GENERAL SPECIFICATIION OF THE EQUIPMENT OFFERED

1.0 Outdoor Structure :

The outdoor structure shall be fabricated using ISMC- 125,

ISMC 100 AND 50x 6 mm structural steel sections, and is of
Base plate design, complete with base plates, foundation bolts etc.

Insulators:

Porcelain used for the insulators shall be homogeneous, free from flaws or imperfections that might affect
the Mechanical or dielectric quality. They shall be thoroughly vitrified, tough and impervious to moisture.
The glazing of the porcelain shall be uniform brown color, free from blisters, burns and other defects.

The insulators shall have creep age distance to suit high polluted atmosphere. The porcelain and metal
parts shall be assembled in such a manner that any thermal expansion difference between the metal and
the porcelain parts throughout the range of temperature variation shall not loosen the parts or create undue
internal stresses which may affect the electrical or mechanical strength and rigidity.

Each cap and base shall be of high grade cast steel of malleable steel casting and they shall be machine
faced smoothly and galvanized.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

01. Validity : Our offer is valid for a period of 30 days from the
date of our offer and beyond which it is subject to
our confirmation or modification.

02. Prices : The prices quoted by us are without GST. Any

new levies imposed by Govt./ Local bodies during
the currency of contract, same shall be to your
account.

03. Price basis : The rates by us are F.O.R. Vijayawada (our works)

04. Freight & Insurance: At actual to your account.

05. Delivery : 33 KV equipment - With in 4 to 8 weeks from the

date of your technical and
commercially clear order
together with advance, subject
to force major conditions.

: 1.1 KV cables - Within 4 TO 6 weeks do-

: All other materials To suit erection program.

Basing on the above delivery periods, we hope to

06. Unit rates : Wherever unit rates have been quoted and accepted
