Transportation
Putting a price on driving discourages people from doing itgo figure.

Alternatives to driving a car:

Bus: inexpensive to put in, lower population density areas, expensive to
maintain and run
Bus Rapid Transit: hybrid of bus and rail, raised & fixed stops, buses have
their own travel lanes. Operating costs are greater than capital cost
Light Rail: smaller and less costly than commuter rail (LIRR), operates on
same roads as cars but isnt involved in the same traffic, carries more people
than buses therefore requires more population density. (New age trolley
system)
Subway: very high population density, very very expensive.
