Topic 1:
Malaysian Fruits

Learning Standard: 3.3.1

4 Objektif Pembelajaran Learning Objectives:
1. Pupils will be able to create a poster on a fruit that they would
like to promote using Microsoft PowerPoint.

5 Aktiviti PDP 1. Pupils are shown a picture of fruit stall. Pupils are asked with
questions based on the picture.
2. Pupils are encouraged to name and describe other fruits
that they can find in Malaysia.
3. Pupils are given Worksheet 1 to help them with words
describing colours and shapes of fruits.
4. Once the worksheets are completed, pupils practise saying
the names of fruits from the picture and the colours and
shapes of fruits from Worksheet 1 with the teachers guidance.
5. Pupils are asked for creative ideas to on how they can make
the stall in the picture look more interesting.
6. Pupils are given a task to design a poster for the fruit of their
choice, to help the fruit seller promotes local fruits, using
Microsoft PowerPoint.
7. Pupils use images given in folder named, FRUITIMAGES and
add textboxes to describe the name, colour and shape of the
fruit using their own creativity.
8. Pupils are given sentence stems to describe the fruit that
they are promoting.
9. Pupils will type out the sentences below their poster.
