Method Statement
1.0 INTRODUCTION
This is to carryout cad design for AS-BUILT CAMPAIGN PROJECT. The cad work shall be done In a well
equipped design office.
2.0 SCOPE
This method statement contains the requirements for as built project including piping, process, electrical,
instrumentation, civil, safety and telecommunication.

8.0 HSE REQUIREMENTS
All personnel to be engaged for this work shall be mobilized and properly inducted. This is to enable
them to appreciate the risks hazards involved in the operations.
All workers shall be medically certified fit to work. The result and data obtained by medical examination
shall be suitably recorded and kept for reference.
The health, safety and environment of the workers shall be properly safeguarded to avoid injuries and
illness.
There shall be a qualified First Aider, fully equipped with essential drugs required in first aid
administration.
Medivac shall be available to convey any victim to the nearest affiliated clinic, in case the need arises.
Dedicated Site Safety Officers shall man all work sites.
Records of all inspection must be kept and should be made available to authorized personnel when
demanded.
All equipment must be colour-coded and their safe working load displayed.
Warning Signs and Barriers must be positioned around all work areas.
Safety clothing shall be provided as appropriate to the working conditions at site. All workers shall wear
Personnel Protective Equipment at all times within the working areas.
All Personnel shall be made aware of the danger of falling objects.
All Riggers shall always work with safety harness and install safety lines around the tower.
Working on height during rain (wet conditions) is not allowed
obey the 12 life saving rules
9.0 PRE-REQUISITES:
Prior to proceeding, confirm the following:
The work area is safe for the works to proceed.
Appropriate permits to work are obtained.
All equipment and procedure are agreed and are in place.
Toolbox discussions with work crew using the approved JHA and review of the procedure are completed.
