The first IBED meeting opened through a prayer led by Mrs. Rossana P. Bagon, principal
of the IBED.

adopted. She also added that only invitations for IBEd will be given budget. Institutional
invitations will be shouldered by the institution.
The heads of offices were reminded to discuss the duties and responsibilities of each
staff. They were also asked to plan the activities of the office, the target facilitator, budget and
schedule as well as their requests.
She also instructed the prefect of discipline to have a special meeting with the teachers
regarding the rules and policies. She also saw the need to make changes in the prescribed
haircut. She suggested to have a standee that shows the prescribed uniform.
PAASCU CONCERNS
The principal mentioned that in the reports of PAASCU, the comments and the
evaluation must be parallel. For the Philosophy and Objectives committee, they were reminded
to follow up reviews and there should be faculty development to review the philosophy and
objectives of the institution. In charge of the faculty committee must have the line up,
assessment of the needs of the faculty and concrete action plan.
OTHER CONCERNS
Mrs. Bagon also mentioned that in the registrars office, work is not equally distributed.
She instructed Mrs. Montalbo to do something on the tasking. She reminded the office to give
due dates for enrollees. She also reminded the office to give better service by not making things
difficult for the client. She mentioned the requirements being asked from parents of learners
coming from public school. She also asked Mrs. Montalbo to review the admission policy. She
also told them to tell the teachers to use the encoding periods. She also mentioned the need to
review the criteria for awards and honors.
Leaders of the month for monthly administrative meeting were also identified. Th e

It was agreed upon that updates and information of each department will be posted on
rpbagonibed.weebly.com.
Mrs. Montalbo gave the schedule and calendar days for SY 2017-2018.
Mrs. Bagon also presented the last years budget. She also presented the evaluation for
the administrative team as well as for the teachers. She also said that she also requested the HR
if she can have the evaluation of the administrative team for her to make the necessary
adjustment in her evaluation.
Mrs. Bagon ended the meeting with a prayer.
