WIN, LOSE OR DRAW REPORT

ENGLISH LANGUAGE WEEK YEAR 2017

SK JALAN MUARA TUANG

The Win, Lose or Draw completion (Level 2) for English Language year 2017 was
carried out successfully on 10 October 2017 (Tuesday) from 8.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. at
class 4 Bijak. Each house was required to send a team of three to four participants.
Teachers in charge for this activity are En. Aini and Pn. Catherine Kiu. The contestants
for each group are shown in table 1.

Appendix 1

WIN, LOSE OR DRAW


RULES AND REGULATION

Playing the Game

1. Each team has 3 or 4 members.


2. 4 sets of word lists (nouns) are prepared and named as set A, set B, set C, and Set
D. Each set consists of 10 nouns.
3. Pick a member from each team to be the drawer. Each person on the team should
take a turn at being this person.
4. Choose a piece of paper and as the drawer, draw what is on the paper.
5. Call out start and begin the timer before the drawer begins drawing.
6. Call out answers or guesses to what you think the drawing is. This is done only by
the drawers' team and can be done by all on the team in any order.
7. A point will be given for each correct answer.
8. The team which racking up the most points will win the game.

Sketching Rules

1. Draw only pictures, arrows, signs. Do not draw anything that would be considered a
part of the alphabet, a number or the name of what you are attempting to draw.
2. Use images only. Do not speak. Body language may be used to help the guessers
know that they are on the right track.
3. Creating an ear is acceptable. The ear represents "sounds like" to the guessers.
