Preparation
Wash and remove the impurities that come with the corn.
In a bowl, place the corn to soak with two cups of water and let stand for 8 to 24 hours.
Place the corn, water, salt in a pot and cook for at least 1 hour over medium high heat or
until the corn is soft.
Then drain using a strainer
Grind the corn in a mill.
Add the butter and mix very well until it conforms to a consistent dough.
Take a small portion and place it on a flat surface covered with a plastic bag or vinyl.
Leave the dough inside the bag and then use a roller to flatten it.
Preheat a broiler over medium heat.
With a cookie cutter or other cutter make circles of the desired size. And they can be
placed on the grill for roasting.
It can be served alone or in the company of cheese and sausages.
