DESCRIPTION: The stairway is unsafe because its slippery and its already old and
damaged.
PROPOSE SOLUTION: Strengthen its foundation or simply just recreate it.
PROPER SIGNAGE: WATCH YOUR STEPS!
NEAR ADMIN BUILDING

DESCRIPTION: Theres no proper cover for the drainage system.


PROPOSE SOLUTION: Cover the drainage properly.
ENGINEERING BUILDING (NEAR ESO)
DESCRIPTION: The circuit breaker has no cover.
PROPOSE SOLUTION: Provide proper cover for every circuit breaker.
PROPER SIGNAGE: WARNING! HIGH VOLTAGE.
ENGINEERING BUILDING (2ND FLOOR)
DESCRIPTION: Theres no proper installation and it is really unsafe for it can cause fire
and other hazards.
PROPOSE SOLUTION: Properly install and maintain.
NEAR READING CENTER (BACKSTAGE)
DESCRIPTION: The fire extinguisher has no safety guard and it can be pulled off easily or
either it might fall accidentally.
PROPOSE SOLUTION: Provide safety guard to avoid any unnecessary accidents.
NEAR COMPUTER LAB (2ND FLOOR)
DESCRIPTION: The floor is slightly cracked and it can caused slipping when you
accidentally step on it.
PROPOSE SOLUTION: Repair or provide necessary actions.
LADIES ROOM/CR (2ND FLOOR NEAR COMP. LAB)

DESCRIPTION: There are portion of cracked ceiling and other recognized damages.
PROPOSE SOLUTION: Need repair and proper maintenance.
ENGINEERING BUILDING (2ND FLOOR NEAR COMFORT ROOMS)

DESCRIPTION: The main switch is slightly open and its hazardous for its a high voltage area.

PROPOSE SOLUTION: Lock properly and ensure primary actions for the safety of everybody.

PROPER SIGNAGE: BEWARE! DO NOT OPEN TO AVOID ELECTRIC SHOCK.

DESCRIPTION: The objects above might fall.


PROPOSE SOLUTION: Repair and strengthen foundation and the areas at risk.

DESCRIPTION: Wires are improperly organized or placed. The insulated area might be
damaged.
PROPOSE SOLUTION: It has to be properly located and organized.
