NOTICE INVITING BID

RFP for Construction of Versova- Bandra Sea Link (Mumbai) in the state of Maharashtra.

Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Limited (the Authority) a corporation fully
owned by the Government of Maharashtra intends to develop a sea link between Bandra and
Versova in order to ensure smooth movement of traffic and as part of this endeavour, the
Authority has decided to undertake construction of a sea link between Bandra and Versova (the
Project) through Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract.

Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Limited now invites bids from MSRDC pre-
qualified bidders (enclosed Appendix-VI) for the following project:

The complete BID document can be viewed / downloaded from official portal of
http://mahatenders.gov.in from August 21, 2017 (from 17.00 Hrs. IST) to October 06, 2017
(up to 17.00 Hrs. IST). Bid must be submitted online only at http://mahatenders.gov.in on or
before October 09, 2 0 1 7 (up to 17.00 Hrs. IST). Bids received online shall be opened on
October 10, 2017 (at 16.00 Hrs. IST). Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained.
However Bid Security, receipt of online payment of RFP document fees of Rs 5,60,000 (Non
refundable) and original copy of Power of Attorney, Bidding Agreement, etc. shall be submitted
physically by the Bidder on or before October 10, 2017 (at 16.00 Hrs. IST). For any queries of
