Circulation & parking

Employee parking is provided towards the rear side of kalagram, serving only 5-6 cars. It has an open
parking system, towards the west to the complex. Its approach is from a peripheral road.

Services

As the kalagram consists of components of smaller scale and these are distributed all over the site,
there is no such need of air conditioning. Air conditioning has been provided only at necessary areas
like restaurant area, baithak, party hall and in club glassi.

A central ac serves the baithak, whereas in other areas, split ac's have been provided. Electrical
control panels have been installed in order to control the lighting of display of sculptures in gardens.

1)The kalagram has courtyard planning to suit the hot climate of the northern plains.

through the parks, holds the key to the spatial experience.

less, enclosure has been created with semi - open spaces.

6) Excellent hierarchy of spaces from sheltered walkways. to pergolas, to build mass.
