PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
BERGER Touchwood NC Colour is a high quality nitro-cellouse based quick drying pigmented coating, recommended for
interior wood finishes.
It provides a new glossy/ silkmatt / matt finish colour to wood.

RECOMMENDED AREAS OF APPLICATION

Natural wood, wood substitutes like ply wood, particleboard, fibre broads, etc.
For indoors use only.

Practical coverage : Practical coverage may depend on surface profile,method of application and weather conditions.

APPLICATION DATA

Method of Application : Spray

Thinner : Touchwood NC thinner
Thinning ratio (by vol.) : 1:1 by volume

SURFACE PREPARATION
Proper surface preparation is important to get a good finish.
Sand the wooden surface and clean free of any dirt or grease.
Use Touchwood wood Filler to fill the grains of the wood.
Sand and remove excess wood filler and apply NC primer Surfacer.
Do not use any filler if open grain is required.
Note : Sanding should be done along the grains only.
APPLICATIONS DETAILS
On the prepared surface apply one coat of NC Colour, which has been thoroughly mixed with NC thinner in the
recommended thinning ratio.

Allow the surface to dry for 2-4 hrs. Sand mildly with Emery paper 400, clean and apply 2-3 coats to give the desired finish.

For extra high gloss rub and polish the surface with conventional rubbing compounds recommended for NC finishes

Note : Avoid spraying in high humidity not to be used on enamel paints

Two coats x Touchwood NC Primer Surfacer.
Two coats x Touchwood NC colour.

Safety information and precautions:

Do not apply at temperature below 10C.
Do not over thin.
Work in well-ventilated place. Personal Protective Equipments clothing such as overalls, hand gloves and eye
goggles are recommended.
Keep out of reach of children, store in a cool dry place.
Dispose off in a landfill. Do not dispose in any drain or water channel.
