AN EXTENSION OF CARE FROM
Everyone is entitled to receive great healthcare, regardless of
location. The Register Cliff Rural Health Clinic was established
for that very reason but unlike other Rural Health Clinics,
Register Cliff is part of Memorial Hospital of Converse County.
Memorial Hospital operates Register Cliff as an extension of
care. The clinic is connected to the hospital by a dedicated,
high speed network and a real time video link. The video link
allows physicians in Douglas to see and visit with patients in
Guernsey. The physicians are able to consult with the clinic
staff in order to help determine the best course of treatment.
Our high-tech clinic, combined with some of the most
respected healthcare providers in the area, creates a unique
healthcare experience for Guernsey and its neighbors.
In addition to stuffy noses, sore throats, and wellness exams,
the clinic staff also perform EKGs, minor surgery procedures,
womens health services, blood tests, physicals, and much
more.
Sheila Sterkel, PA-C and her team provide healthcare services
Monday thru Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM; closed over the noon
hour.

Health Clinic in Guernsey, Wyoming. She is
currently taking appointments.

Sheila and her husband Rodney live in Torrington. She has been
a provider in southeastern Wyoming and eastern Nebraska for
the past 17 years, most recently working in Scottsbluff. Sheila is
excited to be back in Guernsey and anxious to reconnect with
former patients.

Dr. Thalken has years of experience in
internal medicine, a very wide-ranging Dr. John Thalken
specialty focusing on adult health. From
asthma to osteoporosis and everything
in between, Dr. Thalken treats specific internal ailments while
also concentrating on the wellness of his patients as a whole.
