something spiritual at
the same time, its more encouraging.
Now, we can rest our hands and rest our arms. In fact, why doesnt everybody take their
feet out of that position and just put one out? Now, suppose you were meditating and you needed
to stretch your leg out because sometimes your leg is saying, Forget the babbler. Im ready to
fall off here, gimme, gimme, do something with this. Its shouting at you, and youre going,
Oh, but the teacher is with me, and I cant show this. Forget it! What is the most important
thing? The touch, stay focused on your chakra point. Feel that chakra point. You dont ever want
to get your mind off of it. If a dragon were in the neighborhood and you were trying to wrestle it
down, you want to hang on to it! You dont want to let go because, if its flying through the air,
you dont want to fall off. You have to hang on to that sucker. Okay? You dont want to let go of
your chakra point and where your mind is. So very easily you automate the body with your eyes
shut, hands in position. You take the leg that you need to stretch out and you put it out. And you
stay focused. And then you take the other leg if that needs stretching and you put it out.
Now the hands usually arent too demanding because we work them all the time so you
dont need to think about what youre doing. This gets back into the first class that we taught
about what to do. Do you need to think about everything you do or can you think without
thought? If your legs are bothering you, dont think of them bothering you; dont think about
what youre going to do with them or what other people are going to think. Thats not going to
help you with your energy. All that matters is to throw them out. Get into a position that feels
comfortable but stay on top of the focusing on the spot; try to keep non-thought.
Then, once your legs have stretched out and they feel good enough, you dont just want
to stay in that position, you want to bring them back into position and continue with your

meditation. Now if you have to do this ten times in your meditation, then do it ten times. The
only way that I would be upset with a student is if you were thinking to yourself, I dont know
if I should pull my foot out right now. I dont want everybody to look at me or hear me moving
my leg around. Nonsense! If theyre doing their job, they dont care what youre doing; theyre
staying focused also.
The bottom line is this. Again, the reason why youre in half lotus position is because its
a very good way of maintaining your energy field. Its a good way to pool the energy that we are
talking about. Its a greater advantage than a lesser advantage. When you meditate, you will
harness more energy faster in this position than you would if you stretch out your legs. Then
youll lose 25 to 50 percent of that Prana youre harnessing. So we want to stay in this position.
If you take your legs from the half lotus and simply move them into an Indian leg style, Im
going to point something out to you. Youll find that the support of your body feels very
different now. Its almost not as supportive. So remember were always talking about the spine
here, energy moving up and down it. So those of us who have bad posture dont even want to try
to do Indian leg style, because its not helping us. If you go back into lifting your foot into a half
lotus you will find that all of the sudden you have this extra support. Now the only problem with
it is because its in a way unnatural for you; youre not used to it. The muscles are going to get a
little sore and theyll get a little achy. Well, the more you do something it gets to the point where
your body just accepts it.
Now I know people that have taken two years to get used to it. I know people who adapt
in two hours. Everybody is different. So one of the things you can do is to take your two feet out
and bring the heels together so theyre about a foot away from your body. You can choose the
length to what feels comfortable. Never ever, ever do something that hurts. Move into a position
then that feels comfortable.
What youre going to do is take your hands, put them on your knee caps and youre just
gone lift them up and down like bird wings. Most people will feel a certain pressure more or less
in their inner thighs and thats actually a tendon. Its a very tight elastic band almost. As you
begin to work it, it actually becomes flexible and its healthier than if its tight. So what will
happen is, if you do this every so often or while youre sitting or even while youre meditating,
you might want to just let your legs lie in that position. Sometimes even resting your hand for
some people can feel pretty tight there. If you want to tighten them up even more, you pull those

inner legs and your feet in toward your groin more so, up to a certain point. Again, dont hurt
yourself. You just want to bring it to a certain point where you can say, Ok. I can just barely
tolerate that. And then again put your hands in the same position and keep working it.
Eventually youre going to loosen those areas up, so when you go to sit in a half lotus,
youll find that now its almost more relaxing all of a sudden. Its almost as if it feels more
comfortable because youre stretching it. So before you start your meditation that may be
something that you want to do; if not, you dont have to do it. Again, were going to cover also
meditating in a chair compared to sitting on a floor, because meditating in a half lotus is not
exactly ideal for most people. So you have to have some options, and we certainly want to put
those out there. The full lotus can be very good for some people and its not that we say dont
use it. What we say is we try to find a practical method thats not excessive.
Again, were using a system that uses the best universal system to gain the most
advantage in meditation. If people are struggling now to do a full lotus (which I even have
difficulty with, because my bodys just not that easily designed), what happens is that its such a
distraction mentally for some people that they just give up their meditation. I do not see an
advantage to do a full lotus that Im not getting from a half lotus, which is easier to do. I do not
see that theres any percentage of more Prana being gained because theres better support for the
back in a full lotus than a half lotus. So for me, I just assume this is fastest way for us to cover
this. We going to do a half lotus, Ill show you why and not concern myself with explaining why
not to do a full lotus. Not that I mind the question. Okay? So you know this is the answer. Its
because most people have trouble with it and its difficult enough to do a half lotus. So what Im
saying is to meet me half way, and by meeting me half way I assure you, youre going to have
fantastic results. And again, its not so much that it harnesses the energy, but that it helps you
support the back and spine area. It keeps it a little bit straighter, a little bit firmer. If you switch
your legs to an Indian leg style, youll feel you dont quite have that back support so much. If
you switch into a half lotus, it seems like it firms it up a little bit, and sitting in a chair really isnt
that different either. Its a matter of preference.
My meditations are just so out there now that its sometimes hard for me to relate to
where other people are. Sometimes Ill sit in a half lotus two hours talking to people and I see
these expressions on their face, and theyre trying to make me happy sitting in this half lotus
trying to keep up with me. Ive forgotten how uncomfortable it can be. So Im trying to tell

people I understand. Dont feel that you have to appease me and sit in this position. It takes
practice. You do a little bit each day, and youll be able to do it longer and longer until
eventually like me you dont think about it. I was a wreck when I first started. I mean I had one
leg that I couldnt get to go down - it was like a foot off the air - and I thought, My God, I look
like a fool, I cant do this. And so I learned that stretch from a friend, and in a matter of days I
said, Wow, this is a great difference! So any obstacle you have, you can overcome. Dont rush
yourself, dont hurt yourself. Thats the bottom line. If you hurt yourself and think, Oh, I dont
care. I just want to do it, then that pain is going to distract you from achieving your best
meditations. So it defeats the goal. Youre not winning. Youre losing now.
So you can switch. I would say that if you can get used to sitting in a half lotus for some
reason its a little bit more preferential. But the thing is when I think about it, I find it hard to
separate the two because I would say 50% of my best meditations in my first two years were
actually done in a chair. So its a matter of preference. Again, what is the most important thing?
The touch; stay focused on the touch. So it doesnt matter about anything else. Other people will
say, Well, you know, you should sit on the floor but not having anything supporting your back.
Well I think thats foolish, because the beginners back is not used to it, to supporting its weight,
so it becomes very tired, and becomes a very strong babbler, complaining, rather than the passive
babbler thats already a big enough problem. So what is the answer? Common sense; lean up
against a wall. Lean up against the couch on the floor. Find something to support your back.
Eventually youre going to build those muscles whether youre using something or not. In
some schools of thinking, you will see even the best meditators with sheets tied up. Well youd
be surprised how much that actually supports their backs. So theyre not saying youre less
respectable as a meditator by doing this. Youre actually in a sense more respected because
youre after the achievement, not after how much you can just discipline yourself.
Now, of course you may want to get to the point where you can sit on the floor and not
have anything to lean up against, or do anything. Thats all great; I commend all that. But you
know what? My system is so good, it doesnt really matter that much. Do you follow me? It
doesnt matter that you cant lean up against something. You can. You can sit in a chair. The
heart of what youre after is absorbing Prana; absorb enough Prana and its going to change and
uplift your life. Its going to be profound.

How fast does it take you to get there? If one person is driving 60 miles per hour and the
other one is doing 80 miles per hour, and you got an eighty mile distance to go, how much longer
is it going to take the person to get there thats doing sixty versus the one thats doing eighty?
Twenty minutes? Thats not significant enough for me to cause pain to my body or extreme
discomfort. Im happy dealing with wherever it is that Im going; Ill get there as I need to get
there. The point is that if you practice a method such as this each and every day, eventually
youre going to get there. Thats what matters, because its a lot faster than anybody else whos
doing nothing. So you might as well be doing light speed if the other person is not even doing
anything at all. What difference does it make? Its really you and how much you want to attempt
to achieve your goal.
A chair: You want to prefer to have a chair where your back is kind of supported and you
dont want a chair thats reclining back. You dont want to be in a recliner. God, I would like to
meditate like that, but it isn't going to help you. You want to sit with something that has your
back straight. You want to have your feet flat on the floor with your heels touching the floor, and
you do not ever want to cross your feet. In fact, you dont even want them to touch. They could
be an inch apart or five inches apart, but you dont want them terribly far apart, so no more than
a foot apart. Your hands can rest in the same kind of position on your lap, thats perfectly okay.
Now, a lot of people always see these pictures of people with their hands out on their
knee caps and touching one finger with their thumb. Forget that. Go back to what Im saying,
either touching your chakra point or resting where its collecting the energy.
Sitting in a chair simply is the same thing. Focus on the same things that youve learned.
Its no different than sitting on the floor, but youll probably have more success if you find that
physically sitting on the floor is too demanding. In the long run you might want to exercise a
little bit in your life so that eventually you can work to sit in a sitting position on the floor a little
bit more often. Its probably more traditional and custom because of where meditations origins
were, and thats why theres this sense of needing to sit on the floor. I dont really think that
there is a major difference if you sit in the chair. What is important is that you never lie down
and meditate.
And its very simple; its just common sense. If you lie down and youre stretched out on
the floor, what is it youre really telling yourself? Youre telling yourself to go to sleep; its in
that mode, and its kind of an indirect way of suggesting something. So here you are trying to

relax and go into this deep state of mind and have non-thought, and youre lying on the floor.
Well, your first instinct is going to be that youre starting to fall asleep, roll over and, you know,
snuggle into your arm and youre out. You dont want to stand up necessarily and meditate
because youre telling yourself what? Be awake. Be alert. Be conscious. So the idea is to be in a
sitting position with your back semi straight because it tells you relax and almost go into the
sleeping state of mind, but its forcing you in a sense to almost be standing, yet half way in
between, and telling you to be a little bit conscious and alert. Its a different kind of
consciousness that takes place. Youre meeting the third road. Youre meeting that third point,
which is the ideal place for you to experience what it is you need to experience.
All right, lets talk about the basics and I think well almost be ready, so were closing in
here. Your field of energy when your legs are brought into a half lotus is kind of all within a
centered area. Do you see what Im saying? Its like its brought close to your body. When you
are sitting in a chair your legs are extended several feet from you. And when youre crossing
your legs, the energy almost is like taking two wires and twisting them. Do you see what Im
saying? So youre making a larger area where your energy is going to start together. With your
legs crossed, you hold your energy close to your body. While sitting in a chair your energy now
is going to its lowest to the floor where your feet are crossing so it stretches it and instead of
condensing it and kind of collecting it in this reservoir area where you want it - in the main part
or area of your body. Its now being thinned out and youre not feeling the impact as quickly,
because a bigger pot takes longer to fill with water than a smaller pot. So in some ways by
holding that energy in, its a faster way to get it to reach a pitch or a tone that you want.
Remember, were not thinking in terms of quantity necessarily; these are analogies to help you
understand something very complex.
So, having said this, we have to look at some very practical things. The first thing you do
is either sit in a chair or on the floor. You want to choose a place thats quiet but also a place that
you dont necessarily frequent very often. When you meditate, you dont want to be in a place
where youre going to be disturbed or a place that you do a lot of your thinking or activities in.
You want to almost pick an obscure spot of the environment youre in because it doesnt hold
certain recognition in your mind as much as other places. Does that make sense?
So instead of meditating in your living room, which would be the first thing you might
think of, you might want to meditate on the kitchen floor by the wall, or you might want to

meditate in a bedroom. You want to select different kinds of situations, but the point is you do
want to meditate often in the spot that you choose.

Disk 4 Track 1 - Welcome to the Higher Balance audio training session Foundation 4 of 4.

Eric: Continuing with meditation. Choosing a spot is important. A spot is chosen by what feels
right. Its not that Ive got to sit there because its the best spot where I wont be disturbed.
Sometimes I just feel I need to sit in that spot.
Have you ever been home alone and all of a sudden get this really strange feeling to lay
down somewhere on the floor or sit in a very obscure spot? Nobody talks about it, but we go
through some weird things. Its the sense that I will feel better if I sit in this spot or lay on the
floor, rather than on my couch or my chair. It sounds bizarre but thats a sense.
Its the same thing when you choose your spot to meditate. Its the spot that feels right to
you. Its energy. We are energy beings. Theres energy everywhere. We will have a class on that
particular topic. Its a mind blowing class because you will realize how much energy affects you
in your everyday life. Every place has a certain kind of feel or energy. So you find your spot, you
meditate in it, you draw in Prana, and your energy field grows. What is happening with that
energy? Its like the floor is a sponge. The floor is absorbing the good frequency that youre
working on.
When you get up and leave that spot, its radiating the vibration you had there because it
absorbs like a sponge. It doesnt have a mind of its own; its open to whatever happens to it.
When you frequent that spot, whats happening? Youre strengthening the vibration
there. Whats even more interesting in a very bizarre way is when you sit there its going to
slingshot you faster to that familiar place so that you can continue working from there. Do you
follow me?
If you go to a spot thats not familiar youre probably going to do well because youre
well trained; youve got your energy working. But for some reason the spot thats holding your
energy has a sense of, Lets get back to where you were; here it is. Heres the map of how far
weve explored. This is your spot. This is your power place. This is where youre going to be
most powerful when you need to gather your strength. So of course, youll want to sit there.

Now, its not to say that you cant meditate out in nature, under a tree, over a friends
house, or in a cabin while youre on vacation. Thats all good. What are you going to do? Youre
going to look for what? The spot where youre choosing to meditate. If its at a park youre
going to take a panoramic view and find the quietest place. Then youre going to zone in on your
spot. Thats fine. Different spots can offer you different things as youll discover.
Sitting under an old tree is a profound experience when you clear your mind. Theres a
different language between you and the tree when you approach it without thinking like a human
being or with conditions of how you expect it to communicate. Theres a vibration from that tree
that works with you. It gives you wisdom. It gives you its wisdom and you receive it because
youre not putting any conditions on it.
I often say, when most people pray to God they are talking at God. When you meditate
youre listening to God. When you meditate under an old tree youre saying: If youve got
something to say (if there is intelligence behind this tree) Im willing to receive it now. Im
clearing my mind. Let me feel what you need me to feel or know what youre trying to explain.
If youre very calm, peaceful, and receptive its going to share something with you.
Whether you see it being constructed in terms in your mind or simply that you know something
has changed about you. Thats all that matters.
If you go to a beach house youre going to find the best spot for you. Naturally, you dont
want to go out to the beach in midday sun because youre going to have the heat and the sunlight
burning you. Again, choose wisely. Not just to what feels good but also what is environmentally
friendly to you. You dont want to meditate near water necessarily because the mosquitoes are
going to chew you up. What happens if you get so distant from your body that when you bring
yourself out of that stage youve got bites all over you? You want to be conscientious and find
environmentally safe places.
I assure you, youre not going to be so out of your conscious body that you will not feel
danger. If an insect bites you, youre going to swat while youre meditating. Youre going to
know to do that or know that this is not a comfortable position right now. Your babbler, I assure
you, is going to say, Were being bitten! and youre going to listen and think, All right, this is
the one time that were going to listen. But if youre faking it, youre in big trouble!
Which brings up another thought, there will be times when youre meditating and youll
think, Why do I feel so itchy all of a sudden? This is nonsense! Again, its the babbler

distracting you. You might have all sorts of itches that make no sense. If you ignore it, theyll
fade away. But if you react to it, it will get worse and worse because it knows that its a way to
distract you. Thats something to keep in mind.
You find your spot, you sit in your spot, you work in your spot, and its the place that you
do your work from. Its your power place. Its your main spot at home. Then you may find a
place in the forest. You may find a place at other friends houses.
The next topic is meditating with friends or other people. I find that the best meditations I
have are alone. I prefer not to meditate with other people. Now that may sound horrible but
people are at varying octaves and their energy is evolving in different places. When youre
meditating with somebody else there tends to be a linking effect. You may begin to feel the
energy places of the other people. In some ways they dont allow you to go to where you need to
go. I often say, my students are riding on my coattails. Im dragging them along. Of course,
theyre very eager to hop on. I dont mind. Sometimes I take everybody for a ride as some of you
know. Im willing to bring you out there, bring you in between, or to higher states of
consciousness from time to time. The point is that youll do your best work by yourself. Its not
to say that you shouldnt ever meditate with other people. Ill tell you why.
When you meditate with other people much like the tree, whats going to happen? Youre
going to gain knowledge from them. Its like a ringing wine glass. You know when youve hit
the right pitch as your finger is going around the circle of the wine glass. Its the same thing.
When you meditate with groups of people you want to make sure they are friends, people that
you feel comfortable with. You never want to meditate with somebody you dont feel
comfortable with. If somebody does not belong, they just dont belong. Its not to say you cant
be supportive of other people, but youve got to trust your feelings.
When you find the right group of people to meditate with and you have meditations with
the right harmony, it eventually becomes like a wine glass ring. Youre going to benefit each
other. Its going to become, instead of individual meditations, one group meditation. Where that
meditation goes can be profound. What it shows you can be profound.
Usually the best meditators in the group will end up leading the pack. When people are
good at meditating, theres no coattail riding. Everybody is doing their own work. Theyre just
following this energy path. And it can be a very amazing thing.

Its a matter of preference that one may experience from time to time. I will say this. The
more you learn meditating, from me or however you acquire this knowledge, its your duty to
help other people somehow, someday, someway with it. You cant always say, I dont want to
meditate with anybody else because its all about what Im getting out of it. At some point, you
will have to take somebody on your coattails and show them the way.
You must remember that what you take or get from the Universe you need to give to
others or from yourself. The Universe will refill that more abundantly. Thats always been my
experience.
Were going to move on to practical technique. First you find your spot. Once youre in
your spot youre going to sit and become aware. Youre going to start thinking about your body.
Youre going to think about how your feet feel pressing against the floor. How your butt area
feels sitting in the chair or on the floor. Youre going to become aware of how your shirt feels on
your chest. How your hair feels lying on the sides of your head. How your lips feel, their tension
or dryness. Youre going to make yourself think about how your body feels. How do your hands
feel touching themselves lying in your lap? How does your back feel pressing against whatever it
might be touching?
Youre going to take about two to three minutes thinking about that. The more that you
think about how your body feels the more that youre going to realize that its not you. Its the
same way that you can reach out and touch a table and say, Thats not part of me; I recognize
that. You can reach out and touch the carpet and say, This is something outside of me.
Everybody assumes that their body is them.
When you start to think about your body its like touching all these things saying, This
is a muscle, this is an organ, this is tissue, and this is a shirt. Its a way of separating your mind
from where you are. Its allows you to find your spirit center, your consciousness. As you think
about your body, acknowledge it, feel how your ears feel, feel how your cheeks weigh on your
face, go into that place for about two or three minutes. It begins to relax you. You begin to go
into a certain place.
After youve done that for two or three minutes, theres no specific amount of time,
youll know when its time to move on. Focus on the tip of your nose. Then the region just below
your nose or nostril area and feel the air moving in. Then breathe out of your nose. Some people

say not to. I dont think theres any problem with that, you can breathe out of your nose. Again
feel the air moving in.
What you dont want to do, and dont worry if you do because sometimes when I say,
Dont do this. people say, Im thinking and I cant stop it now. Dont worry about it. You
dont want to follow the air going through your nose, down your throat, into your chest and
coming back out. Dont follow it. Just concentrate on that simple pattern of in and out, in and
out. It doesnt matter how far up your nose or how little of your nose. Simply keep your mind in
that vicinity, thats all that matters. Youll develop your own knack for it after a while.
Youre going to do that for about another two minutes. Gently breathe in, breathe out,
breathe in, and breathe out. Nice and slow, not too fast, not too slow. After youve breathed in
this pattern for a few minutes youre going to visualize Prana. Youre going to imagine Prana as
blue, white, or silver light, whatever you want. Because you think of it as a positive energy,
thats all it will be. Youre breathing Prana into you. You know its filling you up. Its filling
some other part of you with this white light, this energy. That energy is going to magnify out of
your entire body like an illumination. Like a light bulb, all of a sudden every pore of your skin is
going to radiate. This light will be coming out of you as if its cleansing you. What youre saying
is, Im willing at this point to be calm and still. I acknowledge that this flesh is not who I am. I
can sense it. I can feel that this flesh is not me; its separate. I am now moving into a relaxed
state of mind, breathing in the Prana and out, breathing in the Prana and out. And youre just
going to follow that pattern of breathing it in, breathing it out.
After youve done this for two or three minutes you will simply know to move on. You
dont have to say, Okay, we have to move on to step three. Thats back to the brain thinking or
the babbler. Youre just going to know to move on. Take your hand and move it to just below
your belly button. Youre going to your lower chakra point and youre going to hold it there.
Youre going to keep your eyes shut for all of this. Some people teach keep your eyes
open and look at something. I find that people see things and get distracted. It gives the babbler
more to work with. Suddenly you see the book in the corner that youve been looking for three
months or the watch youve wanted for the last year under the TV. Bottom line is that you want
to avoid excuses for the babbler.
Close your eyes, relax, feel your body, and then breathe your breathing system. Tell your
breathing system, Keep working nice and slow. I dont have to think about you anymore. I

dont have to pay attention to you because youre going to be automated. Ive taught you how to
ride the bike now youre going to keep pedaling and youre fine. Let it do its thing. You dont
have to give it any more attention. Move your consciousness or attention to the lower chakra and
feel it. Simply feel it and just be. No thought, just calm, relaxed, and at one with yourself. Youre
going to experience what it is to feel that.
Dont worry about getting bored. Youll find that its amazing. Because youre collecting
Prana; its coming into your body. You may allow a visualization, knowing, or awareness of this
energy moving inside of you. When youre relaxed enough youre going to release yourself from
this physical vibration. Once youve learned to let your mind become clear enough to the point
where youre so bored youve forgotten what it is to be bored, not thinking anything, your energy
is going to shift. And all of a sudden youre going to find that youre not in the place that you
were before.
After youve meditated for what I recommend, about 10 minutes per chakra point, it
comes out to a 30 minute meditation. If you prefer start with five minutes or three, whatever you
feel ready to do. The longer the meditation the more Prana you will collect. A good healthy
meditation is 30 minutes. Meditate 10 minutes on your lower chakra then choose either your
heart chakra or mind chakra. Move to that chakra and focus for another 10 minutes. Again, relax,
stay focused on that point, and feel some kind of sensation. You want to stay aware of that
particular spot in your mind. Focusing on that specific chakra changes the frequency of the Prana
coming into you. Its filling you. Its working in you. Now switch either to your heart chakra or
mind chakra, whichever you havent worked with yet.
As you focus on your heart chakra, smile. Smile a big smile with horse style teeth. Feel
that joy. Feel it. You dont have to give it a name. Experience what it is to feel that joy in you.
Feel it explode; filling you with little tingles of joy throughout your body. Feel the joy of how
much you are one with the Universe. Feel how lucky you are to have this person teaching you at
this moment. Feel the wonder of your life unfolding as this wonderful opportunity is happening.
Just to have that intent of understanding is all you need. Let it fill you. Let it fill you.
Now, youre going to bring your hands back down to normal position. Hopefully youre
not sitting in front of something that you could hit. Take a deep breath, bow down to the floor
and think, With this breath like a wave rolling itself onto the shore, Im releasing myself to the
Universe.

You breathe out. Its as if youve been entirely exposed to the universe. When you
breathe in you believe the universe is going to fill you; rebuilding you better than you were
before. Its going to perfect you to a higher level as you breathe in. Or to say Namaste, I bow to
the God within you or the perfection within you. Youre bowing to God saying, I acknowledge
and respect You as a higher consciousness.
When youre done simply relax. Move your feet out of the position. Youre not going to
talk if youre with other people. You dont want to be disturbed. This is your now time. After
meditation several things are going to happen.
The first few minutes youre going to feel very, very calm. You want to think about that.
You want to think, How does it feel to be this calm? I havent felt this calm in a long time. Its
not like a sleeping calm, or wake up calm, similar but different.
The second thing youre going to do is look around the room. Youll notice after a 30
minute meditation everything becomes a little brighter, as if there is just a little bit more light
coming from somewhere. Youll notice that everything seems a little clearer or brighter. Its like
having a new shirt or old shirt. Every time you wash the shirt it doesnt seem quite as new, it
looks new but its lost a little bit of its brilliance.
When you look around, everything has that new brilliance to it, the chair, the couch, the
carpeting, everything around you. Its a subtle difference. Its not a huge distinct difference, but
in a way it is. Its as if some part of you is seeing from a different perspective. You want to enjoy
that, especially if you take a walk after you meditate and look at the trees and the grass. Grass
thats been mowed, you look at it and you think, Ah, its so wonderful! Youve never thought
about it before. You look around and you smell. You can smell deeper than you could before.
Theres a bouquet of flowers and scents that are more pleasant than what you remember. Most
people are so asleep they forget to experience life. Theyre just automated machines. When you
come out of a meditation youre attuned a little bit.
If you allow yourself, you can begin to experience life the way you did when you were a
child. Every scent has a very particular feeling. Every sound has a certain joy within your spirit.
Everything has the feeling of being new. Youve forgotten this as youve grown older. You need
to find this again. Whats going to help you find your inner spirit, peace or growth is in
acknowledging this. Thats what we call awareness.

One thing that is quite automated about the human body is our breathing process. We do
it almost unconsciously. Breath is very important. Its critically important for many reasons. On
a philosophical basis, breath is the first thing you do when you come into the world and its the
last thing youre going to do when you leave. Its going to be your breath.
Having said that, when you start to get excited or upset people will say, Breathe into the
paper bag. Calm down. Breathe slowly. Theres a truth to it. Your psyche, your mind seems to
be very connected to your breathing pattern. If youre breathing quickly youll find that your
mind is racing and the babbler is freer to throw stuff at you.
If you conscientiously make an effort to slow your breathing, in taking control of it youll
find that your mind gets really quiet. The babbler steps away from distracting you. It allows you
to have clarity. So your breathing has a huge effect. And its one of the things that you can take
control of. There are some things you can take control of, some things you cant. Breathing is
normally automated. You dont think about it. Youre just breathing. If you get excited you
wont pay attention to how fast youre breathing. But if you became aware youd think, Wow,
look at that. Im breathing all over the place.
If I decide, Im going to think about my breathing. Im going to choose to slow it down.
Im going to take my time with it. That in effect, is going to make a huge difference. When you
meditate you think about your breathing, you set a certain pace. By doing this youre preparing
yourself to go into higher states of mind and to allow Prana to move into you.
Prana is God. God is a perfect level of Force. God, this energy, loves all life, all things. If
you simply ask for it to move towards you it will. It wants to be your friend. Its like a puppy
dog. I hate to put it that way, but have you ever known a happy dog not to want to be your
friend? Its saying, I want to be your friend but I need you to acknowledge me. I need you to
say, I know youre there. I see you. It needs to be reciprocated in some way. Its saying, I
dont want to bother you but I sure would like to know you. And if you say, Hey, Im willing
to know you, its willing to come to you. Its willing to fill you. Its willing to allow you to
grow the way trees, plants, and lives grow, under certain conditions.
Prana needs you to be calm. The Force doesnt want you feeling, Grrrr, and, Ive got
all these problems. Youve got all these negative issues and its saying, This is not the
frequency that I am, but I know another frequency that would sure like you. So youve got to

stop. Youve got to think, I dont want that other energy. Ive got enough brewing on my own. I
dont need to enhance it.
You need to stop and clear yourself. You need to be calm. You need to say, Meditation
is a choice. I choose to meditate. When you do that youre saying, Im prepared for you.
When you have prepared your state of consciousness in such a way that you can receive it well,
thats when it will come to you.
With different systems there are different approaches. With Hatha yoga which is more of
a physical or breathing yoga, you would focus on energy going down into your belly and out.
Were not focusing on oxygenating our body and physically riling it up. Before you meditate you
can do some deep breathing. You can bring it down to your belly and back out. When you focus
on spiritual methods, what youre doing is separating your physical body. Youre saying, If I
want to work with you Ill go to the gym. If I need to do something with you Ill take you out on
a hike. Right now for the first time today rather than demanding pressures on me, doing certain
tasks, or not being spiritual at all; this is mental time for my mind, my inner well-being, my
spirit, my soul, my consciousness. And thats what Im going to work with right now.
You go to the gym and work out. You go to your job and work your brain. Theres very
little time that we devote to our mind, our inner spirit. I think its the most neglected part of our
being. Thats why we dont experience wellness inside of us; thats what weve forgotten.
Our culture places such emphasis on physical beauty, having objects, owning property,
and acquiring money that were willing to beat ourselves into the ground. Were willing to learn
equations, systematic systems, and structuralization but weve forgotten the essence and beauty
of who we really are. I think thats the pain that we feel in some cases.
We have this inner part of our soul thats crying to come alive. I relate it to being a plant
in a box that wants to grow. Maybe youve put it somewhere in a dark part of the room and have
forgotten about it. You havent given it water or anything. But by some miracle, one day you
look at over and you see the box has cracked open and there are two tiny leaves saying, Im
alive. Im alive. Then a guilty part of you says, Oh, my God. Well, maybe I should water this
thing. Maybe I should put it by the sun. You do it and sometimes you forget about it even after
that. The point is there is something inside of us saying, I need to be awakened. I need to be
acknowledged. I need to have some attention.

Certain spiritual breathing techniques have different purposes. I will teach spiritual
breathing techniques in another session in great magnitude. Youll be blown away by what its
all about. But the technique were learning now will get you where you need to be. Its what is
going to get the job done.
If you follow the breath down it associates you too much with the physical body. Thats
the bottom line. When you follow the breath in a rhythmic path by your nose it gives you a
feeling similar to a heartbeat. It puts you into a trance state that comes from being in the womb,
per se.
Eventually youre going to forget about your breathing and focus only on the touch.
Youre setting your body in a sense of stasis or relaxation. Its like singing a lullaby to put a baby
to sleep and then tiptoeing out of the room so that you can explore or have your moment of
peace. Not that you dont love whats in the other room youre just saying, Okay, I need to
experience something different now.
When youre breathing with this system, focusing on the tip of your nose is like singing a
lullaby to your physical body. Youre saying, Dont be such a demand on me. Dont be such a
babbler. Dont hassle me. Youre physical body is going to distract you even so. But youre
trying to stack up as much as you can in your favor.
Now by focusing on the chakras its like saying, Now Im going to go take my Calgon
bath, or, Im going to relax and investigate some other world or do something for me. Thats
the difference with this system of meditation. I took the best systems and integrated them to give
you the most powerful experience in the fastest way.
Some people might say, Well, how do you know that the fastest way is the best way?
Why do you want to do it that way? I would say to them, Every group believed their system of
meditation was the best and fastest way at the time. So whats the difference if youre using
some other system? At the time it was the cutting edge to get you to where you could go. So
whats wrong doing it this way? In the end its the result that matters.

Eric: I would like to talk about some of the experiences I have had during meditations and what
you should expect to experience with this technique. Ill cover a few that you will experience
giving yourself enough time. That brings up the question. How long is enough time?
If you use this system for 30 minutes a day, twice a day, you will have great results. If
you keep working with it, even within the first two days you can have results. Generally it takes
1 to 2 months. It keeps getting better. It never gets worse. You keep hitting higher and higher
plateaus because youre learning to work with your energy.
Dont worry, you wont get bored. Every day will be something new. It gets more intense
each time, more gratifying. At the first gratifying experience youll say to yourself, How can it
get any better than that? It does. Its hard to believe, but it will.
Some people will say, Ive meditated for a week. My friends who are doing it have seen
different things and had different experiences but I havent seen anything. My response is:
How have you been?
They say, Why, Ive been fine.
I ask, How did you feel before you started doing this? Did you have a reason why you
chose to try this or did you do it just for the heck of it?
They say, I was having problems. I was depressed and not feeling like I was enjoying
life. I had some problems and stresses.
I say, You just said to me that you feel fine now. Do you feel fine?
They say, Well, yes, I do.
I ask, How long have you been feeling fine?
They say, Well, probably for the last five days or so.
I ask, When did you start meditating?
They say, Oh, about five days ago.
I say, Therein lays your answer.
The meditations working on what you need first. You cannot get to a higher place or
find that other door I talk about until your frequency is right. If youve got emotional issues that
need to be healed, its going to work on that first. Its going to take the amount of time it needs to
fix it. But it will fix it.
If you dont have emotional problems right now and are straightened out in every other
area, youre going to start having these other experiences more than likely. Its tuning you. Its

setting you in a certain way to make you ready for what youre going to be. It will never push
you into something youre not ready for. It doesnt work that way. Its putting all your parts
together. Its like a car being tuned-up. While the car is out of shape youre not going to be able
to do 100 miles per hour. Its going to putter and jerk around. If it gets a tune-up its going to be
able to perform at that level.
When you meditate youre tuning yourself up, especially under this system. You will be
rewarded by your efforts in meditation each time with a better performance, until youre ready to
perform in higher regions without flaw, effortlessly because youre at your highest performance.
Youve been working your energy. It gains progressively as you work with it. It rewards you so
that you can have greater and greater experiences and get to where youre trying to go.
Another thing youll experience while youre meditating, other than the babbler, is a
feeling that youre elongating. Youre going to feel like your shoulder and head is about 2 to 3
feet above your hipline which is on the floor. Youre going to say to yourself, What the heck is
going on? Youre going to open an eye and realize, Wait a minute; Im down in my body.
Everythings fine. Darn it. Why did I open my eye? Now I just broke my concentration and
focus. It totally distracted me.
Youll close your eye and feel like youre sinking into the floor. Youll think, I feel like
my waist is in the floor. Whats going? Your astral body is beginning to feel energies, its
stretching, moving, and feels like its doing certain things. Youll think, For sure Im tilting way
over to the left. I must look foolish to everybody. Then youll open an eye and see youre not.
Youre sitting perfectly fine.
One could say its a form of the babbler, but its also energy stretching and moving.
When you first started walking did you get up and hop, skip, and tap dance? No. You had to
learn by trial and error; bump, trip, fall, and stub your toe. Thats how we all learn.
As you build your energy fields, youll experience other parts of you that you havent
even begun to explore or were aware of. Only on rare occasions have you felt it. Im sure at
some point youve laid down on your bed, relaxing, when all of a sudden you jump because you
felt a jerk or like you fell. Thats your astral body moving a little bit above you and your brain
thinks, You cant do that. Whats going on? Your conscious mind responds, Wait a minute.
What are you all arguing about? All of a sudden youre falling and youre like, Ah! Youre
jumping for something.

When you meditate youre building these energies up. Your energy field is stretching to
the left; its moving to the right. Its like a baby walking. Its learning. Thats whats happening.
You have to go along with it. If youre tilting over to the left what would I as your teacher say?
What should you be focusing on? Your touch. Do I care if youre upside down? No. I dont
care if youve got one foot above your head. I dont care if you swear to me youre upside-down.
I dont care. What matters to me is to stay focused on the touch. It will straighten itself out. It
will right itself when its ready. Dont worry about it. Its not a concern. Nothing horrible is
going to happen to you. Youre not going to zoom off to Mars and not find your way back. Its
impossible. You will always find your way back because you can never truly leave yourself.
When people say, Im out of my body, they dont understand that theyre really not
completely out of their body. Anybody whos experienced it, if you ask them, Were you aware
of yourself? Theyll say, Yes, it was like being in two places at the same time. Its not that
youve left your body. Its like you stepped out of yourself and at the same time perceived
yourself.
It can be compared to a probe. For example, the planets a living organism. When a
satellite is shot into the air, is it the planet? In a way, yes, because its made of the planet. What
its doing is observing itself. Its not really the planet; its like a probe of its consciousness able
to communicate with itself and send data back down to the main consciousness.
When you leave your body energy builds up from Prana. Its doing strange things and
you dont have full control over everything yet. Youre sending a probe outside your body and
its looking at you. You think, Thats me floating above my body. Its not. Its a probe. Its a
different kind of thing and I will teach greatly about it when that time comes. Its just mind
blowing what youll be able to do with it.
Youre going to experience some unusual things. But remember what I said earlier, fear
is not the problem. Being in constant fear is. If you fear everything youre experiencing youll
stop because its too overwhelming. You have to say, Look, its a ride. Its better than sitting on
my butt all day. Lets see what this thing is going to do to me today. It wont hurt you.
Everything you experience during meditation is righting you. Its making you of better
performance, better quality. Sometimes when youre meditating other things are going to
happen.

One case I remember when I started meditating many years ago, I had my eyes closed
and was sitting on the floor with a group. It was a nicely lit room, which brings up another point.
You should always meditate in a room with light. Well lit is good; never in a dark room. A dark
room is suggesting, I feel a dark presence. When you open your eyes you cant see too well.
You want to focus on positive, high, good energy; not dark, methodic energy. Candles, etc. are
beautiful but thats not what you want either. In your meditation when you shut your eyes you
have light coming from the back. It provides a sense of safety, well-being, and life. Light is
represented by lightness, not heaviness. Its represented by that vibration. Anything that you can
use to catalyst your mind with positivity you want to work with. So always have a nicely lit
room.
In this room I was sitting in the circle meditating. I was having a wonderful meditation. I
was very relaxed and probably feeling proud of myself without thinking about it just feeling,
This is great. I love this. Then suddenly, like some jerk started a strobe light; boom, boom,
boom. I thought to myself, What the hell are these? Somebody in this room is flipping the light
switch or something. I thought, I cant take it anymore. What the hells going on? Now I was
babbling. I was losing my concentration. I opened one eye and it was nothing. The room looked
perfectly normal. Everybody was sitting there doing their meditation. Nothing was going on.
And I thought, What the heck; whats this all about?
I closed my eye and thought, Well, whatever. Im meditating and feeling good again.
Were cruising now and in a good place. All of a sudden that jerk was hitting the light switch
again! I thought, Im going to catch him now. I opened my eye; no one was there. I thought,
Theres no way somebody could get to that light switch and sit down. Why isnt everybody else
complaining?
As youre meditating and drawing in Prana youre changing your physical fields of
energy and its adjusting you. Its like a tune-up. Its energy saying, Lets rattle all of this dust
out of you and get you to move a little bit. Lets get this stiff energy inside of you to limber up.
Lets do some rock and roll, disco, and a little limbo. Lets liven it up a little bit. When its
done it settles you into a flexible, healthier form of consciousness and energy. And it is a good
thing.
If I had just sat and let it go, eventually the boom-boom would have faded and went
away. Its a matter of trust. Why did I open my eye; fear. There was no threat. I knew there

wasnt any threat. Who cares if somebody is flipping the switch? What should have I been
focusing on; the touch. As you practice you move into higher stages dealing with these different
experiences.
Its going to get crazier. As you meditate youre going to get to a point where you will
have such visions that youll swear you are not in the room at all. Youll meditate and the room
is not going to exist anymore. There could be a stereo blaring music and you will believe it isnt
playing anymore. Its as if everything in the room around you has ceased to exist. Youre in this
void of absolute peace and calm with clarity in your mind thats so soothing. Its not like youre
afraid because its dark. Its not that youre fearful of anything; its just pure nothingness. Its
like before time began; before there was any universe. Its just you experiencing the absolute
void of nothingness, purity, not even dust. Its okay and it feels good. Youre going to say to
yourself, Wait a minute, what the hell? I dont want to stay here forever. Whats going on?
Now, youre babbling. Youll open your eye and, pfft, youre back here again.
These are phases that you go through. Youve got to conquer your fear. Once you
conquer your fear, you become the master. You somehow blossom from that.
Then what is dark becomes gray. As you accept it and stay focused, it begins to change
from gray to light. As Im sitting there looking at the gray, Im beginning to see what looks like
structure in the distance. I take a breath in and I can swear I smell moisture, like ocean moisture.
As I look, I begin to see the cuttings of beautiful pine trees all around me and fog rolling in
between them. I look to the side and I see an orange, shiny light. As I continue to look, I see an
ocean and the sun rising. The beams of light are bursting through the pine trees. Im filled with
tranquility and perfection of life. Its so uplifting. I sit there and experience it.
As a teacher would I say, do you want to stay there? I would say experience it but dont
get caught into it. Let it go and see where youre going to go next. Move beyond it.
Ive had so many profound experiences early in my youth. One just gets accustomed to
them over time. One particular case was at the YMCA meditating with some people; working
with them, teaching them. We had metal chairs on a cement floor. As I was meditating I got to
that dark place again. There was nothingness, pure black. All of a sudden I saw what looked like
a little silvery spark of light. It reminded me of my grandparents black and white TV. When you
turned it on or off there would be this silver line. And then it pfft it would pop away.

First I saw the silver line and then I saw it pull across like a string. It looked like a silver
light string. I watched it and it began to widen. I was just floating in absolute nothingness. And I
thought, This is great. This is something Ive never seen before. This is wonderful. This is why
Im meditating. Its just something to get out of it. It got wider and wider until I couldnt see the
top or bottom. Then I realized it wasnt getting wider;, it was already vastly huge. It was so far
away it was almost as if it was moving toward me at the speed of light. And I noticed it was not
really light, more like mercury silver. And not shining or illuminating; it was self-contained. I
was just in awe thinking, What is this? I wasnt feeling threatened until I realized, Wait a
minute this thing is coming at me and its bigger than anything I have ever experienced. Its
huge. By the time I thought What am I going to do? It hit me, boom. And it was like every
single cell of my body went wiiing. It was like a chime.
I was aware of the sound. I was more aware of the vibration moving through me. I was
aware of every single cell of my body right down to the marrow of my bone. Then I felt each
layer of my energy field, being, and consciousness. It was like something reached out, like a
mother, grandfather, everybody Ive ever loved before in my life, all at one time held me. It was
almost like they just sighed or I sighed into them and I just I surrendered. It was as if God
touched me for a moment. And it was the most wonderful, gratifying, touching feeling in my
spirit.
And while this happened for what seemed like a long time there was another part of my
body that reacted to that first sudden impact. I was moving in time differently; in one way I
experienced all of this slowly and on another physical level that was slow but became fast. I
leaped out of the chair because it looked like a Mack truck coming to hit me. I opened my eyes
but all of this had already happened. I brought myself into the now and everything was in slow
motion. I felt myself moving slowly and I saw the chair moving slowly. Then all of a sudden it
went into natural speed, shoom, and the chair fell to the ground clankity-clank. I jumped up
and looked all around breathing heavy and thought, Oh, my God, whoa, wait, what just
happened? I shocked everybody in the room.
It is a profound place. Was it a bad experience; not at all. It was probably the most
exciting and encouraging experience at that point in my life. I thought, Ive got to do this again.
But am I going to react the same way? Heck no!

Well make a CD at some point with tons of stories like this. Anybody can achieve these
profound things but it takes dedication; it takes some time. But Ill tell you it doesnt take a lot of
time. Everybodys idea of a lot of time is different. In America we want everything tomorrow.
Weve got the McDonalds Affect.
Understand that if somebody is trying to sell you something and says, You just have to
listen to these frequencies and youll have this experience, or Wear these glasses and these
strobing lights will give you this. Its a bunch of malarkey. Its going to do a certain thing for
you, but not really what you need. The universe gave you everything you need to find it.
When people say, You cant find God; you just have to have faith, I say thats
nonsense. God gave us a brain. That means He wants us to find Him. Thats what that means. If
youre told youve got to have faith, who decided that anyway? Was he smarter than us? What if

all. Well just have faith.

matters. You can find that also. Thats why you have a brain. So that you can figure it out and
get there if you choose to use it.
